Not worth it

Lived there 1 year. Building is shoddy. Elevators break down at least once a month. Windows are single-paned so noise is ridiculous as traffic barrels down Broadway and 57th St. Laundry room is scary. Mgmt people are inflexible and will get every $ from you. Why pay an automatic broker fee when you are a walk-in? Ridiculous. Door staff are nice which is the only positive. For the rent they are charging, you can get a much nicer place on UWS or UES.

    Overpriced, underserviced!

    This apartment building has horrible elevators and a laundry room that Freddy Krueger would avoid. All of this and prices as high as better buildings. Reasons to rent here, none, unless you´re a masochist.
