Great property and great management
Though the property is older they have done many updates. The office staff is always friendly and helpful to me. Parking is fine. It is a quiet at night and well kept during the day. Go by for a visit and see for yourself!

Totally Avoidable
This place is avoidable on most counts. A large problem is the staff. Only 1 out of the 3 ladies that constitute the staff is somewhat reasonable to deal with. The manager is someone who you would totally want to avoid, as her attitude towards the residents is callous at best. I think its some kind of strategy to be rude and unhelpful. The place is old, had old appliances, the grounds are not well-kept, the snow is not removed, our house was full of bugs and spiders (and they did nothing about it), and your rent goes on increasing every year. They claim a 24 hour service turnaround time, but the staff is so inept that they make 5 trips to fix a leaking faucet - and they'd eventually fix it if you're lucky. In general, they are not doing a good job of keeping the residents happy. It is a pricey place, and you'd expect it to be worth the price - its just not. Its better to try out other places around - you'd get a much better deal.

Mayfield Village Review(Village Suites)
After living there for one year. I will start by mentioning the positive points of The Village at Mayfield. The apartments are located very near a grocery store and less then 5 mins from a large shopping strip with several banks. Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious, specially our master bedroom and the living area. The grounds are nice and one is free to add flowers outside their windows or apartment. The gym and pool area are very nice as well. The laundry room located on their first floor of each building makes it very convenient. Private entry to each building and can only be opened with a key, which makes you feel more safe. Now for the negatives. The kitchen has almost no counter space and the cabinets are a joke. The manager promised something that never happened. Do not respond very adequate to important problems. They do a poor job of removing the snow. The laundry cost me about $3 for a wash/dry. (quarter operated) Our mail and our neighboors were stolen. And heard that somebody broke into one apt and stole things.

Beautiful Apartment Community
The Village at Mayfield Suites are beautiful apartment communities within a quiet neighborhood. I lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a private balcony and stunning wooded view. The Village at Mayfield has an impressive clubhouse and outdoor pool with a spa, racquetball court, and greatfitness center. The leasing and maintenance professionals are outstanding!

Avoid
Totally agree with many of the negative reviews here. In addition, management has *taken over a year to fix a damaged pillar in front of my building (not completed yet) *never fixed a closet door in my unit that does not shut all the way, which I reported in a unit walkthrough BEFORE I MOVED IN. * replaced old cruddy washer and dryer with new cruddy washer and dryers (don't expect to be able to use fabric softener, softener release balls do not release the softener in the new washers). * taken over a year to handle an ongoing situation with barking dog in one of the courtyards after midnight. Only after I came to the office to complain (again), while they had prospective renters there did they finally take action. * Never done anything about the continuously barking dog in the unit directy outside my bedroom window * Took over a year to get a resident to stop walking his dog through the parking lots unleashed. * Need to be called to do basic maintenance like cleaning gutters (gutters had grass growing out of them when I called) * used a carpet cleaning company that did not get moisture out of the carpet when they cleaned it. Carpet was soaking wet when I did my walkthrough, and still wet when I moved in a week later. The carpet has been matted down while I have been here due to this. Awful. In the two years I have been here, my building has had 75% turnover rate (6 out of 8 - including me at the end of my lease shortly) because the interior of the building stinks all the time due to (at least) two units that smoke. The way the units are set up, the closest room to the apartment door is the kitchen. So, when the smokers stink the building the first room in my apartment that gets hit with stink is the kitchen. Nasty. The only two units in the building that have not moved in my two years are the cigar smoker and the family with a school aged child that would have to change schools if they moved. Do you really need to know more than that? All of this is a shame, because I love the apartment. Great location for my purposes, spacious for me. I knew what to expect with buildings this age, my only wish would be my own washer/dryer hookups. It's pretty sad that I have to leave, but due to poor mangagement who don't care if the community lives up to the "serene" claim on its website and inconsiderate neighbors smoking and letting their dogs bark for hours on end, I have to leave. So if you care about how your home smells or you don't want to hear barking dogs all the time stay away. Keep in mind, I was in a NON dog building, but the building next door allowed dogs (same management), so getting in a non-dog building will not help. And if you have a problem with neighbor's dogs or smoking, do not expect help from management. They will ask you to call the cops the first 10 times you try to report neighbor issues with them. I wish I would have read reviews before I moved in. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Addendum - Another example of how bad the management here is. I was late for the first time in over two years in my rent this month because I went over budget on my vacation. I paid my full rent plus late fees and they accepted and cashed the check and now 10 days later have sent me an eviction notice. I am completely paid up with rent and late fees with ONE late payment in 26 months and they are pushing on with an eviction. I kinda think it has something to do with the review I posted here. What do you think?

