Awesome Living Experience!!

[Incentivized Review] Icon Ferguson Farm in Bozeman offers stylish, modern apartments with stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and generous space. The community features a resort-style pool, well-equipped gym, cozy fire pits, and a dog park, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is a major plus, with great restaurants, shops, and a Town and Country grocery store just steps away. Living here has made being in Bozeman convenient and enjoyable.

It's a pretty standard apartment with nice amenities. The apartment itself is lovely. Everything is great except for a few tiny things. The apartment is a second story corner 2bd 2ba, with the entry on the first floor. It's pretty sweet except that the wall our staircase shares with the unit below us is not very soundproof. We had neighbors move in downstairs and every night at 6/7pm their young child starts screaming. It is LOUD and carries through the living room. Annoying. My other major grievance with the apartment is that there are no weight racks in the gym. Can't do squats, can't do bench, can't do deadlift. I paid the price for luxury amenities expecting more than just a Marriott-style hotel gym. It's frustrating.

My entire family started feeling ill a few months after moving into our unit at Icon Apartments at Ferguson Farm. When we moved in, there was a water spot on the ceiling and we were told that there had been a water leak and it had been completely fixed. We did our own independent mold testing, and it showed high levels of black mold. When we told the property management about it, they sent a maintenance worker in and told us there was no issue and that we were living in a perfectly healthy home. Management has refused to let us out of our lease without paying exorbitant penalties. I have never had such a terrible rental experience in my life.

Most upper cost apartments have a well equipped fitness center -- Icon needs to upgrade their fitness center. Add more accessories in the sitting room and game room upstairs that will draw people. Hold people responsible for pets, load noise, parking and dumpster usages.

Lately there is a lot of smoke coming into my apartment at night, evidently through the vents. Please end this, as I have a strong allergy to all smoke... including Marijana. It has been happening for about 2 weeks, though not every night, it is almost every night.

Family Friendly

[Incentivized Review] We have loved living here! We love going on walks around the neighborhood and being able to walk to the grocery store has been fun. Our kids love the playground and have met a few people while taking our dog and kids to the park. The clubhouse is clean and up to date and love using the gym and have loved going swimming.

This is my 3rd lease with ICON, which says a lot about the property and the staff. You get taken care of and if there are issues with the apartment, maintenance is there to help quickly. It's a great place to live. The amenities are plentiful. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment is awesome, and having Town and Country Foods across the street can't be topped. Simple as that!

Beautifully comfortable

[Incentivized Review] A place full of tranquility, super good to live. I love the pools and the coffee spot. Very friendly and quiet neighbours. There are no exaggerated noises. There are a lot of parking lots, but I still don't think it's fair that those who have garage use ours outside.

We are enjoying it!

[Incentivized Review] We went from living in Paradise Valley to apartment living here at the Icon. We weren't sure how well we would do coming from open range, quiet and not a lot going on too having people next door and above us. We thought we would be spend a lot of time at our house out in the valley. However, we love apartment living. The amenities they have here are wonderful. The location couldn't be better. Everything, is super close.

A reliable, comfortable living space with great amenities!

[Incentivized Review] I've lived here a year with no complaints. It's in a safe, quiet part of town, which I appreciate. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The clubhouse is great for hosting, and the basketball court is in good shape. Being a newer complex, everything feels modern and well-maintained. My unit has been problem-free, and management is responsive. Parking is always easy, and the rent feels fair for the amenities and location. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place.

The staff has been good to work with. I like the location. The main negative is the apartment complex claims "Unparalleled Luxury" but the definition of luxury is "the state of great comfort and extravagant living". Although the apartments are nice, I would not call them luxury. The appliances are mid level. Adequate but not luxury level. For example there are much quieter dish washers that I think you would use in a luxury apartment. Sound abatement is not good between apartments above and below. So some comfort is lost there. So nice, yes luxury not as much.

Overall, Icon is a good community. The facilities and amenities are nice, and the location is ideal. The community's overall appearance has declined slightly in recent months (dirty cement stairwells, trash areas with litter and overflowing bins (no recycling on property), dog waste stations not adequately maintained, and lots of dog waste around the property). The Maintenance Team responds to work orders well and is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoy the amenities like the pool, gym, and dog park . The location is super convenient, close to Town and County Liberty burger , and public transport . Not pleased with the commencement of my rent and how my move in date was handled by the leasing team. The move in date was fumbled do to poor planning. The rate for a 1bdrm 1bath apartment was absolutely absurd in relation. The sound of the foot traffic of the renters above was atrocious. Poor quality of construction and sound proofing.

Love living at Icon Ferguson Farm!

I moved into Icon Ferguson Farm about 6 weeks ago and have had a wonderful experience so far. Nikki made the application process very easy even though I was moving from out of state and leasing sight-unseen. All the staff have been a pleasure to interact with, my apartment is beautiful with tons of storage, and I have been greatly enjoying the amenities. I'd highly recommend checking out the community!
