Community is mostly professional young people, good atmosphere, not many parties, problems with people not picking up after their dogs, location is fairly good, lots of bike infrastructure in the immediate area, very nice neighborhood with the exception of the occasional speeder on w babcock.

Great Place

This has been such a great place to live. We love having a garage to keep all of our out door gear and car. Such a nice perk during our first winter in town! The apartment events are a fun little extra to get to know people in the apartments and super dog friendly!

We have lived here for 6 months now and are still happy we choose icon. The apartments are beautiful, new and modern. Our unit, far from the clubhouse and pool, is super quiet. Having an attached garage is an added bonus. I even enjoy cooking in the open concept high end kitchen. The AC was definitely needed over the warm summer. The WiFi can go out now and again which isn't always ideal for remote work and the rental prices are steep, but you are getting a higher end living experience.

I absolutely love living here. My neighbors are friendly, respectful and nice. Its a very family friendly and pet friendly community. The staff has always been super friendly and professional, quick to respond to any question and maintenance issues.

As more people move in, residents are neglecting the policies as they do not pick up after dogs, leave trash outside of dumpster, and many people drive too fast in the parking lot. Management may need to enforce policies to see change. This neighborhood is new and has great potential. Given the number of units, one idea to consider is sectioning buildings based on lifestyle (e.g., pet owners, kids, age, etc.).

This community has been amazing to live at! The apartment homes themselves have everything you can think of and are well planned out inside. The property has every amenity you can think of and the staff is truly helpful and cares about their residents. The price is not cheap by any means but you get a lot for what you pay.

It's been nice, but the problem is that we have very annoying upstairs neighbors. We have talked to management multiple times about this and our only response was to move out and pay extra for a new unit or leave. I do not see how it's our responsibility to move when it's the neighbors who are causing the problems. We also have had dishwasher issues for months and still have not gotten it fixed. I'm paying a lot of money and my appliance isn't working.

Could be better, new community working things out. There are a lot of disrespectful residents who disregard others, a lot of which is a nuisance, especially at the pool and other community areas. Price per sqft on rents is high for the quality.

Nice amenities and fixtures. However, the walls are paper thin and we can barely finish a shower without the hot water running out. The hot tub is usually packed with a party. Definitely a ton of college kids. They are all nice just be prepared to be super social or you will hate it here! Other than that I guess we like it for the most part.

When first moving in the community seemed like it was going to be great place to live. The units were fairly priced and you were allowed dogs over 10 pounds. Fast forward a year and the rental increases were highly disappointing. I will say, I appreciate the upper management working with me on negotiating my rent increase but even still, you are looking at a huge percentage increase in the base rent which doesn't include all the extra fees that are added every month (ex: amenities, pest control (not sure what is even done for this), etc.). It seems like the prices have gone up so much that the only way units are being rented out are to college kids who have 6-7 people living in their unit. (hence my new neighbors that recently moved in). It is no longer a family community. I am happy living here, but overall a little disappointed in the outcome and management of the community.

A great place to live

Just moved in last month and love it! Everything is so conveniently located nearby and the amenities are first class. The staff are always willing to help out with anything from changing a garage code to helping setup utilities. Great place to live!

Beautiful place to call home

I moved into the Icon Apartments at the beginning of the month when I moved to Bozeman, and I couldn't be more thrilled to live here! It is pet-friendly, has amazing amenities, and my apartment has stunning mountain views! Every day I feel like I'm waking up in a 5-star resort :)

The community is nice, good amenities, responsive front desk and to emails. The rent hike was a bit much for a one bedroom, after all amenity fees I'm paying 2200 a month which is about 2 mortgage payments . Overall positive experience so far

A great place to live

We recently just signed our second year and we absolutely love this place. Between the fitness centers, the pool, and the club house, Icon is leaps and bounds ahead of other apartments in the area. Everybody is typically pretty friendly and in the summer the pool is a great place to meet your neighbors. 10/10 would recommend

Great place!

Great place for families and dogs. Pool area with pizza oven grills and large tv is gray hangout spot. Park, dog park, basketball court and dog spa are all nice perks to have as well. Friendly staff. Nice clubhouse!

The place is amazing to live. It's dog and cat friendly the amenities are amazing! It is truly like living at a resort. Although reading a recent review I have to agree there has been some shady characters hanging around at night, to the point I'm concerned to go outside. But putting that aside the place truly is amazing.

To be honest, it has been all over the place. Pros: quick reply to maintenance requests which is super nice, the facility itself is nice - love my apartment space and the gym especially. Cons: the price is exorbitant, there seem to be a lot of shady characters around here lately who don't respect the community/rules. Doesn't seem right for what I pay for.

iCon is very dog friendly, which is one bond amongst residents. However, since people come and go, there is not really a neighborly or neighborhood feel other than connecting over dogs. I imagine there may be some connections around the gym and pool, but people tend to keep to themselves.

Overall my experience has been great. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. My only complaint is that they wanted to increase my rent $500/month when I renewed my lease. I was able to negotiate $100 off, but that's still an outrageous increase. I'm worried how much they are going to want to increase my rent this August. For a loyal resident of over 1.5 years it'd be outrageous if they wanted to increase it more than $100/month considering where inflation is at across the board.

I have lived at Icon since they have opened and it has been a great experience! The staff are all incredibly friendly and invested in those who live here. Nicole has been great and always loves when our dog stops by the front office to get a treat :) The amenities are great and the best you could get around Bozeman. I highly recommend living here!

Quiet community. Management doesn't do much to keep snow cleared at corners or crosswalks, not recommended if you're handicapped. Antiquated rent payment system that doesn't accept split payments so it's a pain if you have roommates. Dog friendly and nice pool area. Floors are very thin so you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do.

Icon is a fantastic place to live if you have a dog, enjoy friendly office staff, and value competent/kind maintenance staff. Icon makes sure to treat residents with respect and it is a very safe place. Happy to call Icon home!

This place is amazing! Yes I've only lived here for a short time, but I already never want to leave! This place is a 24/7 resort! I feel like I'm on a permanent vacation! I never want to leave this place.
