It's ok I just like that the residents don't pick up after their dogs. And the windows are old and very cold. Need to replace the windows and ac/ heating units. My toliet runs until I get up and pull the ball . The floors are slanted just over all cold and drafty.

Mountain View is in a great location. It’s a quiet Community with good neighbors and staff. There is a 24 hour fitness center, nice sized pool with grills. The tennis court is being turned into a dog park.m, just what we need. I love it here.

I recently came to Knoxville from Texas for work and I have not been able to find an place to live. Mountain View is out of my price range but Sholandra took the time to go through the apartment book with me and show me everything that is in my budged. This is the first place I went to where they took time to help me even thought I could not move there. She made my search much easier and I am happy I went there.

We have been here since June of 2021 and have truly enjoyed the location for shopping, medical needs, etc. Management is friendly and helpful. and try to please. The residents are quiet and the people we have met have been nice!

I did a lot of research before deciding on Mountain View. They have great amenities and their price point was slightly lower than nearby properties. The location is perfect for me. The staff is awesome. I can't wait to move in!

Professional team both maintenance and office. They go the extra mile to make their residents happy , but they care as well. The community is convenient to almost everything and the apartments are well maintained! Cristina, Shalonda, and RL are true diamonds to the shine of this place!

I toured a couple weeks ago with Christina and she was so kind and followed up with me a few times, which seems rare nowadays. Shalonda is always so friendly and personable when I call the office. They are nice people and I am crossing my fingers that they have an opening for me soon!

Mountain View is the most quiet place I have ever lived and my neighbors were so nice. I have a dog and there were lots of places for me to walk with my dog. I moved out before their dog bark was completed but that new amenity is going to be great for residents.

I recently moved in. Last night, I was playing my beats pill, eating, about to go to bed when I heard someone pounding on my door. They did this 3 consecutive times before I answered the door. It was the upstairs neighbor staying my music was too loud. So I politely turned it off and went to bed. Today, the apartment manager called and said she had a noise complaint, said quite time is after 10pm. I didn't explain myself and I said okay. I did not think my music was loud, after all it's a miniature beats pill. When asked to turn the music down, I turned it off. And I still got reported. I feel neighbors should be more welcoming and a little less petty and hostile. I will not be renewing my lease and I'm already ready to move, luckily I signed only a 6 month contract. And as typing this, people are currently slamming doors and making loud noises. I'm not at all happy with my current living situation, especially for the price.

Shalonda is the best, The process was so easy. The location is great, staff is nice and the value is good. Plenty of restaurants in the area. West Knoxville is the best place to live. I highly recommend this place.

I would first like to start off by saying, this is my first place on my own and I could not have made a better choice. Its quite here. The office staff are always nice to me when I speak with them. I also appreciate that I never have to wait long when I have a maintenance issue. Another delight to mention is the layout, the layout is very cozy since its just me and my dog. That said, I got really lucky on my first apartment choosing.

I've lived at Mountain View Apartments for quite a while. Mountain View is truly a place you can call home, for however long your stay may be here. The atmosphere is pleasant here, with friendly people herein. Most people living here are courteous and respectful, which makes living here worthwhile. The office management and maintenance personnel are very helpful, and do their best to make you feel right at home and accommodate your maintenance requests in a timely manner. If you're looking for a place to call home, and to feel comfortable in, no matter how long you may reside here, Mountain View Apartments is the place to live!!

Mountain Veiw is my first time with an apartment, and so far it has been a satisfiying experience. The campus feels like a nice and safe place to walk in, plenty of greenery and have regular upkeep to keep in good shape. The community is very pet friendly. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and prompt at addressing issues. Any problems we have encountered in the apartment have been attended to in a timely manner. The location is great, I am close to my job and to most stores/restuarants/entertainment I would frequent.

We've lived at Mountain View for a few months now and have not had any bad experiences. We really like the floor plan, and the recent remodeling gives it a nice touch. The community is quiet and private yet close to the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. The community managers are very helpful and willing to assist with any situation!

I just moved in about a week ago, and it has been an an incredible experience. Shalonda took me for a tour a couple months prior to my move-in, and from that point on, the process could not have been smoother. I was moving from out of state, and Shalonda was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of my needs. I couldn't hope for a better front office crew. The staff is so welcoming, and I felt at home immediately. The grounds are beautiful, and the apartments are clean. My lease is only 9 months, but I already know I will be here longer than that. 6 stars

It is really great to live here the staff is very responsive and so polite, they treat us very well and with respect as well. Very good place and close to everything: Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Movie Theater, restaurants and great schools.

Gun shooting recently in the month June 2018 and I am next to that house and when I asked releasing office about they are not even ready to end my lease for move out . And recently staff changed and they don't have experience and if call about maintenance they don't even understand the issue

Its OK community. I am being here for last 1.5years. Pros: This community is in good schools zone, its near by many shopping centers in Kingston pike and office staff are quick in service. Cons: Better you should know your charges before hand apart from your rent like water, sewage and avg electricity bill. if you are in 1 bedroom, its fine but in town house your average electricity charges above 200 and sewage above 100. ex. In Jan my electricity(with my own led bulbs everyplace) bill is 248, water and sewage is 103. I have had issues with wood-roaches getting in, they have done the service but still there are, now I am maintaining it with my own cockroach killer.

Every single year the rent goes up. I don't understand these annual increases. My apartment looks exactly as it did when I first moved in. The complex hasn't really improved that much, either. I'm an established resident. I'm not noisy, I pay my rent on time, yet it feels like I'm being punished when it comes time to renew my lease each year.

Great location..... Expect to pay abut $75 a month for water (two people) and a $5 service fee just for the privilege of getting billed. Expect not to have to have the stairwell cleaned or have your air filter replaced for your heater/air unit (we replace the filters ) periodically. Also, the pool will be closed for up to a week, two or three times during the summer, no reason given. Also, they do not and I mean do not ever plow the parking lots or salt them during the winter, never. This is how RAM partners manages this complex, consistently very poorly with no regard for customer satisfaction.
