The building has great location right next to the nyc ferry and a 10 min walk to the Bedford train station. The neighborhood is generally quiet and the build staff are friendly. Be careful of being on The lower floors, some barely get cellphone reception.

The staff is friendly. However, I feel common areas could be kept cleaner and updated. Also, hold tenants more accountable for their pets waste in the front of the building. I feel the standard of keeping Level a luxury property has become lax recently.

Level is a great place to live, nothing beats the location and the views of Manhattan. The amenities are good, though it would be nice if they were open later. It would be nice it the management could be a bit more flexible with lease extensions.

It's been wonderful. Great building & staff. They've been quick to answer maintenance requests and I'm always able to get an amenity reservation. Cool events and promos too and of course a big dog community

A lot of parks, stores and restaurants nearby which has been great. Very dog friendly. Don't like that they want to build more epic story buildings on the waterfront. Perfect as is. Taking subway to city is easy, around brooklyn is hard.

We just moved in mid-Jan but the move in experience was great! The doormen are incredibly polite, friendly, & helpful, as are the porters/handymen. The building manager has been great to work with - always responds in a very timely fashion with helpful answers. The apartment is beautiful, and maintenance requests are responded to & fixed quickly. Really great experience so far!

Love this building! the team is so thoughtful courteous and extremely extremely professional. I can't imagine living in any other building. we have been so happy ever since we moved in last april and look forward to another year

The experience in this community is being awful. Apart of few people like Victor, Marco, Patrick, and some cleaners, the rest of the team is very disappointing. The rules are only favorable for the management and they don't care about us and our needs or expectations when we decided to live here. For me unfortunately is far longer for a good experience. And I love the building and the amenities, but the resources and management are far from good.

I am sincerely happy with the community. The views are spectacular. I moved here from Manhattan but this community is now my home. Looking forward a bigger apartment with even better view in the near future.

Great - easy and smooth move in. Staff are friendly, work hard and ensure they solve any issues that might arise. Many dogs in this building and young families along with singles and couples. Everyone is respectful and do their best to keep the building clean and tidy.

Building went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our movers showed up late and they worked with us to allow us to move in outside of our scheduled time. The entire building also seemed aware that we were moving in which made us feel like we were being welcomed as part of the family and community. Very happy with the building and move in process as a whole.

I love living at Level so far. The location is obviously amazing being on the water and also having all the wonders of Williamsburg! The amenities are my favorite part. Having a gym is so convenient to use and the roofdeck/lounge is amazing to bring friends to!

So good for my dog who gets to run and play on the turf that is right next to the building in a safe off-leash environment with other dogs from the neighborhood every single morning whether it rains or shines.

Everyone on staff has been exceptional. You would think moving into a very large building makes you one in a million, but I have felt anything but. They are accommodating, fair, and responsible. I love living here.

My experience at Level has been wonderful so far, although it has only been one week. The move in process was excellent, and we received so much help from concierge/maintenance crew. The amenities are beautiful and we are excited to continue our life here.

Amazing building and people. Everyone is so nice. Very dog and kid friendly building and area - which makes it super homey. Great views. Good access to the amenities. Close to the ferry and ok walk to the subway.

Level is a beautiful building with a hardworking, accommodating and extremely helpful staff. Management is attentive and informative and have given us an excellent experience so far! Our apartment is extremely quiet and the common areas are kept pristine. We are so happy to live in such a beautiful building.

Great apt and community. The amenities are beautiful and make you want to invite friends over to show them around. The staff is always helpful. We haven't had any issues with the apartment itself or appliances and everything is very top-notch.

It has been a phenomenal experience at this community. We deeply love it here! The community is helpful, deeply responsive and very hospitable. We have not experienced this living in other places in New York.

We love the apartment and amenities. The place has an insane view of Manhattan and that is what sold us on it. It's also great having the dog area so close since we have a mini Aussie. We are smitten with our apt and building and the door men have been very helpful.
