An Excellent apartment which is designed keeping in mind the needs of every resident! The experience so far has been good and the neighbour hood is good as some shopping chains are in walking distance from the apartment. The move-in process could be improved considering expats who aren't familiar with the terminologies and processes in the States!

Really love it here so far. Management is beyond attentive and super friendly. There is a sense of community, which is rare to find in apartment complex. The amount of shopping and things to do around you is unbelievable for the price you pay.

Great community to live in with great features. Only minor problems I have: some units may find finishes are coming undone (paint chipping from walls). In addition, can be a bit noisome if you live below someone. Otherwise, great location and great place to be.

I love my new home!!! So happy I chose The Harper! It is so easy to get in and out of the city and so close to so many restaurants and stores! My boyfriend and I are super thrilled with the decision of moving here!

My experience has been ok...Im barely home...work and school... the community and location is pefect for those working in the city. But the rental price to me is to high...for the price Im paying i can put towards a home

I just moved in very recently but I have already had the best experience. Friendly and courteous neighbors. Amazing leasing staff! My apartment is spacious airy and has tons of great light. What a great find!

I enjoy having everything near me such as the gym. What is nice is that i have a playground near my building for my daughter to enjoy herself when she comes over. There are also many restaurants for families and friends.

Great EVERYTHING I love the Harper and the staff and community. I love the salt wager pool, the gym, all the indoor and outdoor amenities. My studio is very well organized so that the space I do have is easy to be efficient

Surely need better management at the leasing office,My move-in date was confirmed weeks before but upon arrival at leasing office I was told that management was not aware of this and the person who did all the paper work somehow didnt pass along this information (I had confirmed my move in weeks before I even stopped by to handover checks a week before move in to Craig at the leasing office ),anyways after a long wait people at leasing office where able to find my file and handed over the keys to me ,No body even bothered to show me where the building is ,I was given wrong parking spot, to begin with, had to go twice to fix that ,No info given on where the mailbox(or the number just handed over the keys to me) is where trash rooms are nothing, It's a great community well spacious apartments with all the bells and whistles but poor management

Just moved into the community. Very Clean and office staff have been very nice. Overall this is a great value and the gym and public spaces are very nice. I would recommend. Everything is well kept excited for the pool in the summer.

Coming home is amazing its like we live in a bubble Once my door is closed I dont hear anything outside our apartment. The community itself is amazing. I cant wait to enjoy everything the outdoor space has to offer , with the pool, grills, and fire pit.

Appartment buildings are good and spacious, maintenance team is very responsive. Though Guest parking is a major concern, plus barbeques are usually broken. Common areas are closed by 10:30. Paying 1000 bucks for amneties which have strict rules is not worth it. And there is no 24/7 front desk

I have been living at the Harper for about 10 months already and I love it. I love the community with all the amenities and also the town with all the activities for children. There is always something to do.

I have a pet and feel very comfortable here, the grounds are kept well and the amenities for my pet and my self are excellent. I also appreciate that inside as well as the outside are very clean and maintained.

Keep up the GREAT work. We really enjoy living here and the area is very nice easy to commute to work and go to New York City either by train, car or uber. Different restaurants and shopping around the area.
