The Harper at Harmon Meadow is a fantastic place to live. The staff is amazing, and the amenities are awesome. Everything is walking distance, from Walmart, the movie theater, to the many restaurants here. I haven’t even been here a full week, and I’m recommending this place to everybody I know that’s looking. If you pick The Harper at Harmon Meadow as your next residence, you won’t be disappointed!

Peaceful and very relaxing. Great office. They are nice and very helpful. I always receive my packages on time. The gym is nice and the classes they offer are amazing. Safe parking and the pool is a nice plus to the community.

Harmon Medow is a great place to live. Staff and everyone is helpful and caring. Ground are kept well. Walking and exercise area is great. The commute into city is good. Restaurants Movie Theater, Shopping Mall is all near by. And if you are a Giants or Jets Fan the Stadium is 15 min away along with the New American Mall with great attractions.

Beautiful, well kept community! Loving our new peaceful apartment. Appliances and features provided in the apartments are great - not to mention plenty of storage. Lucky for us we have a nice little view of the city from our living room :)

Great family place to live. Our plan was to stay for one year (job assignment) and we are now on our third year. Maintenance and Management are take a pro-active approach in addressing any deficiencies with the apartment and grounds. Great team!

More visibility on issues brought up. was told a follow-up would happen, but none occurred. I would have to ask again at the office for an answer or what steps were taken to resolve the issues. The leasing staff is nice but could work on communication/organization.

Very nice period of stay since last 2 years. We haven't faced any major issue in terms of any maintenance. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. The support staff too is very prompt and is usually responsive.

The Harper community is great! We have truly made it our home. Dont expect to move out anytime soon. The community staff is always very helpful. From the team working in the office to maintenance and cleaning they have always been friendly and helpful.

I have been living here since the end of 2018 almost 3 years by now. At the beginning the building was new and most of the apartments were empty and management were more flexible but after covid the place got crowded and management became greedier. They are changing policies without informing residents and when you request extend the lease or end a parking spot i was told that i have to pay extra for month-to-month lease which they did not ask me to pay in my previous month to month lease request. Also i was told that i should inform the lease office one month in advance to end a parking spot reservation which i am not avare of and was not told in my previous similar requests

Carlene in the rental office was exceptional during the rental process. She was very thorough and patient and her follow through was stellar. There are a lot of details to be covered and she made the process seamless. I couldn't have been more impressed with her or the property.

So far so good. The buildings are always clean, neighbors are friendly, the staff is amazing. Honestly the only issue is the pool. We need adult hours even if its only 2 hrs a day. Its not fair that after a long day of work all I want to do is relax by the pool, in the sun but what I get is a pool full of kids running around screaming splashing water all over me every time they jump into the pool, the parents do not discipline. Its the only thing I hate but Im sure you can find a solution. All we want is to bring back adult hours.

The Harper community is the absolute best, because of the people in the office, particularly Carlene. I first met Carlene when the Harper was welcoming its first residents - I was the third person to sign a lease there - and Carlene knows me by name. She is warm, friendly and makes an effort to see that I had everything I needed to be comfortable. There was a slight hiccup when I first moved in but that was remedied to my satisfaction. It has been smooth sailing ever since. The community quiet, which I liked. Maintenance requests are completed the same day, unless it done late at night then they are at your door first thing in the morning. The pool is nice although it may be a little small for the size of the community, and the gym has most of the equipment for basic excercise, spinning and stretching. Overall, the Harper is a great community. I have been here for more than 3 years and would highly recommend it to friends and family. The only reason I am leaving is because my fiance and I are expecting and were looking for 3 BR, which the Harper has only one of. But I have enjoyed my time here.

I have been living at Harper for over a year now, just renewed my lease recently. Its a great community, clean and well maintained. Office staff to Maintainence staff, everyone is friendly and attentive. Short commute to NYC, with the quick access to freeways and public transportation. Walmart, Sams club, restaurants and cafes are within a couple of blocks walking distance. Like the convenience of package concierge.

Overall a great experience living here! Beautiful apartment, not much noise, amenities (lounges, kids' playground, pool, etc) are in good shape as far as I can tell and do get some use despite Covid. The parking setup could be better, especially the dearth of guest parking. Maintenance staff have been universally professional and pleasant to interact with. Management office is a little less responsive and sometimes gives conflicting or unclear responses if you deal with more than one staff member, but not to the point of any major issues in my experience.

We have been living in this community for over two years now and absolutely love living in it. The apartments are brand new with excellent appliances. The maintenance staff is very prompt and addresses your issues quickly. Regarding the management, I have lived in many upscale apartments in New Jersey (mainly Jersey City) and I have to say that by far the staff is exceptional here. They are courteous and try their best to accommodate you. The rent is reasonable for the amount of space and amenities that you get. The only issue we have had over the years was the delivery of packages though I think it the fault of the delivery people. There are perfectly installed package concierges here but for some reason they could be delivered to the leasing office or left lying outside in the mailroom. Other than this minor gripe, we are very happy living here.

your living experience depends on your neighbor, when your neighbor has a dog or young kid, say good bey to your peaceful life and lazy sunday morning. no night staff at this community, if you have a noise issue basically u r on your own.

I like the newer leasing staff. They have been friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff has been very friendly. Indoor parking works well. I just wish they had electric car charging stations. Residents could be more careful with their dogs. Leash and pick up the poop.

The staff and maintenance team is excellent. Its the system itself. Guest parking seems to be abused and there is not enough. Guests of other residents than steal spots. Another thing is that residents are not following Covid protocols. Also every time I order delivery, I have to go downstairs to get the food. What if I have to quarantine because I have Covid. I wish there was a buzzer system in place.
