These apartments are extremely nice and the location is perfect! I love the gym, hot tub, pool, and all the amenities. The staff is always friendly and they are very efficient with maintenance calls. I would definitely recommend these apartments!:)

It's been pretty good, the facilities are not open 24 hours anymore which sucks as I get home from work pretty late. Overall, this apartment complex is good about work orders, clearing snow, and helping with any questions or concerns

Great amenities and awesome management! Large units, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Many amenities offered, fitness, lounge and spa! Everyone was welcoming and property is well maintained.

The clubhouse with the pool room and golf simulator were fantastic. It seems like a great place to hang out with friends. I was also very impressed with the exercise facilities on site. I’m looking forward to trying out a Peloton workout on one of the bikes.

I have lived here since Icon first opened and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is prompt and friendly making my apartment feel just like home! The coffee machine in the clubhouse definitely keeps me going.

Great office staff, friendly and helpful. Maintenance is swamped so it can take a bit of time for requests, but they are working hard. Clubhouse is great and apartments are cozy and thoughtfully designed. Prices are on the high end, even for Bozeman, and unfortunately the company that owns the complex has been raising the monthly rent rate at lease renewal by 20-40% which makes these an unsustainable option for long-term living.

Icon is an absolutely beautiful place to live and the staff is incredible! We specifically enjoy the pizza oven and spend a lot of our evenings using it! The complex is very pet friendly and has many amenities just for your pets!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Icon Apartment Homes. The property is beautiful with many great amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. They took the time to show me the entire property as well as answer any and all questions I had.

My husband and I moved here and had no plans to leave, we loved the area and the community so much, but then we received a notice that if we chose to renew our lease we'd have to pay 750 more than our original price. Not only did that step out of our price range, but our apartment didn't get any better and there are a few problems in our apartment such as the kitchen exhaust fogging up every time I cook or bake something on 350 degrees, and our there is not ethernet cable and the internet sucks. If I want to watch some Netflix and my husband wants to game on his computer, we cant, it'll lag or disconnect. If we could have picked to stay we would have loved to, but because of our apartment issues, paying an extra 750 honestly is not worth it anymore. They seem to care more about their image then the current residents.

We love it here. It comes with everything you could possibly want. Everything is included in rent which makes it so easy. A gym, peloton bikes, game rooms, a pool, a park, a coffee machine, and even a pizza oven! Everyone here is super nice and the apartments are even better.

Moving into this community has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the community is very neat and considerate in the shared spaces. I would recommend Icon at Ferguson Farm.

I absolutely love this property. The staff are the sweetest people and the community is amazing, I love how close everything is. I have been living here for almost a month and I wouldn't have it any other way, this place is amazing. I remember having a virtual tour of the apartment my boyfriend and I now live and it supersedes all we thought about it. The apartment is a beautiful and practical good size, and I love how recently renovated everything is, and how attentive the staff members are. Any small issue that we have had, they are able to solve so quickly. I am profoundly happy and see my girlfriend and I living here for a while:)
