Excellent place to live; can’t beat the convenience. A lot of professionals living in the building. Elevators are efficient; I never have to wait even a minute for one. It feels nice to say I live at Columbus Circle and actually be able to afford it : )

I am very happy living at Carnegie Mews. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the proximity to several subway lines and the Park is very convenient, and the apartments are spacious, especially by Manhattan standards.

Carnegie Mews is a great place to live! You get an amazing view of the city and it has a laundry facility within the building. The front desk people are always so friendly and kind and are always assisting in every way.

I have been in this apartment for 33 years and like it very much. The building staff on all levels are competent and friendly, and so are the other residents. The location is extremely convenient and I am lucky enough to have a spectacular view straight down Broadway, and my apartment is very sunny.

It has overall been a great experience living in Carnegie Mews. The staff is professional, friendly and treats our family like family. The area is safe. The building is clean and well maintained. Management is extremely understanding and accommodating.

I have lived here since 2019 and am very satisfied. Great location and neighborhood, and easy access to everything. Commute is easy to anywhere. The apartments are spacious with a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location for working and living in the city. Proximity to restaurants, Times Square, Lincoln Square, Central Park, Columbus Circle, and almost all of the subway lines is a real plus. Professional and friendly staff. Great bedroom size.

Everyone who works at the front desk is great! The maintenance staff are amazing. The building management however, leaves a lot to be desired. They can be quite rude whenever you talk to them, god help you if you’re trying to renegotiate your lease. OH ALSO THEY INCREASE RENT IN LIKE 1000 DOLLAR INCREMENTS

Carnegie Mews is in a great location, very close to Central Park, Columbus Circle, and Broadway shows. Apartments are spacious and well maintained, with amazing closet space. The building staff is very polite and responsive. Rent price is decent for the area.

Excellent location: close to all major subway lines, Central Park, Broadway and Times Square. Administrative staff is very kind and responsive. A lot of noise in the building and in the unit. No amenities included.

every second day rice, veggies are flooding inside bathroom from pipes
Almost daily rice, veggies are flooding inside bathroom from from building pipes from neighbors. How the food is landing there is a big question? Is is from the toilet pipes in the same building or someone else’s bathroom pipes in the same building. We even closed the bathroom hole with a metallic lid and put a heavy item on it to hold it and the food & veggies still are flooding in late evening from neighboring apartments.

Overall, I like to live in Carnegie Mews. I hope the noise problem is fixable. I signed a contract about noise problems seems like my neighbor didn't sign any paper work? I can't believe how loud and throwing party 2-3AM even though we report continually to the management. I hope the management more involve in this ridiculous situation.

Convenient location in Midtown near Carnegie Hall, Central Park, and several subway stations. Quality affordable apartments, with good appliances and layout, especially for the rent. Front desk is helpful for receiving packages, food deliveries, and guests.

Perfect apartment and building staff. Very dependable and reliable. Surprising quiet - I never hear the neighbors - and elegant one bedroom layout. I love this place and I’ve lived in 1/2 dozen NYC apartments.

I have been living in the building for more than 5 years now. I have, for the most part, been pretty happy. The staff here is exceptional, no complaints there whatsoever. Any issues are resolved very quickly. Building is very well maintained and clean at all times.

While I enjoy my apartment, but when signing the lease, I feel the the agent could have been more honest with me. While I understand this is not a controlled or stabilized building, the agent assured me that the landlord was not likely to raise my rent by a large amount, both verbally, and in writing, so when my rent was raised by almost 50%, it caused me and my wife a great deal of stress.

It’s a great apartment community with excellent staff and a great location. The apartments are in a really good condition and the windows really do mask the noise from the busy streets below. Great food choices nearby as well!

Disappointed with the appearance of the building. This is not a luxury building. It's worn down, water dripping in the stairwells in the 36th floor. The elevators are hot and have old school hot light bulbs. The laundry room is HOT, and the dryers are filthy, especially the screen filters. The staff is friendly, nice, respondive, helpful, and professional.

Great building and community within the building. It truly makes me feel like home. I adore everything about Carnegie Mews. highly recommend to anyone to move into the building. The staff is lovely and location is perfect.

I have been living in this building for a Year now, I have to admit that the service is Superb, the moment you have any issues,,its always taking care on a timely manners ,,I locked out myself a few times, and just asking at the concierge that I have an issues, its always done in few minutes I m very pleased with maintenance, the building is very clean and safe, all staff is very friendly and always accommodative, I want to Thank to each and every one who makes our living safe and comfortable!
