The community is warm and welcoming. Location is convenient with many places in walking distance. Both office and maintenance staff are friendly. helpful, and knowledgeable. Rents are increasing too much each year making it harder to stay.

The grounds here are beautifully maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I have great neighbors and you can't beat the location. It is easily accessible by car and parking is plentiful.

My experience here has been great. All maintenance issues have been fixed very very quickly. The property managers are also very helpful and willing to answer questions. Haven't had any issues since being here.

Apartment complex is very nice and maintenance staff is very helpful whenever there is a problem. However, the complex has been raising renewal prices by upwards of 25% to resign without providing any nicer amenities. Largest downside is no in-unit laundry so you have to pay to use and share with the building.

Staff was knowledgeable and kind. Grounds were nicely landscaped. Area was clean. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the inside of the unit. Pool area was clean. Very close to parks, hospital and restaurants.

I've been at this apartment for a few months now. The amenities are awesome, we use the gym and dog park often, and can't wait to go to the pool when it opens! Neighbors are great; this is a quiet and respectful community so far!

It has been great so far but the rent increase just because management changed and no other changes in the apartment is not justified. If the rent were the same it would be the best deal out there in the Mayfield Heights area.

We have lived at the Village for almost five years. Our apartment is located on the first floor with a patio off the living room. The rooms are spacious and the patio is private with fir and evergreen bordering the courtyard. The den gives a little extra room off the dining room. My husband uses a walker so no steps is a must for us.

The burger way is to be there for the residence.....correct......if you have any interest in improving you might want to actually act on your burger way by reach out to those of us who live here and who are invested in living here. It would be great to know the residence are heard, cared for, that we are important. That what we have to say actually matters, how we feel where we live actually matters. That we as the residence can help improve the many horrible living situations we are exposed to and must live in, including our children. If someone actually reads this...... I would love to have a conversation on how to improve our living conditions. Maybe someone will actually reach out isn't that the burger way......does anyone read this.......if so then I cannot wait to set up a time to meet and discuss!
