Wonderful Apartment Complex

[Incentivized Review] I have had a great experience living at Icon Apartment Homes. The property management team is top-tier, very professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on taking care of residents. The maintenance team is also excellent. I submitted a maintenance request and it was taken care of the same day. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was fully resolved and that I was satisfied. That level of attention and professionalism really stands out. It is clear the team here cares about resident satisfaction and making sure your needs are taken care of. Overall, I really appreciate the effort the staff and maintenance put in every day.

Perfect place for young professionals and small families

I am more and more happy with my experience at Icon Ferguson Apartments day by day. I have had the chance to take advantage of the amenities and recently brought my dog Obi from home to live with me- safe to say these apartment ammeneties provide everything for me and my pup plus more! We recently had a dinner party with a few friends- although the apartments aren’t huge, it was a perfect cozy and clean environment to host!

Love Living Here

[Incentivized Review] I moved into Icon a few months ago and absolutely love living here! The amenities are beautiful, clean, and make it easy to stay active and social. The community is so friendly and welcoming, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. The views are amazing, the location is perfect, located close to so many public parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and so many other places, and the value for the price is hard to beat

Mixed feelings here. Nice place as long as you don't rent a lower unit. That was a terrible experience. Top floor has been fine. It's pet friendly apartment living so lots of barking dogs and dog poop. I do enjoy the gym and the pool area.

We love our new home!!!!

[Incentivized Review] My boyfriend and I just moved out here from the twin cities in MN, we were happy enough just to be in Bozeman but the icon apartment have seriously become home! We love it here so much, all staff is so friendly, the amenities are so nice… we’ll often be bored sitting in our unit and remember that we have a golf simulator, shuffle board, pool table, hot tub, coffee maker, gyms, etc and we hop off the couch so quick to go have some fun at the clubhouse! You also can’t beat the view ;)

A beautiful place to call home! ??

The staff is so friendly and helpful. My kids LOVE the pool and hot tub! We love the game room, the bbq pit, and also the dog-friendly environment! ?? My dog enjoys the dog park, and we love going on walks around the complex, and across Babcock to the little creek and park! It's wonderful here!

A Great Place to Call Home!

[Incentivized Review] I’ve lived here for almost three years, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. The staff are attentive and friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the apartments themselves are well built with good finishes throughout. Noise from neighbors has rarely been an issue, which honestly says a lot. Being a pet-friendly community is also a big plus, especially in a town as dog-loving as Bozeman (I say this as a cat owner!). The amenities are another strong point and actually get used. Just to name a few, they include a gym, golf simulator, pool, hot tub, grill and pizza oven, and a 24/7 mail room with Amazon lockers. There’s plenty to take advantage of, whether it’s working on your back swing in the winter or soaking sore muscles after a long day shredding powder. Overall, this is a place I’ve been comfortable settling into and is a place I genuinely call home.

Great Apartment

[Incentivized Review] I have lived here for a year and a half and I love it. I have a toddler and she loves the pool in the summer time and anytime we go to get the mail we have to go get a little water bottle from the fridge in the clubhouse. The apartment itself has a great layout and great appliances. Anytime we have a maintenance request even if it’s just to replace the shower head it’s done in less than 2 days and they don’t leave any mess behind. The walk ways are always clear and I love the proximity to the grocery store.

Great place to live

[Incentivized Review] I love the club house it has a golf simulator pool table shuffle board and a computer room up stairs and there is a workout area downstairs along with the mail room. There is a great pool outside and it’s better in the summertime. There is a great dog park for my dog only when it’s warm he hates when his paws get cold. There is a playground that my kids love when it’s not cold outside

Best Landlord and Unbeatable Amenities in Bozeman!

The team at Ferguson Property Management is truly exceptional. they are consistently in touch with residents, incredibly proactive, and the frequent, fun community activities they plan each month make this complex feel like a true neighborhood. ?The amenities here are a major game-changer. I’ve taken full advantage of the beautiful pool (yes, even for a fun, chilly winter dip!) and the relaxing jacuzzi. The clubhouse is a fantastic extension of my living space, featuring a top-notch billiards table perfect for hangouts, a golf simulator, and other sports facilities. When I need a quiet escape, the dedicated library and office space is my favorite retreat; it's always peaceful, and the complimentary coffee, tea, and water are a perfect touch for a reading session. ?Beyond the complex itself, the location is ideal. We are surrounded by beautiful parks, great local restaurants, and stores are just a short, convenient walk away. Most importantly, the residents and neighbors are wonderful, I’ve had nothing but great interactions and a strong sense of community since moving in. ?Icon Apartments offers not just an apartment, but a vibrant, well managed lifestyle right in the heart of Bozeman. Maintenance Team Ricks

[Incentivized Review] 2 issues of late my balcony was spaling bad Track in pieces of concrete and dust As the Oos vendor never showed, Josh acquired a section of fake turf and laid it down no more tracking cement chips Just recently my microwave gave out Josh replaced it with 24 hours Josh and his maintenance crew have been quick to respond to issues that I don't correct myself

Living in the apartment

[Incentivized Review] I love living in this place it has nice housing and the staff are really nice and I love coming to the club house to visit Kim and Nikki. I sometimes refill the coffee station with the creams and sleeves I loved swimming in the pool this summer it was a blast and I’m so excited for the holidays if I get the basket I’m going to give some stuff to mom and dad. Overall not a bad experience so far. I will suggest that you release the remote to the television in the clubhouse near the couches. It's a bit petty that several hundred residents are paying for one person who decided to steal the remote. You plan for such losses in your budget, so please put the remote out.

Community was nice, New grocery store across street has congested traffic severely, leasing office only cares about doing events instead of upholding proper living standards- letting people park in handicapped spots, dog waste being left out, quiet hours not being observed, letting people use the hot tub and pool outside normal hours, and letting kids from outside the complex jump the fence to use the pool and hot tub
