Overall experience is pretty amazing! Staffs are very nice and professional. Building is clean and well maintained! The clean lady is working very hard, she's nice and kind. The community is close to everywhere but still very quiet.

Love my place its definitely home , safe secure amenities are taken care of especially during Covid and the neighbors are fantastic and staff wonderful . Close to restaurants shops parks and transportation.

The Harper Meadow es una comunidad tranquila, y segura. El personal en general es muy cortes y amable. Las áreas de recreación son muy elegantes y limpias. Los apartamentos amplios y confortables apara habitar.

The Harper at Harmon Meadow - stylish, clean, safe, convenient community. Great amenities, excellent location. Moved here May 2018, and I have been greatly satisfied with the Leasing Staff, Maintenance Staff, and the available amenities.

The Harper is the perfect place to make a home for yourself, you'll have all that you'll ever need within walking distance, the building grounds are always clean, and so far everyone is super nice! Highly recommend!

The Harper is a great place to live! I love the modern, stylish design it has but like the feeling of community I get when I walk onto the grounds. The location is just right for my commute and all the building amenities make it easier to work from home and stay safe during the pandemic.

The Harper at Harmon Meadow is a wonderful community - it is safe, clean, and managed well. The grounds are beautiful! My apartment is modern and cozy - I look forward to coming home every day, and perhaps most importantly, I feel safe.

Good start to my new appartment. No complaints. Everything was easy to handle with the leasing office. Move in went smooth. Great maintenance team. Loved the free breakfast and coffee this morning from them.

professional and helpful staff. Maintenance requests are promptly responded to and taken care of the next day. Overall nice place to live. Only things I can complain about are the slightly high rent and a little more security around the complex.

The Harper at Harmon Meadow is great! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The amenities are great and the management team is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and the complex is always clean.

The only thing I would like to Add is to add a security walking around the facility because sometimes I dont feel safe walking around the park . I dont know who gets in here because its open gate and no security before entering

I think the Harper is a great place to live in regard to cleanliness, peace of mind, modern living, and amenities at your finger tips. However, I did not appreciate my move-in process. I have no idea of where things were (garage, other amenities aside from pool, and a trolly to move in items)

If you are looking for friendly and convenient, youll find it at The Harper. I have never had more helpful staff or more options for me and my pup. Close to the train, close to shops and restaurants...highly suggest especially if you work in the city and want a place thats close but not tiny and expensive.

The experience at this community has been amazing! The apartments are really nice with plenty of natural sunlight. The staff are very friendly and professional. The amenities are first class and are up kept very nicely. I would highly recommend the Harper for any future residents!!!

Convenient for work, I like that my apartment is set off to the side so there isn't a lot of traffic. Parking for guests is always a hassle. Maintenance crew always responds ASAP and efficiently. Hoping they can start opening up amenities while keep social distancing practices.

Overall experience at the Harper is great. Great amenities, secure and convenient location if you work in the city. Accessible to a lot of restaurants and major retailers. An awesome Neighborhood and community! Love the Harper!

A pretty great place to live. If you do hear noise coming from your neighbors it will seep in from the front door or the wall if music is playing from directly next door. The one bedroom is quite spacious. The "non slam" cabinets are good. Transportation is a great plus from here and living next to Walmart is a plus too. Overall great place just be prepared to pay for it all.

my experience has been great! But I do wish the visitor parking situation was better. There aren't nearly enough spots for a complex this large and those that exist are always filled with the same cars everyday.

Move in was terrific. Apartments are beautiful with a residential feel. Amenities are solid with updated gym and saltwater pool. Proximity to Walmart is great and there is also a convenient bus stop to get into NYC.

Easy commute to NY. And the overall condition of the apartment and the community is really good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rent I feel is but on the higher side other than that the community is safe and very convenient for family with kids

The community staff is not helpful. They could do a better job at managing complaints and checking in to ensure we are satisfied with how the problem was resolved. Further, the community should have more convenient parking spaces for guests.

Just moved in . So far staff and love in experience has been great ! Building amenities and actual unit quality and appearance and conditions are great ! Feels like living in a hotel/resort . Location and all the shopping restaurants and transportation in walking distance is the best ! Hope the experience continues in this fashion
