WaterWalk offers an excellent atmosphere. We enjoy the proximity to shopping, dining and a variety of community activities. The front office staff is cordial, responsive, efficient and are consummate professionals.

Right now something is going on. High turn over in staff, things take forever to be fixed or just dont get fixed, lots of dead landscaping and trees, lots excuses why things arent done or cant be done yet.

Living at Waterwalk is like being on vacation at a 5 star resort. Our apartment is spacious, quiet and the screened in porch is a game changer. We and our dog are very happy living here and appreciate it every day.

Overall experience has been good. Final touches are slow in coming. Decorating in hallways has not been completed. Enforcement of parking restrictions is not being done. Enforcement of pool rules is not being done. Interior common area maintenance is not adequate. Clarification & enforcement of nonsmoking policy.

Great community, everything is accessible such as grocery stores, restaurants and stores of all nature including an ice cream store. The neighbors that I have met are all very friendly and eager to make friends and so far the dogs are all friendly too. Can't ask for a better staff, everyone wants to make you happy.

We have lived at Waterwalk now for 6 months. Overall, for what we are paying, approximately $3,800 per month, we are not pleased. It is very loud with apartments above us. The grounds & maintenance staff are excellent. Safety & the admin staff are good.

I truly love living here.l Everyone has been most helpful and always does what is needed immediately. The amenities are great, very up to date and useful as well as good looking. I love the Starbucks Coffee machine in the community room. The grills will be most useful as the weather gets warmer. My apartment has worked out really well. The only thing that I do not like about the building is the carpet in the hallway. It makes me dizzy...............

Everyone I have come in contact with has been very friendly and welcoming. I do not feel like I live in an apartment, I feel like this is a home. The sense of community is great. It's very quiet and the grounds are extremely well kept.

This place is all about marketing and NOT about those that are paying the big bucks. The workmanship is Horrendous, however the pool is nice but not cleaned daily for a commercial pool. Poor maintenance and management. Totally under-staffed.

So far so good. Water pressure is not up to snuff, but much work is still going on so not worried yet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is excellent. Trash service great. Great location. Early in the process. Layout of the buildings is good, everything is convenient.

Waterwalk at Town Center, Shelter Cove is in a great location with great amenities. The staff and management team have been great to work with. Be sure to check out the website and like the facebook page for updates