This place is the worst
You would think this place being in a great city, Mayfield Village, that you would get treated better. Changing the name will not help this place. Manger is 100% the worst that you can get. Her Philosphy is fill the apt with anyone breathing. Her staff: Rude, disrespectful and very condescending. Complaining gets you no place. When our lease was up we ran. we moved out the minute our lease allowed us. So many more options around here. Until the owners come in and fire everyone AVOID THIS PLACE. TRUST ALL OF US WHO ARE COMPLAINING.

AVOID IT
The Village at Mayfiled apartments looks like a great place when you first visit... but it's just looks like. It's a different story if you decide to live there. It's definitely the worse apartment I've ever lived in. Let's start with the major problems: 1) Parking is a real problem in the winter as they don't remove snow from the parking lots 2) Even if it's freshly painted the paint will start pealing off after a few months 3) When things brake (which happens frequently), it takes a long long time to fix it. 4) They will keep the deposit no matter what's the condition of your apartment once you live 5) The 'blond' staff were more helpful when they were on vacation. Usually, a bad experience is when only 1 or 2 of those situations occur -- Imagine ALL 5 of them... and many more smaller incidents. Even if they would try to make your stay your worse nightmare, they wouldn't be so effective. As it has been already written in one of the other reviews: they only care about your money.

The only want your money. The WORSE stuff you can find. Don't be fooled by their berhavior before you sign. They are always very pleasent to get your signature. You pay a lot for a poor quality apartment in an unfriendly complex environment. NEVER stay there... you'll regret it!!!

