Management not responsive to requests, maintenance service requests not handled for weeks, if at all. Impossible to speak to a human on the phone, all you get is AI. When management does respond it's through text. And you're never given a straight answer to your questions. Their latest reason for not dealing with my rodent infestation is they claim that I did not properly request service through their portal. I did many times but somehow my requests are marked as completed when they are not. I inform management of this issue and still don't get any satisfaction.

I don't think you would like to use anything I have to say. The place has gone down since I've lived here. No one answers the office phone anymore. Only AI to assist. No call back to follow up. Submitting tickets for maintenance issues are useless.

It's a good price for what you get, i think i just got really unlucky to live under a loud couple who's got a persistent leak that dumps through my roof. The road it's on is slightly chaotic but for the area/ price it's hard to beat.

When I moved in the apartment had not been cleaned, the door in my one room was broken, and the towel rack was also broken. I will say they came out that monday and fixed some of those things. Communicating with the leasing office is really hard at times. Most times since actually moving in I get stuck with AI which can be frustrating. I like the apartment though. Haven't seen any bugs, at least not yet. i wish there were cameras in front of the building and the back door is always left unlocked which is a huge safety concern for me.

Having a better understanding of how the communication works. At times because of the lack of dialogue between office staff and management, things get confusing and causes a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

Price is cheap but maintenance service isn't great. We have multiple issues with our unit that still has yet to get fixed. Neighborhood is okay. There is a lot of potholes in the area which makes it difficult to drive and the area gets flooded when it rains.

Peaceful, Quiet. I recommend location great resident great, Natural setting. May see deer occasionally children respectful units good size cooking on grill possible swimming pool excellent to have. New management stepped up getting work orders completed. Etc.

tenants are too noisy late at night, closing doors loudly at all hours. I don't know if people are like this in other apartment complexes but it's annoying. I also hear people talking outside after midnight, they don't exactly have consideration for others

I like the area, however the property needs to be updated, even the laundry facility is gross. The parking lot is very dark, needs more lighting to feel safe. The hallway leading the apartments are dark and dingy, needs cleaning to keep the smells away.

Nice chill relaxed area, nice sized swimming pool and good food choices in the area and the management is very helpful down to the maintenance crew, I feel comfortable living here and septa is definitely a plus

Horrible. The maintenance staff here is horrible the management staff here is horrible I do not feel safe we have had break-ins and they have done nothing about it they do nothing about any of the tenants you are using illegal drugs in the building the whole place smells like marijuana every single minute of every single day the screaming from other tenants keeps us from quiet enjoyment

In the beginning when I first arrived maintenance was lacking. After the leasing office took notice it was resolved very swiftly. Now my request are completed promptly. The living space is good new appliances and well maintained.

So far, this has been a mostly good experience. Rent is fair and the people here are nice. The apartment has good privacy as it is located back in the woods. The hallways do smell like cigarette smoke though.

Great place and very affordable living, when you contact the staff they do a very good job at replying back to all my email in regards to any issues I have with my rental property. Also very affordable rent which helps.

The rental staff and office staff are excellent the maintenance staff on site are horrible close at work orders are given even though they didn't do the work. The neighbors are very friendly and the office staff tries to get things done but their maintenance staff never cooperates

Raises rent with no improvements made. Called in maintenance 3 months ago and still have yet to be serviced. Potholes as deep as a ditch all over the complex as well. Laundry equipment that is ready to break every time you use it.

It has been difficult. They do not respond to complaints properly and when they do the work is done with mediocrity. There is never a property manager here to discuss issues only maintenance workers and I find that unprofessional.

My experience was overall good. At first it was a bit overwhelming because of a mix up with what apartment I was initially suppose to be moving in first the working needing to be done in such little time which made my move in later than in expected, through the minor setback things were good.

Everyone that I've met were warm and welcoming. We were having issues moving our furniture in and several people came to help. The staff have been very helpful. They have given me useful information to use when there are issues. As soon as I toured the property I knew I would like it here.

This apartment complex is very convenient to getting in, out and around the city of Philadelphia. So many different restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities being in the area makes it an ideal place to live.

This is a lovely community on many levels. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent and courteous and knowledgeable. The grounds are well maintained and landscaping is beautiful all year long. The only thing I can say that would make this apartment complex perfect is the driveway in front of the buildings desperately needs maintenance because the potholes are a nightmare.
