Love the management...they work with tenants when times are hard. They work well with you and budget. They are also good at answering and getting back to residents when you call. Pricing is reasonable.

Affordable and quaint community . Off the side of busy Grant Avenue where you can easily forget you're in Philadelphia . Beautiful scenery and kind neighbors in my building make me want to prolong my stay. Very happy I found Grant Meadows.

Maintenence is poor and kitchen and bathroom are very out dated there is no communication to help resolve my issues and I have to fix them myself out of my pocket. Like the stopper in my toilet that the guy said he didn't have and I had to call back or to change my light bulbs

I've experienced a lack of concern or care about the residence. They are always looking for a quick fix rather than an efficient one. We moved into a new apartment after experiencing black mold. We have to pay more in rent when it was their fault the mold was there in the first place. Very unprofessional

DEFINITELY been a great experience. love the community. love the pool in the summer. my kids are safe here. I definitely would recommend an better exterminator crew and it would be great if yall upgraded the playground area this development has had an increase in kids and the play area seems so unsafe and unsanitary everything is rusted and lil kids still plays on its.

My experience has been terrible, being truly honest I would not waste my money renting from this poor quality property. They don't care about their tenants only the money. I had a RAT in my unit after only being in the unit for a month. As soon as I moved in everything was either breaking or falling apart. Don't move here. I'm currently a unhappy resident here looking to move.

The people are very social and kind. Pet fees are reasonable. There's plenty of stores within walking distance. Maintenance is always around and supportive. Online payment service that is easy to use.

I moved here in 2018 with an issue the apartment I was moved in to. After 3 months I was moved to another building and no longer had an issue. Since then any minor issues I've had have been resolved in a timely manner.

It's okay very quiet and not a community to feel like i'll be overwhelmed by or bothered by. Everything is pretty up kept and I didn't have any problem with the moving experience and no one gave me a hard time

Never had any problems with anyone. The grounds are clean, maintenance is always pleasant. I feel safe walking around the grounds for my walks. The neighbors are friendly. The parking lot could be repaved

The leasing office was very responsive during the time leading up to move-in. On move in day everything was prepared and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. There was an issue with the hot water in the shower. The maintenance team responded to my service ticket in under an hour and had my issue resolved. Apartment was clean and appliances new.

Not a bad place to live. Never had any issues with other tenants. Close bus routes and close grocery store. Pretty cheap rent for the area. Paying rent online and with autopay is great because it's one less thing for me to worry about. Besides rent I only have to have bills for tv/internet and electric.

Experience was great, fast, easy, and efficient. The staff was welcoming, understanding and made the process so easy. They were always in contact prior to me moving im and making sure i was still comfortable with everything that was shown and told through the process. Never left pressured. Always felt comfortable and reassured. Amazing experience!

I have been living in this community for a few years now, the maintenance staff is great whenever I have any problem within my unit it is fixed right away. The staff is courteous and friendly. The grounds are nice and the community is close to shopping centers and schools. I really enjoy living here no bad experiences good place to live.

Just moved in and so far so good I love my little new apartment, really excited for new baby to get here and set up ,I got all new appliances and I'm very grateful. It's already starting to feel more and more homey since I been here.

The community has been a good experience. It is quiet and neighbors are pleasant. The grounds are kept nice and there are improvements being made perodically. Management is nice and responds in a timely manner.

It was a fairly easy process to get the apartment at Grant Meadows. The staff were super nice and helpful. The apartment is convenient to where we wanted it. The apartment was repaired with new carpets and a new refrigerator as well as new kitchen cabinets. It is a nice bright space to live.

So far my experience has been good. Items needs to be fix and are in the process of being fixed. I asked for my sink handle to be fixed and two days later it was fix. I was even told to make a list or any issues and they will fix it

The staff is super nice!, halls are not very clean most of the time. You have to pay for the pool on summer (I think this is for maintenance, so is ok). Quiet community, malls closer from the complex.

I've only been here for 3 days now but so far so good. I was awoken by a mouse being incredibly loud in the middle of the night & I've never had to deal with that before & didn't know there were mice here so that's annoying. Hopefully maintenance can get rid of it because I don't want to have to hide food because of a rodent that pays no rent here.
