I like my apartment. I'm a little disappointed that every year the rent goes up. Also, my apartment has quite a walk to the parking area and then have to go down exposed flight of steps to the garage, which is somewhat unnerving in the winter time because the steps are not always clean.

The office staff is great, communication is wonderful. The maintenance staff are great people, I feel they are understated for the size of the community and this results in delays or proper handling of issues. Overall- I WOULD recommend the property. It's a quiet neighborhood with all levels of schools close by as well as shopping and amenities.

Quite little place. staff is extra friendly and truly care about their residents. Maintenance is always super fast. Rent is reasonable. They host events all the time for community outreach and support each other when someone's moving and needs to sell their furniture.

We had a really good experience with our visit to the Village at Mayfield community. The tour was detailed, and we got all the information we needed. The only suggestion would be, to include dimensions in the floor plans on the website. As we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the 2 Bed 2 Bath apartments were over-all, which we couldn't have expected by just looking at the floor plans on the website. It would be nice to have more options available for apartments with Gas stove and Patio/Balcony.

Great community to live in. People are friendly and pleasant. The area has all the convenient things nearby and available (shopping, restaurants, car dealerships, grocery shopping, etc). Community center and an outdoor walking area is also nearby.

Snow removal is a promblem. Parking lot is a mess more snow piles then places to park. I don't think they know what salt is. The sidewalks are okay , snow covered with very little salt. Stairs to garage are fair, you can't rely on them being well salted. This is huge safety concerns, those steps are dangerous when not maintained

Nice community; friendly neighbors; pet friendly. Staff is helpful and responsive to requests. Unit is a bit dated but affordable. Park like atmosphere. Does not feel crowded. Enjoy the pool and racquetball court.

Atmosphere is quiet but DOGS are suddenly taking over the complex. It seems that housekeeping staff is not very reliable in maintaining trash removal and vacuuming the common areas. I have witnessed housekeeping standing outside on their phone and using profane language instead of cleaning.

This is a very nice community! I have lived here for more than 20 years and the staff has remained consistent, professional and very friendly and accommodating. I can't imagine living anywhere else for any reason!

I've lived in the community faithfully for 5 years. In 2024, the property was acquired by Berger Communities. My experiences here with Berger have all been troubling, starting with a large rent hike!

I have lived here since mid-June 2025 and I am extremely pleased with the apartment, the location, and convenient access to shopping and medical care. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Heather has been accommodated my needs for which I am very thankful. The maintenance staff does their work efficiently, and they are very good about cleaning up after installation or repairs. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to being a long-term resident. This is my home. I came from a house but wanted the house feel and this fit the bill. I have a patio and grill outside and watch the stars in the evening. My husband and I are seniors and find this apartment very romantic. We love it here.

Very peaceful and quiet most of the time. People are friendly and always stop to talk if you are outside. Pool is lovely and well maintained along with the area around it. Laundry is accessible in each building which is helpful.

We have only been renting for a month or so, but so far we have been extremely pleased with everything. The staff has been very helpful. The grounds are quiet and safe. Shopping is close and access to the interstate is very convenient.

The apartment is near the Heinen's and Coscto, which is good. Neighbors are quiet. The maintenance guys are so responsive and works really quick. Parking is easy to use. Landscape including squirrels is well managed.
