Absolutely amazing all around

Lovely community and lovely staff! The office staff is helpful and kind and maintenance is quick. I love the landscaping and plan to stay here for a long time. I enjoy the resident events and it’s a great chance to spend time with neighbors.

I have experienced cockroaches in my apartment since day 1 when me and my family spotted a dead one in one of the rooms. Ever since that point, there have been some amount of cockroaches in my apartment. They have had to call exterminators four times at least to deal with the cockroaches, essentially once a month since I started renting here.

The staff at Mountain View is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly even after hours. The complex is quiet, I have never been disturbed. The grounds are also lovely and the dog park / firepit / pickleball area is fun to have around.

The community is quite, staff is friendly and the cockroaches are everywhere inside and outside of the homes. The price of rent is also outrageous for the homes not having in unit washer and dryers or hookups.

[Incentivized Review] My experience so far at Mountain View has been stellar. It's a welcoming community with community engagement activities organized by Taylor and Tyrechia. These two ladies made hectic move-in days much easier to manage. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and stores nearby, as well as LMU, which I find very convenient.

Great place to live

Great location! Right next to a lot of stores and great restaurants. I attend Lincoln Memorial University Knoxville and I only have a 10 minute commute. This location is pretty central from the rest of Knoxville

Quiet community, lots of trees and nature. There are a ton of dog owners, and most do a good job of picking up after their dogs, but there are those few... It would be great if the dog park was bigger. Its so small that 2 big dogs crowd the place. There's a huge grassy area that could easily be fenced off for a very nice park area, but instead they put in a pickle ball court. Overall, great place to live! Love the walking trails too!

I love it here

I’ve had a great experience living at Mountain View Apartments. the community is peaceful while still being close to everything in The apartments are well-kept, spacious, and cozy, making it feel like home right away. The management and maintenance teams are both excellent. They’re professional, friendly, and always quick to respond if anything comes up. It’s clear they care about the property and the residents. The amenities are another big plus—plenty of parking, a nice pool, and a safe, clean environment. I also appreciate how quiet the community is compared to other places I’ve lived. Overall, Mountain View Apartments offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable living experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live

Mountain view is great

Just moved in to my townhouse. The apartment was clean and I was surprised by the move in gifts on the counter. Really thoughtful. The office made the leasing experience easy and offered great communication. I love the view from my window. Lots of trees and pretty landscaping here.

Absolutely love living here ! The management and staff have always been exceptionally helpful anytime I needed anything. Maintenance issues always handled same day and usually within hours of the initial request. Pool area is exceptionally well kept and maintained. Apartments are very centrally located to everything.

Most beautiful community!

The property is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Taylor in the office made my move in experience excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure we were fully prepared for move in. The walking trail is great and the location is close to my work. So far 10/10

They never fix anything. From the first day we moved in there were at least 10 cockroaches scurrying in the apartment. Water damage on the kitchen ceiling. Water damage in the downstairs bathroom. Mold in the tub. Tub faucet does not work properly. Underneath the sink in the kitchen the pipes busted the first weekend we moved here. Flooded the entire kitchen. Never been fixed. Smells awful like musty mold. The floor was not properly cleaned before they put cheap flooring in and dirt and water seeps through. If you rent a townhome the upstairs gets very hot. The carpet in the 2nd bedroom smells like a dead animal. We don't have pets.

Overall it's good. Front office is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is also very kind and do everything they can to assist. The parking kind of sucks because non residents will park in resident parking and nothing ever comes of it. There is a black Jeep with expired registration that hasn't moved since I moved in 6 months ago. the other complaint is people not picking up their dogs poop. I'm scared to walk at night for fear of stepping on a giant pile of poop

Shalonda was extremely helpful and exceeded expectations in taking care of the problem with my toilet. Maintenance was very friendly and expedient. I have never had such an easy time getting something fixed at an apartment. Hands down 5 stars.

So far it's been ok , we have had problems with insects and facets leaking with no help from maintenance, so we have been buying lots of bug spray . Plus I wish they would take care of the leaves, because I slipped on the stairs in front of my home

Good place

This is a really good community. It's quiet and the grounds are kept nice and clean. I like stopping by the office to talk with the staff and/or get snacks from the coffee bar and resident fridge. This is a good place for me.
