Overall, it has been an enjoyable experience. The staff is very attentive, and the grounds are kept up quite nicely. There seems to be a lot of turnover and perhaps a lot of young peopel from college moving into the community. I appreciate having an attached garage, especailly in the winter. My ownly downfall is the cost of renting. I find it to be extremly expensive for only 750 sq feet, one bed, one bath. I don't like that we are required to get cable as I usually just stream to my smart devices and yes, it does get added to your monthly rent. I also am surprised that the rates for somethings are cheaper given the volume of users on the apartment plans. I also find it odd that we pay a monthly fee for a pet vs a deposit. Feels like an easy way for them to get $50/mo in addition which again is added to your rent. I do like some of the amenities, but for as much as I use them, I could live without them. However one positive thing, is the units are rather quiet. I don't often hear my neighbors tv, only seldom hear the one's above me if they drop something, but not walking. The one thing I would say is it's not really "Luxory" like advertised. The appliences are low-grade, the laminate, door nobs, cupboards, are not high-end. But they do look nice.

Beautiful Place to Live

Such modern and beautiful apartments. Have been here 3 months and love the amenities that the complex provides. They also throw community activities together that great for getting to know the people in this community! Love living here!

The property is beautiful with very nice amenities. Yet the hot tub is not properly maintained and will burn your skin if you are not careful. Management at the property seems to be a constant issue as there have been many times when it is clear that maintenance is not working.

Very nice modern, large apartments - the option for a garage is wonderful although it costs extra it’s worth it! Love the amenities too - all clean and well-maintained. I just wish there were fewer college students as the pool does get loud on summer weekend evenings.

Living at Icon

The management team is awesome. Jolene is so helpful and informative. We enjoy having the park and dog park so close. The living spaces in these apartments are big and open with a ton of storage. We really love living here.

Great amenities

This apartment has great amenities. They include but are not limited to a pizza oven, pool, hot tub, coffee machine, and gym. The dog park and basketball court are great as well. Amazing amenities around the board.

Fantastic apartments!

Truly a wonderful place to live! The apartments are spacious, bright, and have great amenities. The club house is insanely beautiful with so much to offer! Love the gym and the pool area. Best part of the whole place…so pet friendly! There’s a little dog park on the premises and nice surrounding neighborhoods for walks with with pup! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended Icon!

Great people great place to live

Icon is in an awesome location with a pool, hot tub and allows not only one big dog but two! The units are super nice with high ceilings and great views. The staff is extremely friendly with a good community and ultimately a great place to live!

Love the area! I don't, however, love that you can't park your car in front of your garage spot. Also, the cement on our patio started to dissolve and break off and a large portion of our patio has been effected. I told maintenance about it around April/May and nobody has come to fix it yet.

Awesome Apartment!

Apartment complex is awesome with great amenities! The pool and fitness room are state of the art! The apartment complex is in a great location and has fun and respectful neighbors. Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a place to live in the Bozeman, MT area.

Great place to relocate to!

I worked remotely to secure an apartment with the team at the Icon. The features and detailing in the apartment feels like a top level rental. The amenities are also a reason why I chose the Icon given they have four Peloton bikes that are free to use as well as a clean gym and amazing pool. Super dog friendly complex with a lot of dogs in units. Maintenance is really great about coming to fix issues. Units above garages are extremely quiet which is amazing for work from home.

The perfect place to live in Bozeman!

I’ve lived at Icon since May 2023 and have had the best rental experience. Maintenance is so fast, the pool in the summer is phenomenal, and my dog practically lives at the dog park! Coming from out of state, I wasn’t sure I’d love where i ended up but I couldn’t be happier here.

Amenities and apartments are nice. I like having a garage unit. Lots of college students which I was told was not the case, so it is very loud in warmer months. Snow removal is not fast ~ can take days.

It's not finished yet

It's like living on a construction site. Roof leaks, doors fall off hinges, window seals leak. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen. All-around poor construction. Stairwells are rarely cleaned, sometimes they don't even plow the snow from stairwells and sidewalk. Contractors and maintenance people constantly popping by, even letting themselves in to your apartment unannounced!

Overall very good experience. No issues within the unit. Units are quiet and built with quality materials and appliances. Snow removal was below par but we got a lot of snow this winter so it is understandable. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond.

The community and amenities are first class. The price, sound proofing and the kitchen appliances are not. They have raised the rent every year without adding any value for the resident. The repair and mechanical team are responsive and professional.

It has been good so far, but I have noticed a lot of trash within the apartment complex which is disappointing for how much rent is at the complex. I would also add it's frustrating a little that the gym doesn't open until 5am, it would be nice if it opened earlier for people who work early.

Very comfortable

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. We needed some things fixed upon moving in and it was taken care of right away. The apartment is nicely done and super cozy. The cabinets and counters are beautiful. Hot tub and workout rooms are great. We’ve only been here for two months but are enjoying it so far.
