I really enjoy living here. I feel like I'm getting a great deal! My apartment suits all of my needs, lovely appliances and good storage. The amenities are wonderful---I actually work out and swim regularly! For as big of a building as it is, my apartment is remarkably quiet. Also, due to the volume, parking can get tricky in the ramp at times. I haven't had any issues within my apartment so far, so I can't speak to maintenance.

The LPM needs to be cleaned! Its very filthy, the hallways need to be vacuumed, elevators, and on some of the garbage chute rooms on the different floors need to see a mop. The hallway from the cargo elevator to the ground level parking garage, is full of pet hair. The emergency stairways also needs to see a mop on the steps! For a three year old building it really needs some work on the janitorial side. The parking garage on 5th floor seems to be a storage floor for miscellaneous used workout equipment and gas grills that should be tossed out.

The apartment is really nice, very good view and big windows. The amenities are perfect. Staff are with full of hospitality, and the garage is big. The neighborhood is fine, but there seems many homeless people around the gas station making me feel unsafe.

A little pricey but a unique experience and an outstanding view! Location is a big plus. Exercise room still seems like new. Dog friendly. Most of the tenants are friendly and the new online web site will be a big help.

Fantastic amenities and great location. An excellent value. I initially though LPM was out of my price range, but cable and internet is included, and there are no extra fees to keep track of. No car is necessary, and that's rare for the Twin Cities.

I love living here! Very young crowd but not college like. Young professionals and families. Close to everything. Amazing amenities and they really crafted the building to make our lives easier and it makes it much more enjoyable to come home everyday.

I absolutely love living in LPM Apartments. Great value, fantastic location, and beautiful apartments. Staff is very friendly and accomodating as well. Appreciate there's security/conceirge in our lobby 24/7. Feel right at home at LPM. Highly recommend!

Great location and views of downtown, but very poorly managed. My apartment flooded multiple times, the parking ramp doesn't function properly about once every 2 weeks, my dishwasher and washer/dryer broke, front desk staff are just security guard contractors and are very hit or miss, and the amenity areas have something wrong with almost all the time. If you're going to spend a lot of money on a luxury apartment, I'd do it somewhere else.

I have really enjoyed my experience at LPM so far. We searched out probably 20 apartments in Minneapolis, from the NE to the North Loop to Uptown but we really loved this apartment. Best value in terms of how awesome their amenities are and great location in Loring Park! Also, being right above a diner and a brewery doesn't hurt.

I have lived at the LPM Apartments for almost 3 years and I will definitely renew my 18 month contract again! I feel like this is my home , not just a place to live. I have made friends with other tenants and feel very safe when I'm home.

LPM is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I encountered many problems during my 11 months there and none of them were solved. The customer is NEVER right at LPM. First of all, the walls and floors are paper thin. I was disturbed by my upstairs neighbor simply walking on the floor many times; no loud, over-the-top parties; everyday living noises were bothersome. The parking garage system at LPM is incredibly inconvenient 75% of the time. Only one elevator has access to both the apartments and the garage so when that elevator is reserved (e.g. someone is moving in or out), that elevator in inaccessible and an asinine route must be taken to gain access to your home. The entire building is set up with a "two pipe" HVAC system; meaning the whole place is either in heating or cooling mode. Heat is still available when the building is in cooling mode but there is no cooling available for the entire building when it's in heating mode. "What about those unseasonably warm fall days that are so common in Minnesota?" you may wonder. Well, frankly, replies LPM, you're S.O.L. Their suggestions for the entire half of the building that contains south-facing apartments with wonderful sun exposure are to a) close the blinds (blocking the beautiful view) and b) open the windows. This did not solve the problem at all and I was left uncomfortably warm (78+ degrees in my apartment) and with no view for several weeks throughout fall. Overall, management was very unhelpful and living here was a frustrating, negative experience. I would not recommend this place to family, friends, or anyone else.

Do not be fooled by the amenities on floor six, which is where all of the budget was spent. Very poor management, poor facilities, poor parking, low class tenants and very low class area. Did this building take in numerous low income families as a concession for a tax break? I feel affronted when paying premium rates when I hear how little other low-income tenants are paying, sometimes a third of my monthly bill! When identifying complaints, management could not care less! The local area does not feel safe at night. Dog urine in lifts. They have a penchant for towing RESIDENT'S cars in here, about 10 towed in last month. As soon as my lease expires, I am out of here!
