I love the place it’s very quiet and always upgrading areas which keep the building looking brand new. The flexibility to use conference room to find a quick and enjoyable area to work, Same as flexibility’s to use gym at any time during the day. I’ve had a genuinely positive living experience at Harper at Harmon Meadow. The apartment offers great space and modern appliances, which make day-to-day living comfortable and efficient. I really appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance to quality restaurants, a supermarket, and a nearby gym, in addition to having access to three separate gyms right within the community. The keyless entry system is a major plus; deliveries are seamless, and the secure package room and coded lockers give peace of mind. These features, combined with the overall layout and location, make Harper a great place to call home.

The Harper community has everything in proper order in making sure maintenance is done. Rent can be submitted and having everything set to the T makes things smooth. We appreciate the leasing office for what they do for all the tenants, we appreciate Alex in the Package Concierge‘s room who works very hard along with the other workers cleaning. The neighbors we encounter have been really wonderful and it’s really nice to be with community. Love seeing all the animals.

I have really enjoyed living at The Harper at Harmon Meadows. Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance are personable and friendly. The location is ideal. It’s close enough to the city and major highways, yet far enough where you don’t hear all the hustle and bustle of everything. And there’s a parking deck across the street, so there’s never an issue for parking when guests come.

We’ve been living here for almost two years now, and we absolutely love it! Our apartment is spacious, clean, and everything fits perfectly. Even though we have a one-bedroom apartment, it’s more than enough for two people. We’ve set up two working spaces with desks and chairs: one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. There’s so much space here, it’s amazing! We also really appreciate the office managers and service workers. They’re always so responsible and dedicated to their jobs. The area around our apartment is also fantastic. Sam’s Club and Walmart are just a short walk away, and there’s an hotel area across the street with a variety of restaurants. Oh, and there’s a big cinema just a 10-minute walk away! And of course, this apartment complex is super close to Manhattan. There’s a bus stop just a 2 minutes’ walk away, and you can reach Manhattan in about 20 minutes during off-peak hours and 30-35 minutes during peak hours. That’s pretty convenient, right? You can be in your office (door-to-door) in just an hour or even less!

It's been great for the most part, I do wish the price for pool passes wasn't so high, it can get very expensive to just want to have a pool day with your family. I also wish the two bedrooms weren't as expensive, they're very nice but extremely expensive.

Very nice apartments, I’m consider renew my lease but the rent price is a little bit too high for my family. The maintenance is good but not that professional, earlier this year they take 3 days to find out the source of gas leakage in my apartment and after they fixed it, they remain the wall opening, and haven’t come back to fix my wall till now
