[Incentivized Review] Move in experience was super easy, 100% online. All the girls in the office are so kind and helpful. My apartment is very nice. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and subtile backsplash. The appliances are stainless steel. Everything was clean and seemed new. I love living here!

Love the apartment/our unit itself. The common area perks are never available when needed though- maybe if you're someone who uses the common utilities it's good, but when something breaks down in the pool area or if the coffee machine breaks, they don't fix it for months on end till a complaint is made. The WiFi on the common area is also never working which is frustrating. I wish we had the option to not pay for common facilities and not use them just because it's almost a never available to someone who rarely uses the facilities. Maybe if you're someone who uses it on the regular it's beneficial.

This is my first time living in an apartment in many many years and I have to say, I love my apartment and this complex is nice and quiet. I have 5 children and I feel comfortable with them running around playing. Maintenance is very responsive when there is an issue with things and they do an amazing job to maintain the grounds. I think the only complaints I might have are that during 2024 there has been a consistent rotating change in staff at the office and maybe this is how all apartments work and I'm out of the loop but there is surely something to be said about consistency at least within management. But overall if I had to recommend an apartment it would definitely be Icon

Good quality apartments, but not good quality for the price. Amenities are great, I do enjoy what they have to offer. But they do make you pay for cable every month regardless if you want it? comes "with" the apartment and I do not like that. Maintenance is very helpful, I've put in odd requests such as helping me lift packages left on the bottom floor and they helped with that. Love. 3.5/5 stars

Very pleasant. Quiet, well maintained and many amenities. The community is located in an area that provides close proximity to schools, churches, shopping and entertainment. The staff is very conscientious and professional in their functions.

I absolutely love this community! From the pool, dog spa, gym, hot tub, pizza oven, dog park, grills, gold simulator, library, and more, this property has it all! I love how spacious the property is with plenty of grass areas for walking my pup!

Great property at ICON at Ferguson Farms. Ugliest buildings of all RAM Partners locations across the United States. Good amenities with pool, gym, etc. Good that dogs are allowed. Ridiculous pet screening process that is not subjective, so you get punished for the people who shouldn't own dogs, which makes the monthly pet payment ridiculous. Very clean grounds. Framing of complex is budget, at best. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Highly overpriced, but fits the made-up/inflated Bozeman market. Is what it is, so I would choose ICON over all the other b.s. properties destroying what was once a great town; see pre-2012. Everyone who works at Ferguson Farms location are GREAT! So, that is a huge bonus. Very helpful and prompt.

High rent prices but nice amenities. Office and maintenance staff are helpful. Need more parking spaces or assigned parking. Some residents have more than 3 cars. Apartments are well insulated and so noise from neighbors is minimal.

Great place to live

I have enjoyed living hete for the past three years. The staff does a great job keeping the grounds tidy, dog bag refilled, and addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner. The front desk staff if always available to help out when I have question or concern. I also like the location as there are a few grocery stores nearby, walking trail, gyms, and restaurants.

Well I moved here in last Oct .The apt I'm in was just gorgeous and fit me perfect . I love the amenity center which has to be number 1 here in Bozeman I enjoy the people here everyone is respectful to me as a law enforcement agent we get along great .

Great Amenities and Pet Friendly!

Great amenities here! My favorite is the dog wash station and hot tub. Sarah is awesome to work with and the rest of the staff are very friendly! My neighbors are all so nice and respectful. Most residents have dogs so it is easy to meet people and furry friends. One kicker is some dog owners (not sure who) NEVER pick up their poop which is ridiculous since they have doggy bags and trash cans everywhere. I do think rent is overprices, but that's also Bozeman for you. Overall I have really enjoyed living here!

Awesome apartments

The icon apartments are a great place to live. The amenities are amazing. All of our neighbors are super quiet and really nice. The staff here will make you feel right at home. There is also a grocery store about to open up right across the road, which we are so excited for. There are so many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Great experience!

I live in an apartment with roommates and we’ve had a great experience here. The amenities are great, location is an easy commute to Bozeman and there’s lots to do within a short drive. Staff has been very responsive and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly.

Location! Location! Location!

We have been here for 2 years now and still love it as much as the first day. We're withing walking distance of both our sons schools, restaurants, gyms, and soon to be a grocery store. The staff has been wonderful to work with. Jolene at the front office is such a sweet person and puts up with all of my random inquiries. The maintenance guys are awesome. The head of the team showed up by himself when our apartment flooded on Christmas morning the first year! This community has been a great place for our family to enjoy.

Best renting experience I have had

I have lived at icon for almost a year now and have had a wonderful experiences, I have lived/rented in four different states and have delt with all sorts of typical renting issues but have not had one bad experience while living at icon! Management is not only kind but also extremely helpful and understanding, and they maintenance crew does a wonderful job as well!

The icon apartments are awesome

I have been living in icon apartment for about a year now and have never had an issue living here. The maintenance team is very quick to help when needed, the front office is very nice, and the amenities we have here are awesome!

I can't sleep because I can hear everything my neighbor does, coughing, talking, playing loud music, yelling at his dog, screaming profanities, AND he is up all night. I called the police to make a noise complaint at 2am a couple days ago. After the police left, my neighbor yelled '---- you loser' through the wall. Not getting sleep is affecting my life. My experience here is not good. I don't care about the upscale finishes in my apartment. I simply want a quiet safe place to sleep where I can take care of basic needs. It seems like with the amount of rent I am paying, that would be possible.

Everything you need in one place!

Amazing place to live. Complete luxury. Once you live at Icon, it makes any other apartment or house search seem dull and lacking. The LED lights and large tub!! The pizza oven and dog wash station. It makes me and my fur baby feel welcome. Even being that he is a pitbull. He has always been welcome with open arms and loved by the employees. Thank you guys for being amazing all the way around.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and it’s been wonderful. The maintenance staff are very attentive and quick to resolve issues, the amenities are the best in Bozeman and we are now walking distance from the new Town and Country grocery store and minutes away from some of Bozeman’s best restaurants. We just renewed our lease for another year and couldn’t be happier!

I have really enjoyed living here, no major issues except the stairwells on each side of my apartment to the upper apartments aren't insulated at all so you can hear everything through those walls. Besides that noise, it is pretty quiet.

We enjoy living in this friendly community. Our apartment has a wonderful big kitchen and we find it airy and spacious. We have been disappointed with the number of maintenance issues we've experienced since we moved in in May. Most recently our dishwasher has been out for almost two weeks, with no communication as to the eta of a fix. We pay more than $3,200 per month for our apartment and garage and at that price, which takes up a significant proportion of our income, we had anticipated a living arrangement that would come with a light maintenance footprint. Overall, however, given the exorbitant and prohibitive cost of housing in this region, we would recommend this apartment community as one to join.
