I've lived in this community for over a year and overall my experience has been positive. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, which makes daily life easier. The maintenance team is responsive?most of my service requests have been handled within 24?48 hours. The office staff is professional and friendly, always willing to answer questions and help with lease details. The grounds are kept clean, and I feel safe walking around at night. The amenities are great, though parking is expensive. Rent increases have been fair compared to nearby communities. Overall, it's been a comfortable place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable apartment home.

It's been great so far. Everything is going smoothly. Package room is a bit slow at times and they often don't give me all the packages that arrived. I also wish ameneties weren't too strict. Elevator service also can be a bit slow sometimes.

Enjoy living in Level because of its location and convenience. However, the management is not great, constantly increasing fees without improvements to the building. There's also high staff turnover and I've lost a package.

Very well maintained building with responsive management relative to many other buildings I've lived in. Great location in Williamsburg. Great transportation with ferry service and L train. Very centrally located to great parts of the neighborhood/area

The apartment is nice. The staff are very nice. Facilities are very good. The pool is especially nice. Elevators are often out of service, leaving 1 or 2 to use. The AC/heating units are loud, often making unaccountable noises, and difficult to set. The front door/front area, sidewalk of the building should be hosed down more often throughout the day - people let their dogs piss on the building, planters and doors.

This is a great building and community. Staff are friendly and responsive. Building is kept clean and community activities are offered and available through amenities. Its proximity to the NYC ferry system is a wonderful bonus.

Wonderful staff, a little loud hallway since our apt is right next to elevators and kids room, too many dogs barking at the hallway. I know you have a size limut for dogs and unfortunately the small dogs are those who bark.

The staffs are always nice, welcomes with big smile. I feel safe when I enter to this building and very welcomed. I feel like I'm home! The doorman, the staffs that does work orders, even the people in the mailroom always remembers me and gets things straight back to me. How can I leave this apartment. SPEECHLESS!

The location is great but the amenities lack cleanliness and the building management is often rude and trying to overcharge amenities members. The staff (reception & handymen) is very nice and helpful though, it's really just the management unfortunately.

In general, I love living at Level. However, they take some short cuts in maintaining the units to keep costs low. For example, you have to pay to replace the cheap hardwood floors when you move out if they're scratched.