New name, same wretched place
I had this girlfriend; mutually beneficial relationship for a while, then we agreed to go our separate ways. Next, I walk into my house and see my pet rabbit in a pot of boiling water on my stove. That ex-girlfriend just wouldn t let things go. She was vengeful, and wanted to make me pay , but for what? OK, this was a movie, but it reminds me of my relationship with The Village at Mayfield (now known as Village Suites). That was the start of my previous review, which Village Suites used their lawyers to remove. I get a kick out of the fact that this place changed its name. Did they think they think they could distance themselves from their reputation? I also get a kick out of the fact that employees of The Village at Mayfield (now Village Suites) have consistently been the single biggest violators of the policies of this website, and yet now Village Suites has sent their lawyers to have my previous review removed from the website. The reason: I identified someone by name; the same person who has repeatedly identified residents by name on this very website. Village Suites did NOT ask this website to remove the false reviews posted by the management and employees of this apartment complex. If the management or owners of Village Suites dispute any part of this review, then please reply using the Manager Reply option rather than through your lawyers. Here s my previous review with the names removed: I had this girlfriend; mutually beneficial relationship for a while, then we agreed to go our separate ways. The following are one person s opinions. The management of this property is hate-filled and vengeful. In just about every interaction that I had with them during my term at The Village, they were rude, closed-minded, arrogant, and once they are upset they will latch on to you and try to ride you into the ground. Oh, and they have no problem lying to your face, and they are unapologetic when caught in a lie. You must decide for yourself. I would never choose to do business with The Village at Mayfield again (UNDER ANY NAME!). Consider this sad case, as described in the public record: http://www.sconet.state.oh.us/rod/docs/pdf/8/2009/2009-ohio (this link is not working, Google: ohio appellate village mayfield RCP ). Admittedly the case against The Village at Mayfield was dismissed, but the facts of the case help to illustrate what to expect from these people. I recommend that anyone considering signing a lease with The Village at Mayfield (now Village Suites) read the entire record and form an independent opinion. I have copied selected portions of the ruling below: //begin quote// Appellant resided in an apartment at The Village of Mayfield apartment complex from June 5, 1998 until April 9, 2007. The apartment complex was owned and operated by defendant-appellee, RCP Mayfield, LLC ( RCP ). Defendant appellee, ***** ***** ( *VillageManager* ), was employed by RCP as property manager beginning June 13, 2006. Appellant s lease was due to expire on March 31, 2007. On January 15, 2007, RCP sent appellant a written lease renewal offer with a financial incentive if he renewed for another one-year term. On February 6, 2007, appellant sent a Notice To Vacate to RCP, indicating his intent to move out. Appellant planned to move to another apartment complex named The Lakes of Aurora ( The Lakes ). The Lakes sent a Verification of Residency form to RCP. *VillageManager* filled out the form and returned it by facsimile on February 26, 2007. On the form, in response to the questions, Is the tenant leaving on good terms? and Would you consider renting to this tenant in the future? *VillageManager* checked the box marked No. In response to why she responded No, *VillageManager* wrote, Harrassment [sic] of other residents and staff & will not agree with terms of lease after signed. That same day *VillageManager* spoke to The Lakes leasing consultant ****** ***** by phone and discussed appellant s residency at RCP. Based upon *VillageManager* s comments, The Lakes rejected appellants rental application and appellant had to find another place to live. On March 29, 2007, appellant informed *VillageManager* that he had found a new place but would not be able to move out until April 9, 2007, after his lease had expired. Appellant moved out on April 7, 2007. [sections redacted for this review. see link above for full text.] Appellees submitted evidence demonstrating that *VillageManager* s comments were truthful; other residents had complained about appellant s behavior, appellant had made complaints about dogs on the property, and at least one RCP employee felt harassed by appellant s behavior. In fact, as a result of that employee s complaints, in July 2006 *VillageManager* sent appellant a letter informing him that he was no longer permitted to speak to that employee and was to bring his concerns to *VillageManager* only. //end quote// A review of the facts (and an opinion or two): 1) Appellant lived at The Village at Mayfield for 8 years before the arrival of *VillageManager*. 2) Within about a month of *VillageManager* s arrival, problems allegedly began. 3) The first chance for renewal of his/her lease after the arrival of *VillageManager*, Appellant chose to leave. 4) On January 16, 2007 *VillageManager* offered to renew Appellant s lease. (She/he even offered him/her a financial incentive to renew.) 5) This renewal offer was made AFTER the issues leading up to the letter from *VillageManager* in July 2006. The renewal offer itself demonstrates that, based on everything that had occurred up until January 16, 2007, *VillageManager* was willing to offer Appellant a lease renewal. At that date her/his actions testify that she/he did not have material concerns about Appellant s complaints and supposed harassment of an employee. Clearly, based on everything prior to January 16, 2007, *VillageManager* s answer to the question Would you consider renting to this tenant in the future? was yes. 6) After Appellant expressed his/her intention to move out, *VillageManager*, demonstrating her/his vengeful nature (that s one of the opinions mentioned above), would not simply let Appellant move on. She/he had to do as much damage as possible (there s another opinion). The appellate court, in my opinion, made a mistake in choosing which evidence to consider. Any information prior to January 16, 2007 should not have been admissible as evidence to justify answering the question Would you consider renting to this tenant in the future? in any way other than the affirmative. *VillageManager* s own action of offering the renewal (including a financial incentive) on January 16, 2007 demonstrate that in her/his mind on that date the answer to that question was undoubtedly yes. At that date she/he didn t show any material concern for protecting the other residents or the other employees from Appellant s harassment. After his/her notification of his intent to vacate, it was only her/his hate-filled and vengeful nature that made her/him later answer the question in the negative way that she/he did. The appellate court should only have considered evidence between January 16 and February 26, 2007. Important questions were left unanswered by the public record: 1) Did *VillageManager* and RCP Mayfield offer any evidence to support *VillageManager* s claim that Appellant will not agree with terms of lease after signed ? Voicing complaints about changes to policies should be tolerated, and is not the same as not agreeing with terms of a lease after signed unless the terms said that the tenant could not voice complaints. The fact that *VillageManager* offered Appellant a renewal on January 16, 2007 again suggests that *VillageManager* did not have a material concern about this issue prior to that date. *VillageManager* and RCP Mayfield should have had to demonstrate that something material related to this claim occurred between January 16 and February 26, 2007. 2) Did the other residents make their complaints about Appellant s behavior prior to or subsequent to January 16, 2007. If the complaints were made prior to that date, *VillageManager* s action of offering the renewal demonstrates that these complaints were immaterial to her/his determination of the answer to the question Would you consider renting to this tenant in the future? prior to January 16, 2007. If the complaints by the other residents were NOT made between January 16 and February 26, 2007, then they should not have been admissible because *VillageManager* s own actions contradicted her/his claims against Appellant on February 26. 3) Did *VillageManager* call The Lakes, or vice versa? If *VillageManager* made the phone call, this would make her/his vengeful nature even more clear. (remember that rabbit in the pot on the stove) Understandably it is difficult to prove in a court of law, but knowing *VillageManager* it is easy to conclude that *VillageManager* s //begin quote// conduct was extreme and outrageous, that it went beyond all possible bounds of decency and that it can be considered as utterly intolerable in a civilized community //end quote// (quote from link above). Even if she/he was legally allowed to act the way she/he did, decency would suggest that she/he could have let the poor Appellant move out, as he/she wished, without incident. The management of The Village has a pattern of acting in utterly intolerable ways. Karma will catch up with them. Anyway, my experience and the episode described above should be weighed in your decision to do business with these wretched people. Put yourself in Appellant s place. You will kick yourself later if you make the wrong decision.

