The experience here is good. The environment is quite. I am very comfortable here. It is very convenient to shop and eat. There are lots of good place to have fun nearby. I will consider extend the lease if possible.

Love the community and amenities. Close to so many great restaurants and activities. Accessibility to grocery store is huge as well as the amphitheater. Been here 4 years and plan to renew again. Great home!

Beware apartments facing Six Forks, very loud and windows offer little noise buffering. Staff here is one of the most friendly and helpful I've ever experienced. The parking situation in North HIlls is rough, and bldg mgmt was forced to open up resident parking floors to general public. Means many nights I've driven around for 10+ minutes trying to find a spot on any convenient floor. Once had to park on the street.

Love the location and the community within and around park and market. My apartment layout is great as well. The ongoing events with Notrth hills makes living here so much more than just a home. I love have a grocery store right underneath my apt.

The staff here at Park & Market have been AMAZING to me. From the moment Angela helped me select the perfect apartment for my needs (she really did spend a lot of time answering my questions and searching for different apartments to fit my budget), to Tara checking me in and showing me around the complex and walking me to my apartment as well as a quick walk-through inspection as I was arriving at the last moment driving halfway across the country to get to my check-in on time. Being right above a Harris Teeter has been a godsend with my crazy schedule. In addition, being right across from a major shopping center and a target is also a blessing not having to go through all the crazy traffic in Raleigh. Some of the neighbors that I have met call this place the island. That is an absolutely perfect name is you never really have to leave :-) I have seen some other reviews complain about the maintenance however the experience that I have had has been nothing but stellar! The management really seems to be on top of the issues. The only reason I rated safety at four stars is that I wish there were cameras in the parking garage as it seems nonresidents can get pretty rowdy is the parking garages shared with neighboring businesses and bars. The reason that I rated noise three stars is probably due to standard apartment living. I have not lived in an apartment in over 15 years and I sometimes do here my neighbors on either side. I'm not sure I could fall to the folks here as I'm sure most apartments you will always hear the noise around you. Despite the fact that they allow pets, which I love, the neighbors have been incredibly respectful about cleaning up after their pets and barking.

My experience has been amazing. Angela has helped me with my first ever experience with leasing an apartment and has been very helpful to me every time I have reached out to her. I also had a minor problem with the washing machine when I moved in and it was repaired the same day that I reported the issue. Love the area and I'm very happy with my room.

The office staff is terrible. They do NOT care about the residents and will treat you like a nusicense when you stop and ask for help. ------ at the office literally signed for my package. Signed for it. I showed her the signature. Then she said "We'll that doesn't mean anything." And then something to the effect of "it happens all the time." Is that supposed to make me feel better?!? For $2000 in rent a month, at least act like you care. That was a package for my upcoming wedding and when you signed for it, you took responsibility. Oh, not to mention there is now where to park and this building recently reserved spaces on the bottom floor for valet across the street. Then, allowed private parking to be purchased for $75 dollar a month. Then, started remodeling and allowed for trash trailers to sit in resident parking spaces, despite the already apparent parking issue. This building doesn't leave access for local EMS. I cannot make this up. I left the apartment at prior to 6am to walk to the gym and had to let in two EMS guys with a stretcher who had been calling to be let in!!! But it wasn't "office hours." The lack of a contingency plan for that is again POOR consideration for resident well being. The upside ... you can walk to the gym so you don't loose your limited parking space? I'll be asking for a reimbursement for my package, but it's doubtful they will accommodate me.

Outstanding service provided by leasing and maintenance folks! Location is best in the Raleigh area. Proximity to RDU airport, Cameron Village, Glenwood South, Crabtree Valley Mall, Duke Raleigh Hospital/Clinics, Rex Hospital, and NC State University.

Apartment was very unclean upon move in. Multiple items needed to be fixed upon move in. When requested, the maintenance staff did not fix the items. The lease mentions maintenace staff must provide written notice in the apartment that they entered the apartment with no one home but this was not done.

I moved to Park and Market about a year ago and it has been the best living experience. I absolutely love the convenience of living above Harris Teeter and the ability to walk to shops, restaurants and the Dog Park! The thing I love the most about my apartment is my SPACIOUS walk-in closet! It really was the selling point for me since I have a lot of stuff and huge shopping addiction ;) The ladies in the office are always sweet and very helpful, and the maintenance team is always so responsive! Absolutely love calling P&M home!

I love the entire team at park and market. They care so much about the property and their residents, it's one of the biggest reasons I want to move into this community! I also love the location in the middle of north hills!

