I am fairly new in this area, literally under 2 weeks. So far the people seem very friendly. It seems like a very safe and family friendly are. People in this community are way warmer than the community in New York where I previously lived.

No I do not wish to give a written review of the community. Others will soon discover the inconvenience of living here compared to other communities in the surrounding are of Secaucus or anywhere in Hudson.

The leasing agent Christopher Chin is great, he made the leasing process easy and is always helpful when there are any questions or a resident needs assistance. The property maintenance team is friendly, professional and efficient.

my daughter's and I we love the Harper, It is a very quiet and safe place. I really like that we have everything close.I recommend this community to my friends and families, It is a very nice and clean community..

I am new resident here and I have a very good experience so far. I like the design of the apartment, amenities as well as the quite environment. I would recommend this place for others who want to enjoy quietness also who like shopping as there are two big marts near to the community.

Though I have moved in recently, everything in the apartment has been great. From maintenance team, quality of apartment, neighborhood, and leasing staff - all's great. Looking forward to experience more here.

Oscar was so prompt in reaching out about about my service request. I knew when they were coming and what needed to be done. They even left my laundry space cleaner than it started. Always have a great experience with maintenance here at the Harper. The residents portal is super convenient and the response is immediate.

I find that a rent increase of 113%-135% to be extremely harsh and unconscionable and deeply sadden. Fellow tenants who were Nurses, teachers and other rewarding professionals and great neighbors have reluctantly relocated elsewhere. This keeps me up at night, as I too, a teacher may unfortunately fall by the same fate. Thinking Out Loud

I love living in Secaucus. I only wish the communication was better at Harper. Is the office now closed on Sundays? Why isn’t the office open late one night a week for those tenants who work and cannot get to the office before 6pm? When I first move here, the office was opened until 8pm on Thursdays. Why are people allowed to park “free” from the leasing office to the pool every day/night. Where is the property manager? This person needs to walk around the complex to see where “common area” repairs/issues are needed.

Recently moved to the Harmon and it is a very Nice place to live. Excellent staff and maintenance team. Area is also nice, lots of flowers and green. In general buildings are very clean and well maintained. Can recommend it to everyone

Better for Future Residents
As a current resident, I've felt let down with management and my experience at Harmon Meadow. We were accommodated very well with a quick move in date for a short term lease and wanted very much for our stay to be more enjoyable. The main mailroom should be reorganized and is very stressful for residents, tenants shouldn't be leaving food out around marsh/jog loop by the dog park, maintenance should give courtesy calls to residents ahead of time before knocking on doors early in the morning and maintenance should be taking extra precautions while using heavy equipment on and around the property. I hope this feedback can be used to help make Harmon Meadow a better and more enjoyable place to stay for future tenants. It is a lovely property and we really enjoyed getting to know several lovely people here and folks who work very hard for the building. Thank you.

During Covid , Harper filled the Apts with people that behave like garbage. Drinking alcohol at the pool side and inviting a bunch of people. Leaving no space the residents to enjoy the pool. ------!!!

Process to apply for the apartment was easy. Joseph and Julia helped us to get the apartment quick as we were in a rush. The community members are really good. Everyone is friendly. We also like all the amenities provided.

It’s been great living here. I would recommend this community to staff and the everyone have been great. I feel safe here and love being here. The amenities are are great and I love it. The community is clean and the residents are great.

The one thing that extremely bothers us are dogs not on leashes. We understand it’s a pet friendly community but there’s been several times dogs are not on leashes when in public areas/hallways. There have been 2 times, when they were running after and almost trying to enter our apartment door as we were entering.

The team in the leasing office, specifically Julia and Stephanie, are extremely professional and helpful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues. The complex is relatively quiet and safe. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

It is a beautiful community, I enjoy the pool and the beauty of the apartment. I think the complex is beautiful but I think at times the people who work in the office could be more friendly. But other than that I think it is a good community

The mail room in100 building is terrible.unorganized, people thw someone’s packages, takes forever to find a item, lost my package twice(stolen!?), the stuff who marker to write apt number was completely wrong so that on wrong shelf (stolen accidentally),a stranger can be get into the room easily, scared to be alone in the room…

over weekend people whoever doing the BBQ party, playing loud music and partying until late at night and we are not able to go to bed. And sometime people with motor bike are going on the walkway from back of the building to front. It’s very dangerous because kids are playing. I feel there’s no monitoring in place. It’s not acceptable for me to pay a high rent and not being able to sleep, open my windows for fresh air or take kids out for play safely.

It’s a very nice and quiet community. The people I’ve encountered have all been nice and respectful. The maintenance team has also been great because my first night of moving in, the fire alarm kept going off late at night and Ray came back from being on his way home to fix it. That’s amazing service and he’s absolutely wonderful

I'Ve Been Living In The Harper Apartment At Harmon Meadow Since 05/02/2017 And The Only Thing I Can Say Is, That Is One The Very Best Place I've Lived Of, Very Good Community And With A Huge Amenities Varieties, I Highly recommend It.

Safe community , but inside house the dust in vents and my house is lifting I thought it was just happening one time but after a while I was watching it and my house is tearing apart it’s lifting really bad

Aside from being located in one of the nicest areas of New Jersey, the entire Harper staff, from the ladies and gents who help keep this beautiful community clean and working efficiently, to the management who resolve issues swiftly and are always willing to lend a helping hand, my time at the Harper in the Meadows has been a wonderful experience and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to live.
