Good Year

The staff was always quick to happily help. I loved the Cedar Bluff area because it’s close to everything I want and need. I definitely enjoyed my time here. Although I did not renew my lease, it was a good year.

Great location Friendly neighbors

The location is convenient and close to a lot of Knoxville businesses. For the most part, neighbors are very quiet and friendly and we hardly notice they are there. I will be renewing my lease again here.

The community as a whole is perfect! It's quiet and clean and close to everything you need without being too close that it is noisy. The team here is great at working to resolve concerns or issues. There are walking paths, a gym and a Pool for the season. Apartments are spacious and you really feel like you are home.

Love the Community

Love the community. Neighbors are great, office staff is great as well. The placement of the complex in Knoxville is perfect, close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Recommend this place.

Great so far

So far everything is going great! Nice area and everyone in has been so nice and helpful. The rent was higher than a I wanted but so is every other place in Knoxville. I think I will enjoy living here once I get settled.

Private and Quiet

It’s a very quiet place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The neighbors are friendly. There are a lot of dogs here but thankfully I don’t hear much barking. I really like being here at Mountain View.

Great Place and Staff

The office staff is friendly and welcoming! The maintenance team is knowledgeable and they came to check on my AC right away. I love the new dog park and seating area they put in! I am going on my 5th year here and i am very happy.

We renewed our lease and are excited to live here for another year! The location is outstanding for the availability. The staff and grounds are top notch. Couldn't ask for a better complex or management.

Location is A, Price is B, Management gets a C for an overall 3.0 In particular, the company refuses to accept electronic payments for rent from local banks. They use a 50 page lease form that has to be initialed and signed more than most mortgage closings require.

Best Management Team

This property has the best management team ever. Cristina and Shalonda are always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They have great resident events too and they have a lot of amenities that most places don't have. Definitely check out Mountain View.

Hidden Gem

Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is polite and quick to handle any repairs. I really appreciate that they are always improving the facilities! The apartment complex is surrounded by green areas that make it feel welcoming.

This is a very quiet community with occasional chatter of children, playing on holidays. This place with 5 min driving distance from many restaurants, an AMC theater, a Kroger's, a CVS, and many more.

Nice community!

The Community is very quiet. The setting is lovely and clean, surrounded by trees. The apartment complex is close to major retailers and wonderful restaurants yet tucked away from the busyness. The area is very safe. The amenities are within convenient walking distance and are well maintained.

We just moved in and I have to share how incredible the whole experience has been! We relocated from out of state without touring the property and the whole transition was so smooth from the communication to the move in process. The property manager even stayed late to help us when we got stuck in traffic and arrived a few hours later than planned.

To start off, the office here is awesome. Not only do they have extended Saturday hours (most of my past complexes have only been open for like a couple hours early Saturday morning), but they also just go out of their way to be exceptional, welcoming, and helpful. As for the apartment complex itself, it's got a GREAT location. We're only 5-8 minutes from West Town Mall, many restaurants including greats like Taste of Thai and Yassin's, and multiple grocery options. I-40 is also only about 5 minutes away. Lakeshore Park and the Sequoyah Hills area are about 10 minutes, as is Turkey Creek. Downtown Knoxville is maybe 15 unless traffic hits, then it can be closer to 20. We're located on a major road, but it's not a particularly busy one, so we get the convenience of easy access without a bunch of backroads without the hassle of traffic getting in and out. Overall, it's hard to go wrong here!

The staff is pleasant. The Assistant Manager, Shalonda, is amazing…truly a Godsend. From the very beginning, she was instrumental in assisting with my move here from out of state. The property is peaceful. My unit is nice; and the few challenges are immediately addressed. I am glad I made this move. Mountain View is a good welcome to Knoxville, TN

This apartment community has been wonderful. I love the layout, the apartment itself is great, and the management is fantastic! It's centrally located to so much of the local area, with supermarkets, a mall, and many restaurants within 10 minutes easily. It's also under 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville with multiple routes to get there. My only complaint so far is a single neighbor breaking the "smoke-free" policy. Most of our neighbors have been amazing, however, and I've formed neighborly connections with many of them! Overall, it's hard to go wrong if this is your choice.

Really enjoy the area. The staff in the office is great and very helpful. The residents are nice and keep to themselves. They added a dog park, firepit and picnic tables for us. Just a great place to live.

Overall, this has been a positive experience. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and the property is taken care of. Recent updates and additions have been a plus to this community, such as the dog park and a place for residents to sit outdoors. The front office staff have been excellent. One occasion one staff member will get a little too authoritative. Its not often but when there is a lot going on, she can come across as bossy and she is above you. Management is quick to address issues that arise and does a great job with communicating with residents about issues or upcoming events, changes or activities.