DO NOT LET THE PICTURES OF THE GROUNDS FOOL YOU!
Once you sign a lease here the staff treats you as if you are a peasant and unworthy of their time. They are rude and inconsistant in what they tell you. The have no problem lying and misleading in order to get your signature on a lease.... BEWARE! The parking is horriblr & they do not clear the walkways to the parking lot regularly!!! It is a nightmare most mornings. If you call to complain they tell you to "man up" and pay $45.00 a month for covered parking. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Also the laundry areas are overprices & there is only one washer & one dryer for every 8 units. The washers & dryers are not full size & most of the time I ended up lugging items to the laundrymat down the unshoveled walkways and through the unplowed unsalted parking lots!

Move there if you don't have any other alternative
The three advantages going for these apartments are location, location and location. Other than that everything is terrible. These are very old apartments with poor heating\A.C. Trash keeps on getting piled on and is not cleared till it starts overflowing. Snow doesn't get plowed from parking lots promptly. It is as if the Management wants you to lease a covered parking spot. Since these apartments are on the east side of the city, be prepared for some serious snow in the parking lots and in the walkways. Your leasing agent would be very nice to you but others in the office won't be so kind A favorable rating of just 28% over the years is saying something about these apartments

Overpriced with abysmal management (but decent apartments)
The apartments are nice with plenty of space and are in a good location. the price is high and utilities are typically quite expensive due to aging AC/heaters and poor insulation. I have to complete agree with all other comments about the management here. After 1 years I have interacted with several staff members and I can say that not once was the staff able to delight(or really even seem quasi-competent) me. If you do decide to rent here and there are good reasons to, then I recommend getting everything in writing or you will have to deal with dishonesty and deceit from all management members. Don't be afraid to retail legal help or seek legal advice: the staff enjoys cheating people but will often prey on the easiest targets. A visit from your lawyer will prompt them to scavenge on their weaker tenets.

It is simple Kent.....scan your lease for everyone to see as long as payment history....what is fair is fair.....those of us in the management industry run across people like yourself on rare occasions who think a signed monetary obligation means nothing when it becomes more convenient for the person signing the agreement...be fair and show the proof!

