I am grateful for everyday I get to live in this apartment. This building is so beautiful and the location is fantastic. My neighbors are all so friendly and it's almost always so quiet. The communication between building staff and management is absolutely unapparelled to anywhere else I've ever lived.

Great experience so far, our family really enjoys the amenities and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. The building is also super kid friendly, in the winter we take advantage of the pool and the playroom.

We think the community is so great. We've met so many people, kids and dogs! The staff (all the staff, including the mail room, custodians, doormen, are so helpful and friendly at all times. We absolutely love living here.

I couldn't be happier at Level! The staff is top notch! Since day one, all of my requests have been handled swiftly. The amenities are incredible as well! Sometimes I need to force myself out of the building! Everything you need is here : )

Level has been great for us! Unfortunately, the pool and sauna are out of commission for over a month, which was one of our favorite parts of the community. Otherwise, the staff is fantastic and we look forward to calling this home for a long time.

Overall great experience living here. Location is fantastic, on the water and between multiple parks, and so many great things walking distance. Amenities are good and useful, especially the nice gym (with a view) and outdoor/bbq area. My 2 bedroom is spacious and I like the layout.

The concierge and maitenance staff are always very quick to respond and are very reliable. The package room staff work very hard to keep up with the damands of the building and have made a lot of improvements in recent months.

Level has been a great place to live. The building staff are attentive and fix issues quickly. They have done away with some Covid policies that were not great which has made the amenities easier to enjoy. Overall I'm happy living here.

management are not really listening to our comment. Every time we want to have something done we need to send 100s of email with other tenants. But when they do it they do it well usually. It is pretty expensive. Staff is great tho

location of the apartment couldn't be better. But also because of the location, I often have to deal with loud parties from downstairs where they blast music until 3am.. other than that, we love it here

i've lived here less than a year and y experience is mixed. some things like the complete lack of security are alarming. there was an incident on my floor and management has not addressed that issue at all.

The building is incredible. The staff are friendly. The staff are all courteous. They address any issues promptly. The amenities are unparalleled for the area, especially the wrap around terrace. The views are so wonderful.

Level is the best place to live in Brooklyn. The staff is amazing, the location is awesome, and rents are very reasonable for what you get. We could not imagine living anywhere else in the city and we love calling this place home.

Overall I really like our building. Staff is nice, building is well maintained. I do think the appliances are a bit outdated and the package room should be open for longer hours (it's open from 8-8 (should be open 7-10.

Very well taken care of in this building! Lovely atmosphere all over the building. On top of all the great amenities, there is a friendly staff who take the time to get to know their residents (and pets, too!)
