Convienent so far. Ability to walk to work. Secure, can only access necessary floors. My Childs school is only 10 minutes away. Grounds are cleansed Daily. Only concern are pet owners who let their pet pee in the garage near the elevators

Great community at Management should look into maintenance ofamenities and renew or replace old broken thing on the 24th floor.Make sure people don't smoke in here. Also strict instructions forpet owners to clean up after.

Skyhouse is a great place to live! The people who live and work here are very welcoming and friendly, and the space is beautiful. I love the views and amenities available as well. There is always something to do which makes connecting with others in the community easy and fun.

Don't do it.

Save yourself the headache. It is certainly not worth the trouble. Be not fooled by the photos. Truly the worst place I've ever lived. Terribly managed and maintained. Floods, smells, trash overflows, pet wastes, questionable people, unsafe, car break-ins, elevators not working....it doesn't end Just look up the community... News reports on lawsuits, a murder at the property and more!

Elevator has been broken for over 4 months Amenities on sky lounge and gym haven’t worked in yrs. TVs pool Constantly smell of pet feces Oder in main lobby area daily Unfortunately numerous times where violence occurred in building causing ppl losing their lives Poorly treatment and unprofessional service from management Sky lounge hasn’t been clean for residents entertained use in months There’s a total big difference from north and south tower. Very shameful

Great place to live. Of course living in the city has its disadvantages with the noises of cars and traffic but that comes with the territory. Pool could use a good cleaning too but other than that.. all is good! :)

Elevators barley work, first level always smells like poop. Kitchen appliances are ran down and low quality. Missing packages all the time. It has been the worse apartment living experience since moving to Charlotte. I regret signing this lease.

It's like Section 8 living for penthouse prices. The elevators are never in good working order. I have timed them taking as long as 20 minutes. When you raise the issue with management, they gaslight you and say that the elevators are always working.

Skyhouse is a great living experience, however the odor of drug use, assume to be caused by AIRBNBers, is a problem. Drug use is a people problem, which exist everywhere. The concrete ceiling finishes should be redone.

Poor , I had to call the leasing office 100 times while barely getting ahold of the agent that was helping me. He wouldn’t email me back, wouldn’t communicate , never explained even how to dispose of garbage, Amazon lockers, where to park , where to pay, never called me . Always had to be calling the office, it felt like they were doing me a favor . Horrible. I only rented for the location.

Sky House is an awesome place to live the front desk people and the staff. The leasing agents. Everyone here is awesome and I give a thumbs up to the maintenance people. I've never seen maintenance people so efficient in what they do. Neighbors are nice sky house north. It's just an awesome place to live

The only good point is the convenient location. Although the community looks modern and with charming facilities, there is a lack of maintenance that keeps elevator broken for weeks, stinky liquids to be spilled over the balconies, no actions to keep pests away (such as pigeons), even paying a monthly fee for it, among other minor daily issues that, stacked up, built up a disappointment feeling since from the first days in it. Definitively looking forward to moving out and to never come back.

Read the reviews and believe them… the Good ones and the bad ones. Safety is a terrible thing to take for granted. Personally and property safety are not something they value. Crime happens and you can’t stop criminals but to live where you don’t feel safe will never be an option.

I would not recommend skyhouse. The cost to live there does not match with the quality of the complex. Too expensive to live around drugs and dirty elevators, security doors that work sporadically. The apartment floors and bathroom weren’t clean when I moved in. Lots of “other fees” which increase rent. Make sure to print your quote because if you don’t you could end up with a higher rent since you don’t have documented proof of what their website said they rent would be.

Poor maintenance team and the management does not deliver what they promise. It’s supposed to be a smoke-free apartment complex but you smell illegal substance everywhere. Management sends silly emails once in while saying stern action will be taken but I don’t see any improvement in fact things are getting worse week by week. People are using the gym as extended skydeck and the gym smells smoke most of the times on weekends. I am extremely disappointed with the management.
