Love the neighborhood and the building, neighbors are friendly and lots to do and see in the area - great food, restaurants, outdoor areas to hang out and get exercise/walk. Building staff is pleasant and they put effort in to get to know you.

I've been extremely happy with my time here at Level, and have actually referred two friends to the building that live here now. The staff is amazing and has been extremely helpful, especially after I was recovering from multiple injuries in 2023. I'm very grateful for the community and hope to live here for a long while!

Great building with great staff and amenities and good neighborhood in general. Access to public transportation is very good. Tons of restaurants and bars. The building also has amazing views of Manhattan.

Great building and great neighborhood. Great place to start your family. The community at Level is amazing and very helpful. There are multiple parks and playground near Level that is convenient when you have a small child.

The community is amazing. We are living here for a month now and it has been fantastic so far. The staff is really nice, management is also kind and answer promptly. The amenities are just fantastic. I really appreciate all the little things that are possible (besides, obv having a gym and a pool and a mail room) - there is also the option for pick-up by UPS, sending letters from here, a printer, having everything fixed if something gets broken... It's really relaxed living. It's also quiet here. My husband and I love it!

Love this building! Beautiful location, modern apartment units and awesome staff. Right by the water and many delicious restaurants and bars. Building has great mailroom, gym, lounge area and outdoor patio. Highly recommend living here!

I find Level staff very attentive and helpful. I am sure if I run into a problem at the building there will be someone to assist me with it. the packaging room and concierge make an effort to personally know you and help you feel at home.

The staff has been incredibly attentive to every detail- from the minute I moved in and throughout the day-to-day. The building also has phenomenal amenities (gym, outdoor deck, working area, etc.) and you can't beat the location.

Good building Conveniently located - Most Units well organized. nice amenities (indoor pool) but very poorly managed. Very pricey for little service (cleanliness, party room not included, often closure)

Great community, building, and building staff, however the leasing/management office staff can be challenging to work with. It's often when we have questions for the leasing office, it can take several weeks to find a resolution.

Building management is terrible. We have countless maintenance tickets in the system that have been ignored. We have also emailed management, who have also ignored our emails. It's incredibly frustrating to live here.

Good move in and I like the building / apartment. There are some issues but nothing any other apartment wouldn't have. The gym is great and we enjoy living here. I have stayed for 3 years and plan to stay for another

Building is good. Good people. Great for dogs. Amenities are good but managed by a horrible company so it kind of ruins the whole point. Also expensive. Lots of appliances break. Rent negotiations or even 50$ waivers of a 5th security deposit denied completely. Building over promised and under delivered

Great building but very frustrating to see things like increased amenities fees when the amenities themselves haven't changed or improved over the years. Otherwise I have enjoyed seeing things like community engagement etc.

I absolutely love my experience at Level. The staff, facilities, events, and location couldn't be more ideal for my lifestyle. I would highly recommend the community to prospective tenants and have yet to live somewhere better in NYC.

Building is wonderful, the staff - especially the package room staff - are incredibly helpful and quickly learned my name which is incredible in such a large building. I think the amenities are overpriced and it feels unfair that different tenants pay different rates to use the same amenities.

Great mostly. Amenities need work and updates. Roof is not maintained and too crowded for building size. Hope they invest in better amenities otherwise in 5 years this building will be meh. Apartments are nice. Some things are a little cheap

Its a beautiful building with everything you need. Being on the water is an oasis in the City life. The staff and team at Level is incredible and so hospitable. Just yesterday I went upstairs to have coffee on the roof and there was surprise complimentary mimosas for Mothers Day. The amenities are amazing and there are always extra surprise and delights. The package room team is a savior. Everyone is there to serve!

Level is a great building with a beautiful rooftop & pool, located in the heart of all the Williamsburg action. Still, the surrounding area remains fairly quiet and views of the water are beautiful. The apartments have modern furnishes and in-unit washer/dryer is great. Residents are generally respectful & nice, and have even met some new friends via the building. Only complaint is that prices are steep for the units given their size/layouts, and the amenity fee continues to increase.

Living at Level is a pleasure. The apartments are nice and spacious, the amenities are convenient and a pleasure to use, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the location is ideal and the view of the East River is great.
