Affordable rent. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Staff are severely low on manpower and for that reason alone I'm sure that is the issue with timely responses to maintenance requests. I've also requested that an exterminator come and take a look in attempt to resolve a mice issue. Mouse traps were the resolution for the "exterminator".

Grant meadows is quiet and feels like it's on little secluded community. The only complaints I have are that the closet doors are falling off the hinges and when mentioned they promised to replace them the day we moved in. That was 8 months ago and no closet has been replaced. There are holes that are too big around the apartment so if your neighbors are dirty, hello mice! Maintenance is really cool and friendly almost like neighbors however it takes them a while to get to you unless it's an emergency. I don't know the new property manager however whoever answers the phone sometimes is dismissive. Overall if you don't need anything and can wait a while this is a nice place.

Clean, but the staff doesn't take the time out to make sure that you needs are met. Maintenance is the worse, and the property handlers are not that bad. We paying rent to get the bare minimum, and that's totally absurd.

Please refer to my comments in the survey. I have also submitted a review previously which can be read to relay my experience. I will add that maintenance issues are not responded to promptly. There is not a good resolution to problems that we as tenants experience because it is very difficult to speak with anyone from Liss Property group above the secretary in the office at Liss property main office and when I spoke with them I was told that they can not do anything except report my issue. They do not have the contact info for anyone except property management here at the complex which isn't helpful if I'm in need of assistance after already contacting property management at the complex.

I read almost all of the negative reviews and went against them. Here I am today, stuck in a place that looks, feels, and smells like section 8 housing. The manager is impolite and unprofessional as her boss. Maintainance is poor and never on time. When you live here, its like you are living and working in a group home facility with the mentally ill that is poorly maintained. I can't wait for my lease to be over! Stinks stinks stinks stinks stinks like ----!

This is one of the worst property I have ever lived. The landscape is below standard, maintenance is poor and sometimes never show up. Nothing is being fixed at all. Before you sign a lease, make sure they show you your apartment because it smells like a pit latrine. The manager is racist and unprofessional. The canopy looks like they have been there since 1960. So many potholes and unfixed doors. It's all a scam!!! don't even try it please if you want the worth of your money. All of these negative reviews you read are REAL. No kidding!!!!

Had a few issues with previous Property Managers but Honor Weber has been nothing but courteous and professional. Christopher Pauline has been here since I moved in (2008) and has always been helpful and a man of his word. Honor, Chris, and Chuck make Grant Meadows a great place to live.

My move in was awful and disappointing . They had a whole month to get the apartment ready and done. The day I moved in nothing was done my walls were never painted, still had patch work showing/noticeable in all the rooms. The closet doors were so old, broken, falling apart. The model they showed me is nothing like the apartment. They told me since day one that they will fix the walls properly and everything and the only thing that was done was my closets. My walls are still not fixed even tho they told me thousands of times it will be taken care of and never has. The problem still isn't fixed or resolved and it's been months and months. I had a leak in the bathroom and my walls/Sheetrock started to get wet, brittle, soft and cracking. Took them three days to come and see what the issue was. Now I have a whole in my ceiling and the Sheetrock is still not replaced where the water damage is and where the hole is. It's been two weeks and is still the same. They like to tell you your the main priority and that they will come but never do. So I am very disappointed overall. And I am worried that mold will eventually happen to my mall. And the hall way floods when it rains.

Don't move here. It seems like they accept section 8 and the mentally ill to live here. Roach infestation. They'll have an exterminator come out but whatever bullsh*t product they use doesn't work it just makes the problem worse. Basement is gross. They never clear out the parking lots when it snows just the hill so nobody gets stuck.

Worst community ever. No service. They won't even respond to your request until a month in. My bathroom ceiling was leaking for over a month before the fix it. My bedroom floor is always wet. The entire apartment is covered is mold. All my clothes, shoes, and furnitures are messed up. They also took the wall down in the bedroom to try to repair it since the carpet was constantly wet, and left the wall exposed covered in mold. Worst community ever

Well..it's quiet around here that's the plus side. Landlord is nice. However, the water system is horrible..showers suck sometimes. It goes from freezing cold and scolding hot within seconds and not matter how much you turn the knobs you gotta wait for the temperature to return. I had cockroaches (gross) in my kitchen..never seen them a day in my life until I moved here. A guy above me is constantly yelling around his apartment (to himself btw) and stomps around, however everyone else is quiet which I love. And the paint is making my clothes/furniture smell funny.

I Have Been At Grant Meadows For Over 2 Years And I Have Enjoyed My Time Here Primarily Because All Of My Concerns At One Time Or Another Have Been Addressed Usually In Prompt Manner. The Repair & Maintenance Team Has Always Been Very Courteous And Friendly And I'll Usually Strike Up A Brief Conversation With Them Whenever I See Them Around The Complex. The Only Problems I've Had Since I've Moved In Has Been The Revolving Door Of 'Property Managers' I Have To Get Usee To A New One Every 6-9 Months. But The Most Recent One I Believe Can Handle The Job For The Long Haul. If You're Looking To Move In Know That This Is A Very Well Maintained Complex, And There Are A Multitude Of Ways To Contact Management Even An Emergency 24hour Line. So Other Than Finding A Consistent Property And Sometimes Thin Walls, (Which Is Consistent With Most Apartment Living) You'll Find That Grant Meadows Is A Great Community.

Conditions not good in regards to office staff responding to the renter request to repairings things in your apartment. When you place in a job order for the repaire issues management doesn't get back to you on time and sometimes the issues in your unit never get repair. Building A have been in darkness for the past 2 years without electrical light at back entrance. Very dangerous for us the returns to apartment late hours.

Moved here in October 2016. The apartment is spacious. I don't like the paper thin walls. You can literally hear conversations from neighbors as well as maintenance when they are fixing apartments. I also dont like that the building has one washer and one dryer.

The outside area is kept really nice, with brick buildings and trees creating nice shade near the front door common area. Maintanance is usually fast and the front office property managers have all been friendly and considerate for any issues.

At first glance the community seems nice but at night it's a different story. The building only has 1 washer and dryer for 11 units. I have people fromantic other buildings using their own key to get into my building. Someone kept trying to get into my apartment one night.

I currently live in grant meadows apartments it's horrible and the rugs throughout the apartment isn't put in right spaces in between the walls mice throughout the building . Walls and floor are very thin you can hear everything . We lived here since 2013 they take section 8 the buildings are old and needs to be redone . I would advise anyone that's looking into moving here do not its not worth the aggravation . Staff is ------ not helpful at all .. Pot holes are very deep all they do is put rocks to cover it . The apartment is very outdated
