All my needs and questions answered and taken care of promptly by friendly, knowledgeable staff. My phone calls to them where I had to leave a voice mail were returned promptly. This is my first time living in an apartment and I was a little nervous about it. All has turned out well thanks to Lyn & Heather in the office and Bob who has taken care of the repairs I needed.

This is a Great community with very nice amenities. The tour was wonderful and our agent answered our questions and gave us a lot of options. The area is private yet convenient to local shops etc. It's definitely a top choice so far in our search.

So far it's been a wonderful transition moving in 3 weeks ago. We had bathroom fan issue and the problem was resolved swiftly. I'm not a fan of the setup for community laundry for the price tenants pay. 1 washer & dryer per building with 8 units is not enough. The machine gets occupied fast.

The apartments are very well built. I only hear my neighbors when they're in the hallway outside my apartment. If I have a problem, it's taken care of very quickly. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

Since we moved in I find this too be a very friendly neigborhood so far everyone that I have met always speak and if their have a dog their let you pet they dog. And the dog park is super great and to have poop bags is great.

Most renters are friendly and helpful. There is a dog park that my dog loves. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Grounds are very pretty and park like. There is a book club meeting monthly that welcomes new.members. The only concern is the yearly rent increases that are prohibitive for retirees.

My experience has been OK! The rent is too much for me at this time. Will be looking to move out when my lease is up to purchase a house! In Addition to the parking lot, the parking lot needs to be cleaned out and lined up as far as the spaces are concerned too many leaves in the parking lot that needs to be rectified so that you can see where you are parking in the parking lot parking lot of 928 Som Center Rd.

This apartment is in a great neighborhood close to lots of stores however the price we pay for the lack of amenities is outrageous. When I moved into my 2 bedroom 2 bath with small den in 2020 my rent was 1190 and now in 2024 the base rent has went up to 1498 not including utilities. I pay almost 1700 a month and I feel like if the rent goes up every month the units should be updated in that increase. Don't get me wrong the unit is nice but the bathrooms are so outdated and the carpet is old also. For 1700 I feel like we should have updated washer and dryers because they've increased the cost to use those as well. Overall I like it here I just think they could take better care of the residents

What I like about this complex is the great relations with our neighbors. It is a safe place to live. We are surrounded with nature. The infrastructure is very well maintained and the maintenance crew is quick and professional. And the management team is always available, helpful and very empathetic.

Most aspects have been fine except for the cleanliness and condition of carpet in the common area. It was discusting 2 years ago and has gotten worse. Because of this, the oils and stench from carpet have been brought into my unit. Please let me know when you will be ready to address. Thanks, Joe

I really love living at the Village of Mayfield. I've lived in many apartments and this one is a top one. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are awesome. The community is wonderful. It's also a big complex without feeling like a big complex. It's homey and warm and beautiful land. One of the most ideal locations too. And to get all that with a reasonable rent rate I'd say I'm lucky to live here.

Great location and priced right. If rent goes any higher will have to look for something else. The garbage area is a problem. People are to lazy to take it to it. They throw it from parking and if they miss they don't pick it up

Beautiful park like area

Beautiful area feels like home when you walk through the door. The highway is right around the corner making it easy to go anywhere. There is a hobby lobby coming down the street and plenty of pizza shops to enjoy.
