Management was highly unresponsive during the entire week of my move-in and my keys were not completely ready either. However, after figuring out all of the logistics, the building itself, maintenance team, and the concierge workers are amazing.

Quick and very efficient service. I submitted the issue and someone came to fix within a couple of hours and fixed the problem with no issue. Great service, very happy. Polite staff an easy app to use.

don't look at the walls in the elevator because you'll get nauseous (also the herringbone wallpaper in the hall) but everything else between the hard working people who make this place run to the view in the gym is 10/10

There have been recent positive changes in the building's management and it really shows. The package room staff has improved, the response rate time of management replying to tenant emails/concerns is a lot better, etc. My last hope is they can put more care into the building's appearance and facilities. Tenants pay a lot of rent for units in this building and it would be nice if the building could show that by maintaining care of wallpaper, carpets, building/window washes, etc.

I've lived here for 2 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is well maintained, as are the apartments. You can't beat the location, with its convenience to neighborhood favorites and the L train and ferry when you do need to get to Manhattan.

I LOVE MY BUILDING. I couldn't imagine a better place to live. Everybody is so nice and there is a fantastic community. The amenities are fantastic and staff is mostly wonderful. Very few complaints. :)

Great building. Excellent staff. Great amenities. Nice neighbors. Lobby and amenities floor look great. Bear everything Williamsburg has to offer. Apartment hallways need a refresh, that's my only complaint.

The building is fantastic. The apartments are very nicely built, the amenities are very high quality, the maintenance staff are exceptional, and the front desk staff are friendly and responsive. While the leasing office has its issues, they are getting better and much more responsive. Quiet building, respectful neighbors, great neighborhood, and wonderful views.

I have been pleased with the management for 5 years now. The package room is so helpful to have and Joe, the main handyman, is excellent. Very responsive and a nice man. Victor, head doorman, is the heart of the place.

My best friends all live in the building, it's basically Friends but with a gym a pool and cool views of the city, so in terms of community this is probably the best scenario, and my brother just took my spot at 18E. Pretty cool

I feel this property is one of the best in Williamsburg! I would recommend it to anyone looking to relocate to the area. It would surely be a good move for singles or families. The location is quire accessible by ferry and subway.

Great Place to live! Management is hard to get in touch with and not always quick to respond, but you get used to it. Elevators are not great. Be prepared to wait a considerable amount of time to get on and off elevators. Otherwise, I love living here! :)

The building location is great. The porters and doormen are as well. Building management is less responsive and does not seem interested in keeping the building in A level condition. Otherwise, it is a very pleasant place to live.

I like this apartment because it's comfy, well-lit, clean, and in a good spot?close to stuff but not too noisy. Enough room to live well, everything works, and coming home feels nice. I hope to continue living here.
