We are beyond thrilled with the building so far. The entire staff is incredible, and really go above and beyond. The location is unbeatable, and the building is modern, filled with amenities, and has the feel of a true luxury high rise!

I love how they handle issues quickly and the maintenance staff are friendly and professional. They always respond within a day and are able to address the issue quickly and also make it a point to pass on their knowledge so you can avoid issues in the future

The amenities are very nice - the doormen are all friendly and honestly the package room team is top tier. The location is unbeatable and the building feels very safe to live in. Overall I rate it a 10/10

it's been great -- i just renewed for another 2 years! the level staff are very attentive and kind, and the ammenities of the building are everything I could want/ask for. I love living at Level, and I will continue to live here as long as I can.

Great new building with amazing amentities. Close to the ferry for commuting into the city. Friendly staff and super nice community. Applicances in unit are new and updated, and buidling happy to fix any issues that arise.

Great amenity building in Williamsburg. It is awesome to have a doorman, package service, gym with peloton bikes, yoga room, conference rooms, an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and most importantly a stunning roof deck with grills and space to relax and entertain.

It has been a wonderful place to live. Great location, the staff is wonderful, and many great places nearby. The amenities are wonderful, especially in the winter. Also a plus being so close to the ferry and subway.

So far I've been very impressed. Staff is friendly and communicates very well. Building is kept nicely. Neighbors are friendly and it feels very safe here. Location is ideal and the rent is reasonable based on all the amenities and location!

I've been at level for 3 years now and love the building and community. From entering the building, front desk is super engaged and warm, elevators and common spaces are always clean, and the apartments are fully equipped with great finishes. Highly recommend!

It's been a great overall experience, the facilities are wonderful and well maintained. The pool and gym are exceptional! The only issue is they don't really maintain the hallways and the staff are not top notch.

The staff is super professional and available when needed, every ask we had was answered fast. The unit was clean except for the windows which were very dirty. I didn't appreciate that the move-in inspection happened while my movers were waiting downstairs, it was rushed and we missed a bunch of small observations.

We enjoy the apartment and location and the amenities- feel lucky we found this place for our family, but would love if there would be less dogs unleashed in and around the building. Also, there is far too much dog pee around and kids can not play well next to the building.

Best apartment, in the best part of Brooklyn. Staff make you feel like family. The neighborhood is changing for the better and Level is adapting to stay best in class. It has been a pleasure being a tenant.

I was one of the first residents to move in, staff have been absolutely amazing from the beginning! I highly recommend living at Level, it's a community that has been a joy to be a part of, I have made many friends within the residents here and the staff, feels like an extended family I am grateful to be a part of, thank you !

My husband and I have lived at Level for over 5 years now at this point. We love it so much. We love the area, the amenities, and the staff especially. We've lived in three different units in this building as our family has expanded. Level has been a huge part of our lives and we're so happy to live there!

Great building so far. Amenities are amazing and exactly as expected. Location is tough to beat.. right next to the park and ferry stop. Super nice piers to walk around on and great views of Manhattan.

Overall I love the Level community. The people that work here are awesome?As well as the residents. I wish there was a little bit more rule implementation around children in the hot tub, But that's literally my only complaint which is not much. Level has a lot to offer , the area is awesome, grateful to be here!

This is an amazing location; it has great neighbors; there is a lot of great stores; there are lots of playgrounds for kids. I just love Williamsburg. It is such a great community. I highly recommend.
