I had to call the leasing office almost at the end of the day regarding clogged sink . The staff sent the maintenance team immediately . Edwin was kind enough to stop by and resolve the issue quickly .

Edwin was super quick to come out and fix our issues of a broken fridge handle and light. He was also very polite and friendly. Overall the maintenance staff here is great and has resolved every issue I’ve ever brought up.

Great Maintenance Team

We experienced a large window leak after a recent thunderstorm and Richard came by to assess the damage. He looked into the seal on the window itself as well as replacing the gutter outside above the window. He also came by the next day to check and make sure that it wasn't leaking (it's rainy season), and even the day after that just to be thorough. We appreciate everyone on the maintenance team and their hard work!

Necessary Trade-off for Affordable Living

I’m not going to sugarcoat the situation at Fox Lake. The complex offers 2 parking spots for a 2 bedroom and 3 parking spots for a 3 bedroom, but in all practicality there’s not enough lot space to provide that. The management at Fox Lake relies on residents to have less than their allocation of vehicles in order to allow for those who do have their whole allocation to park. If it’s a weekday, leaving after 4-5pm is not an option. You will be walking from far, far away if you give up your spot. Weekends are similar but are more competitive throughout the day. If you’re there for 5 years, the management will happily put you in a 5-year spot at a nominal cost of $90,000, assuming rent began and remained at $1500/mo. It’s a good distraction from the real issue and a wonderful way of giving you incentive to keep renting here. Don’t get me wrong, maintenance and everything else I’d say has been great while I lived at Fox Lake, but I’m glad I have the ability to leave my home later in the day now without fear of having to walk a football field with groceries in hand. It’s what you’d expect anywhere but on a larger and more competitive scale. Since people have been paying the rent prices they do, they feel entitled to fair policies and are subsequently incredibly competitive with parking. Fair warning to anyone wanting to move there, you will be stuck walking from far away for the first 5 years of your residency. This is in part due to management’s refusal to address the issue which offers real solutions to all residents. Adding numbers to the parking lot and providing for one spot assigned to each apartment and overflow parking elsewhere seems to be entirely out of the question there, likely because of the cost of adding numbers in paint on the parking lot.

Never move here

When we moved into the apartment they made us pay $300 up front for cleaning fees for when we move out. The carpet had black stains, and there was grease dripping from above the stove. The cabinets had not been cleaned at all. The refrigerator and freezer had broken shelves. They never came to fix any of this and now that we have moved out, we are being charged with all of these things even though we filled out a paper and took pictures of all these problems up front.

Maintenance team is awesome

I put in 3 maintenance requests and expected to wait at least a day but David came over less than an hour after I put in my request. I had a list of things for him and he quickly fixed them all. You can always depend on the maintenance team at Foxlake.

The pools are well maintained and a fun place to meet your neighbors. It a small community and a family friendly place to live!

Maintenance Repair

My AC stopped working properly, and David was very quick in replacing the unit! He informed me of everything that was going on with it and kept me updated. He’s a very nice worker all around! I am now good to go for the hot summer!

Very quick response in maintenance. I called in the morning while at work to have garbage disposal fixed. David in maintenance was there that day and had it working by the time I got home from work that day.

Wonderful maintenance staff, especially David. Its rare that an issue comes up that isn't fixed the same day thst it is reported. Great placement with most everything in the area being 15 minutes or less away. Only real complaint is that there is minimal signage to tell delivery drivers where each apartment is.

Our overall experience at Fox Lake has been enjoyable. The area is very nice next to the high school and everyone is quite friendly. David is always super sweet and super quick with any maintenance issues we have!

We moved into Fox Lake about a month ago. We have been very impressed at the level of service that both the property managers and maintenance team offers. We recently had a leak coming from the hose of our toilet, and Edwin was in and out of our apartment with the hose fixed in about five minutes.

It's great living here. Everyone seems nice and the pools are great. I love the walking trail by the lake. I also like that this is a pet friendly place. The balcony is spacious. Edwin fixed our AC!!!

I just recently moved in and everything has been amazing so far. The office staff has been really nice and helpful throughout the process. Maintenance had to come in and check on a leak, Richard offered to fix minor things during his stop! Over all great experience so far and a great community.

The only thing I didn't give 5 stars was the noise level. For clarity, by that I mean this is a family community. There are kids always running around and playing. And that's not a bad thing! They are always respectful and kind. Just know that this is an active community. So if you want things to do or have a family of your own, this is the place for you! Fox Lake is a wonderful place to live! You'll never have to worry about bad maintenance or unkempt grounds. The ladies in the office are always so kind and informative. This place truly feels like a community. I've been here two years, and it's by far the best living experience I've had.

We moved into my apartment sight unseen after moving 800 miles! (unable to visit due to COVID) JennyLynne was fantastic about answering our many questions and helping us get everything (lease, utilities) set up from so far away. The location is fantastically convenient to everything we want and need. The grounds are well maintained, the maintenance crew is very responsive and friendly and it is so quiet we would never know that we have neighbors above, below and on three sides of me. We're grateful we discovered Fox Lake or we could be paying a lot more for what we have.

I have lived here for a little over a year. I am a single mother and I searched forever for a place that would be safe for my son and I, and I have found that here at Fox Lake. I never worry about our safety, he loves the playground here and meeting so many other kids and families. Everyone is extremely friendly. We are blessed to have found such an amazing community!

We have lived at Fox Lake Apartment Homes for almost 5 years. We love our apartment and the location. Our neighbors in our building are the best and we are pretty close to each family. We are retired so that means a lot to us. I walk around the Knoxville High School walking trail daily and my husband walks around the complex and the lake. The office staff are wonderful and our maintenance needs are always taken care of. Fox lake is truly our Home Sweet Home.

I the have lived here for over 19+ years, and have had nothing but positive experiences; the management staff is completely friendly, and the maintenance workers have been nothing but helpful. This is also a perfect place for the elderly to live, as my 95 year old mother has lived here herself for as long as I have. Safe community and great neighbors.

I would highly recommend living at Fox Lake. The apartments are beautiful and an excellent price for the size and all the amenities included. The maintenance staff is friendly and always responds quickly. The complex is located in a quiet area with nice scenery of the lake and surrounding trees yet is 5 minutes away from Walmart and the interstate. This location gives the complex a quiet and remote feel while still providing access to the city and businesses.

We love the Fox Lake Apartment Homes. We love it here! Definitely the best apartment community I've lived in. It's super kid and pet friendly and my kids love the playground. I feel very safe and at home here. I love the office staff and the maintenance is excellent. I highly recommend!