Good location, decent apartments, but be prepared for constant aggravation from the office staff, and kiss your deposit good-bye
The Village at Mayfield is in a great location for Progressive or Philips employees. The grounds are attractive. The apartments are somewhat old, but decent. They are a little over-priced. (go to http://www.thevillageatmayfield.com/ and click on "stunning wooded or courtyard views" -- not sure if the garbage bag is part of the "stunning wooded or courtyard view", but it is a nice touch! I fell for it.) Be aware that after you sign a lease, you will always be treated rudely and unfairly by the management. Decide for yourself whether you are willing to deal with constant aggravation. One of my stories about The Village at Mayfield is told below On April 29, 2008 I went to the Village at Mayfield and asked for a 12 month lease starting May 1. They told me that they would not have an apartment available until May 2. I said that that was OK. We agreed on a rent $853 * 12. On May 2, 2008 I signed a lease with The Village at Mayfield that said "In consideration whereof the Resident covenants and agrees to pay the Owner as rent for said apartment, without demand, the total sum of $10,236.00." The sum of $10,236 is equal to 12 * $853, as we had agreed. Over the term of the lease, I paid a total of $10,508.48 (including a deposit). I vacated the apartment before the end of the lease. The Village at Mayfield inspected the apartment and said that it was in "immaculate" condition. Later the landlord contacted me and told me that I would not be getting my security deposit back because I still owed a month of rent. I double checked the amount that I had paid, and re-read my lease. I then sent the following e-mail: To: ----- ----- <Cyoung@FirstCommunities.net> Sent: Friday, May 8, 2009 3:41:22 PM Subject: Re: keys and new contact information -----, I have re-read the lease. I have met all of my obligations under the lease, and am due a deposit refund of $300. Please provide me with a written explanation of why you believe that I owe The Village at Mayfield any additional amount. Thanks, ******* To which The Village at Mayfield responded: From: ----- ----- <Cyoung@FirstCommunities.net> Sent: Friday, May 8, 2009 4:19:16 PM Subject: RE: keys and new contact information Sure...just remember that the total amount that is due on the lease does not include the amount that you paid the day you moved in on May 2, 2008. That amount is $825.48 and is prorated rent for May 2008. The payments for full month's rent totaled $9,383.00. The remaining month of the lease is still owed. If the lease is breached then you are responsible for paying back the concessions. In addition, you are responsible for Final AUM Utility bill which I sent to you as well as late fees for May rent. ----- ----- Property Manager The Village at Mayfield 919 Aintree Park Drive Mayfield Village, OH. 44143 (office) 1-440-449-3189 (fax) 1-440-449-1215 (e-mail) cyoung@firstcommunities.net Since the lease clearly stated "For the term commencing on 05/02/2008", it is absurd to claim that "the total amount that is due on the lease does not include the amount that you paid the day you moved in on May 2, 2008." Re-read the explanation that ----- gave. Is this what you expect when you sign a lease? (there was also no verbal discussion on this topic when I signed the lease, and the lease states "This Lease contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or representation of either party or of their agents shall form a part hereof or be binding upon the other party.") -----'s e-mail concedes that I paid a total of $10,508.48 (including $300 deposit), with the first payment on May 2, 2008 (i.e. the date on which the lease commenced). I wrote a letter to The Village at Mayfield and sent it certified mail. In the letter I explained that I had met all of my obligations under the lease and was due a refund. I received no response from The Village at Mayfield. The Village at Mayfield has since turned the matter over to an attorney. They are demanding a total of $1672.42 for the rent and "fees". Do you need this kind of aggravation? If The Village at Mayfield does not abide by written lease agreements, do you want to deal with them? I see this as extortion. When I was in their office on Feb. 2, 2009 paying the final three months of my lease (before taking a job in another state), they didn't have any comments or complaints. It wasn't until I gave them my out-of-state forwarding address (near the end of the term of my lease) for my deposit that they smelled the opportunity to steal my deposit. When they realized that fighting them would take extra effort from a distance, they produced a convoluted and absurd argument to retain my deposit (and grab for more!). I paid all of the rent that was due ($10,508.48, including deposit). I left before the term of my lease was up (after paying the full rent). And I left the apartment in "immaculate" condition. I would like to get my deposit back. Also I would like potential future renters to be aware of the unfair practices of The Village at Mayfield.

not what one expects
Everytime I go to use one of the amenities... yes, it's broken. The in-house computer room is an antique and never, quite clearly I am stating, never works. The hottub is really a big hot bathtub because in 3 years it has never blown bubbles. Or do I just miss the moments it is working? The pool is pretty but is not heated so enjoy the cold refreshing swim one will have on any day. Then one can enjoy the workout room... The eliptical machine's foot rest has tilted to the side for the past year. Snow removal doesn't exist and parking is limited. I have found my rent increases as the rent of new tenents decreases. I ask and they tell. I wonder why others pay at least a hundred less for the same. The gas bill is supposed to be split 50/50 but I find myself paying for winter heating in the summer. Don't forget the increase in the washer/ dryer to at least $3.50 a load. With promises of things to get better, I gave them another chance. I won't stay another year. Sorry if I misspelled anything.

Potential renters beware
When you fill out your application they require you to give them the $300 security deposit. They are supposed to notify you if you have been accepted as a renter - it is on the application which indicates you have 72 hours AFTER NOTIFICATION to decide not to rent there and get your deposit back. They DO NOT notify you of your acceptance - a highly unusual practice and not normally done at any other apartment complex you will visit. When you notify them you will not rent there they claim you did not notify them in the required 72 hours and keep your deposit. In other words, they lie. The excuse I got was that my acceptance was "implied." Total nonsense and, again, not done by anyone else. This place is privately owned. They hand out information that says they are owned and managed by Zaremba but have not been for a few years. Just another lie. The on-site management handles everything - badly - and they lie, cheap and steal your money!