There have been six false fire alarm (loudest noise imaginable) in the past month alone Jan-Early Feb 2019. Times include midnight, 3 AM, 630 AM, 1015 AM etc. Greystar/management does not contact residents to notify whether the fire alarm was false or a in fact a real fire (each time has been false alarm). There was even a real fire when did alarm did not sound, and residents were not notified until three days later. There is a complete disregard for residents and their safety. We have tried talking to management even contacting the corporate office but they do not return phone calls. Management has stated they are "working with the vendor to resolve the issue" clearly the vendor Greystar hired does not understand the system or the issues plaguing it. Greystar isn't concerned that residents paying $20k a year have a quiet safe place to live. I'm glad we do not have pets or children, they are the ones who really suffer. I can not recommend living at Park and Market to anyone. Elevators constantly break down, treadmill in dated times center has been broken for a month, electric grill in courtyard have been broken for years.

The constant fire alarms are a reason in itself not to live at Park and Market. They have been a problem for 2.5 years that I have lived here and we are never given a resolution. We are told the problem has been fixed and then a week later they start doing off again. Don't live here.

Great location, poor management. Ideal for apathetic renters and those that don't mind regular false alarms from the fire alarms. Staff is fake and will often makeup a story/explanation to get you to leave them alone.

My lease is 15 months. I am so happy here except for the excessive fire alarms. Take that one thing away, and Im super satisfied. It would be nice if it was more soundproof to the street noise, but thats expected in a city. I really appreciate he management team, and feel like they are part of our family. I wish the rent was less expensive. I absolutely love it here.

Overall this has been a great place to live. Greystar took over shortly after I moved in and the staff has been nothing short of wonderful. Although, originally it appeared ownership was making positive changes and upgrades, as of lately I no longer feel this way. They are making it more aesthetically pleasing but in reality they are taking more and more amenities from the residence as prices increase. The grilling has lights that have never worked so you cant see your food and are electric instead of gas. I'm not sure why you'd run gas lines to a fire pit and not a grill but again, aesthetics over function seems to be their motto. I have always lived in places with guest suites because my family is all from out of town and this amenity was a huge deciding factor for me when signing a lease because hotels in the area are around 350$ per night and that's not realistic for my guests. We were informed just recently that ownership has decided to do away with the guest suite. They have spent thousands re-doing the club house for months just to look the same (it was already immaculate before) when the gym is really where they should have made some investments. The equipment is unsafe, the room is too small and i've always seen it utilized more than the clubhouse (its always packed and utilized, whereas the clubhouse just sits empty ready to "wow" the next tour of people coming through). Also, we share the garage with the pubic, which is frustrating at times but not unbearable. What is unbearable is the fact that even in the area that is reserved for residence it is a well known fact that Park and Market does not actually tow. Cars will rudely tailgate through the gate and its not uncommon to not find parking even in the residence area and half the cars do not have the decals showing they are residents. I wish park and market would actually pay to have cars towed so residents are not left stranded without parking. Ultimately the amenities that meant the most to me and most other residents i've talked to have been neglected or removed altogether and money has been spent frivolously on the aesthetics. prices go up and amenities go down every year. They'd rather have a beautiful empty club house than parking, lighted grills, a safe gym, and a simple guest suite.

I have never lived in another apartment complex. But I do find it quiet, the grounds are nice, I feel safe, the neighborhood is why I moved here and have not been disappointed, maintenance is very good and the staff is fine! The dog droppings is an issue particularly on St.Albans St. The stairwells are very dirty.

I have lived in this community for more than seven years - Greystar took over management 18 months ago. Since then they have painted, replaced carpeting in hallways, and performed long-needed preventive maintenance projects. Currently, they are renovating apartments as they come up for new leases. The location is great and now the apartments are being managed by a company that will put time and money into needed repairs and upgrades. The maintenance and leasing staff are professional and responsive.

The community of park and market is wonderful, when you get into an elevator expect a big warm smile by a fellow marketer. The pool in the summer is a blast. The convince of the Teeter is terrific. I have a home cooked meal every night as a result. Would definitely recommend to any friend.

So far a good experience aside from my car being damaged by a 3rd party vendor and having to take money out of pocket to fix the repair. The leasing agents and community manager were very prompt to responding to my questions as well.

Park and Market has by far been the best tenant experience I have ever had. Angela and Amanda went out of their way on several occasions to ensure that I got the best experience possible while here. The maintenance staff did an amazing job as well and any requests i had were addressed in a timely manner. Its sad to leave but i HIGHLY recommend Park and Market to anyone wanting to live in walking distance to EVERYTHING and get treated like family by the staff. Sincerely, 743
