A great place to land in Uptown Charlotte…definitely worth exploring for your rental needs. Like any property, there are some hiccups. But, I am definitely satisfied and glad to currently call this place, home.

Skyhouse Uptown North is a great place to live. Everyone is friendly, it is in a great location, and the units are beautiful. The security both in the parking garages and in the units is great and keeps the residents safe.

I recently moved up to Charlotte from Atlanta, after seeing a few different spots around the city I fell in love with Skyhouse. Hilary made the tour and move in process so easy and fast. I toured one day and had an apartment one or two days later. The buildings are clean, the door people are sooo friendly and the location is very quick and convenient!

Overall it's nice experience as resident of Skyhouse apartments. The amenities are good. Staff is super helpful. Maintenance staff is quick to take actions to resolve issues. Conceirge and leasing office is also efficient and helpful

Smells like pee all the time went way down hill doors don’t work elevator only 1 runs out of 4 it’s nasty and dirty they use to clean the windows not in 3 years since they have been cleaned won’t renew unless it get better

I think living here is nice, the apartment itself very nice with a great view, nice amenities. The things I don’t really care for us the fact that the elevators don’t always work properly and the maintenance is absolutely terrible. Worst service I have ever had.

Great community in the heart of Uptown. Easy access to work and the freeway. Management makes the effort to creat a fun environment with a lot of community events. Many places on site or nearby to grab a bite.

Apartment building looks nice but the people and bugs bring it down. Amenities are convenient, especially the dog park. The parking is Extra and that company attempts faulty fines. My view is nice unless you notice the roaches they moved me into. They are in no way attempting to exterminate this problem. It is disgusting and embarrassing. The people here are loud and not reputable. I do not feel that this is a positive safe place to live

Skyhouse Uptown North allows you to experience the luxury high rise lifestyle at an affordable price. Staff and management are charismatic and outgoing in the assistance they provide. The rooftop lounge, gym, and pool are icing on the cake.

Skyhouse is insanely priced. The view is terrible. Youre next to a homeless shelter, a fire station, and a shady club that is extremely loud and reckless at all times of night. They try to compensate for the horribleness by bribing residents with small cheap events where they give everyone alcoholic drinks. They dont check ID either. They dont even manage their own parking. They let Preferred Parking treat their residents like crap. Theyre horrible.

I feel like the community amenities are great. But over all the building is Loud, ------, and dirty. If I mention it to a staff member they will take care of it, but its something that needs constant attention.

We have shared a number of letters with owners and management that the experience does not match the price. The downtown proximity for now is what we pay for but if you want to ensure retention, pay more attend to all aspects of the experience not just what you directly manage.

Skyhouse is very nice overall, though the noise from muscle cars, ambulances, and the landscaping team is substantial. Noise isolation between units is decent though, and overall I would recommend Skyhouse.

Great community. Concierge is amazing. Application process was a little rocky, but stick with it . Its great here ! Hillary was really nice, just a little busy and unavailable at times. Be patient and she will take care of it!

You probably don't want my review. It's not luxury living. There's trash and stains in the hallways. You don't have 24/7 access to amenities like every other community in Uptown despite paying a $20 monthly fee for building upkeep.

I have been living at this community since August. The apartment is nice - I like my room and am happy to have my own bathroom for the price/location. The parking is a bit tight but the building meets all my needs.

This apartment has went from being luxury to the hood in a matter of months. It constantly smells like hot piss every morning, people let their pets pee on every entry and exit, and the elevators. That’s not even the worst part, last week there was dog feces being disposed off of the side building and down onto the street. It appears staff has let down all standards of the people they allow here as now every weekend there’s constant partying, people waiting around entrances to be let up (that are not residents), cars being broken into in the parking deck, and these are only a few of the things off the top of my head. Not to mention that the pool frequently looks like a swamp, the upkeep is a joke. There’s hair floating in it and it’s literally green, the pool was closed on numerous occasions over the summer and it stays closed for days at a time. Also the “cleaning” in the building is like a family and I can’t believe they are actually paid to be here, they use random cleaning products (i.e pledge, Lysol, etc.) and spray it on a cloth and use that to mop the floors and clean the glass in the doors?? They are rude and leave their supples and cords out in walk ways and will ignore you if you try to pass them, you’re expected to just stand and watch and wait until it’s convenient for them to let you pass. It’s a joke. Staff does absolutely nothing to stop this, the dog piss everywhere has been an everyday thing since the day I moved in. Only recently though have I started to feel genuinely unsafe here. Management is slow to respond and when they do it’s usually unhelpful or they don’t follow through. The concierge is all new and only a few of them will even speak to you, you’re a nuisance if you need something from them. I thought the concierge would be the nice smiling face when you come in everyday but lol they are the farthest from that. Do not move here, it’s clear this apartment will only to continue to go downhill and will continue to allow activity/residents that destroy the once nice building/space.

I’ve been here for a few months now. The outside of the windows are dirty, filthy. Can’t really see through them clearly. Window washers supposedly came a few weeks ago but they never showed up. I live near the top of the building, so I guess they only do certain floors or apartments. I got the apartment for the view & can’t enjoy it. It’s disappointing.

An excellent community to live uptown Charlotte. Very nice people and very competent staff. The amenities are excellent and the location could not possibly be better to get to and from work. Enjoy it a great deal.

My experience here is terrible recent activity here has me in fear my safety! Not enough cameras in the areas that’s needed. Airbnb people in out… guns…. Smoking I went through hoops to get in to this place. And at this point I don’t think it’s worth it. Really disappointed

It has definitely turned into the ------, from a dog biting me to my neighbors fighting like animals. There was literally five cops here last week due to my neighbors fighting. I cant wait to move next week.