This place is OK. Needs improvements. Too pricy
I have lived here for over 3 years now. Due to the downspiraling of our economy, I've been kinda stuck here because I can't afford to move. I will not renew my lease. I would not recommend living here. Pros: *Nice grounds *Prompt maintenance *pool and sauna is nice *Location *controlled entry Cons: *expensive laundry costs. Washers are not full size. So you end up paying a lot to wash more loads. Family nightmare!! No settings for load size. *Coinless laundry - you have to drive to the rental office to refill your card. *Snow removal inconsistent. Too many elderly residents live here. Not safe for them or anybody. *Parking is crowded. You will be forced to pay extra for covered parking either that or walk regardless of lighting or time a long way to your apartment if your lot is full. *Apartments are overpriced. Outdated kitchen appliances >10yrs old, small fridge, old worn counter tops, outdated light fixtures. You are basically paying for amenities you may never find useful. *They charge extra to pay your rent online. *----- the apartment manager: I only met her once but more tenants have complained of her customer service. She monitors this website and take offense to ratings that tenants have posted. She calls out names of anonymous posters. She uses this website to defend claims and opinions. That in itself is despicable and unprofessional. *They call it a "fitness center". Gym equipment old a few pieces not fully functional. It should just be called a workout room not a fitness center. *Frequent power outages HERE. At least twice a month. Bad on computers. Make sure you have battery back up on your alarm clocks. *Plumbing problems: Instead of fixing the problem with their pipes they send countless letters of what not to flush. Plumbers have to come out 5 times a week according to their flyer. *If someone parks into your paid covered parking spot, there is very little recourse after business hours. So your paid spot is taken you can't park anywhere else without your car getting possibly towed. So you have to find parking in the above ground lot if there are some available. *They installed smoke detectors in our apartments to comply with the fire safety code. I checked them and found out they don't have batteries. What a great cover up.

spiders spiders and more spiders
this is the worst apartment i have ever lived in, the bathrooms were filthy! i spent 2hours scrubbing them and they still looked horrible, all the grout between the tile on the floors were permantly stained, the kitchen is small and half the facing on my cabinets were stripped off, when i asked them to replace them they said they cant because they dont make them anymore, and they couldnt give me new ones. I never had anyone over because i was so embarrased, but this was the only place in the area that took a dog, so i was stuck.. I killed about 8 spiders a day, even after they sprayed, and the one month the guy refused to spray and left a sticky on my door that said he didnt spray b/c he didnt see any spiders( really? maybee b/c i killed all of them b/f i went to work for that day) i was told the gas bill would not be more than 60.00 b/c supposedly it was 50/50, and it averaged about 130.00 a month! The laundry was a joke, there is 1 washer 1 dryer for 8 apartments and the dryer would just eat up your coins and never dry anythng.

Erroneous / False / damaging info posted!
I would like to comment on the property listed as "Village Park of Mayfield" under the zip code search of 44143. I live at "The Village at Mayfield" (obviously the others who commented on this property did not know where they lived, thus their statements should be automatically discounted, as they are morons!) First of all, I moved here over 3 years ago under extremely disharmonious circumstances ie: divorce. I was welcomed and treated with compassion for my situation. The leasing agent that settled me into my new "home" even gave me some of her personal belongings to help me with this traumatic life adjustment. There are only 4 units per floor (2 floors per building) which makes for a very peaceful atmosphere. Furthermore, we are set on 13 acres of mature trees, flowers, and bushes - the grounds are beautiful! In light of the previous comments regarding "mold in the apartment" and "5-10 spiders a day" .... I have to assume these previous tenants were absolute filthy slobs! YUCK! No issues here! Things certainly would have been different, I am sure, had these people cleaned here and there! All of the maintenance men are awesome- here at the click of a finger! My toilet overflowed once in the middle of the night, I called the 24 hour emergency telephone number posted in my lobby, and minutes later, one gentleman was at my door-plunger in hand! Mid last summer, we gained a new property manager! She is great! Carey has made improvements to the property like never before! And...... she has also lended a hand and ear when I needed anything! Did I mention the fact that I see a comment here from another ignoramous? The comment also lists the "Village Park of Mayfield" as having been SOLD and a "sweet old lady of 15 years" was booted! I say ...... that is "ABSOLUTLELY RIDICULOUS!" As far as "noise" ... each building houses only 8 units; concrete walls, floors, ceilings, and brick exteriors! Hillbilly......TURN DOWN YOUR OWN RADIO OR STOP SCREAMING AT YOUR GIRLFRIEND!
