Great
Super nice property and staff. Love the floorplan of the model and instantly filled out an application! Everything is great! Recommend to everyone and especially people looking online. This place is exactly as it shows.

Pleased to be here
So pleased to be living here. Everything is new and peaceful. Had an issue and maintenance came the same afternoon to fix the problem and within a half hour they were done. So pleased with the staff and service. Look forward to living here for a long time.

Great community. New to area and this place exceeded my expectations. Warm and friendly staff, beautiful grounds and great location. I am so happy with my decision to move here. This may be the best place I have rented.

Home Away From Home
Mountain View rocks! Shalonda and Tony consistently and conscientiously keep me smiling as a happy resident. Having agreeable and friendly management makes all the difference in my world. I recommend it here.

Great place
It all starts with management. The staff is what makes and keeps the place great. The team here is first of all so nice, helpful, and really care about the people. They work hard to make it a great place to live!

Great place to live and the staff at Mountain View are the absolute best! Shalonda and the rest of her staff make you feel like you are at home! Once you move here it will be hard for you to move out!

Great place
Mountain View is wonderful. It’s beautiful. The staff is great. The apartments are renovated very well and it’a a great location. The laundry center is convenient and the pool is spacious and relaxing. I would recommend Mountain View to anyone.

Great place
Mountain View is a great place to live, period! West Knoxville is a great location and Mountain View is right in the heart of it. Friendly neighbors, professional and caring staff. Highly recommend it.

NOISE
If you move here - make sure you live on the top floor only !! The noise from above tenants is ridiculous and is not addressed by management even though within the 48 page lease we have to sign , it clearly talks about noise. VERY unhappy - I will NOT renew my lease.

Awesome experience
Awesome very good experience. Management is helpful. Quiet neighbors. But noisy road right next to our apartment. Parking lot is good. Sholanda is very helpful. I really like the apartment and the amenities.

Awesome place!
Awesome place to live! My first time ever living alone and I’m so glad it’s here! Super supportive and kind staff! 10/10 definitely recommend! Love the apartment and the location is great. The staff here is always nice to talk to.

Great community in a great location
This is a great Community in a great area of Knoxville. We are out west where there is plenty of shopping and the best schools for the kids. The mall is really close, and the theater in the mail is the best! There is also plenty of parking and a laundry room that is right in the middle of the community. My sister also lived her a few years ago and she still talks about how great it is. She would still be here but her job pulled her to another party of the country, If she comes back, I’m sure this will be the guest place she looks.

love it here
Love it here-it’s cozy clean and the people are friendly. it’s nice to be somewhere that is pretty and there are many trees too, it’s really nice. I recommend Mountain view to anyone looking in this area

It's affordable community with a great feel. However, amenities, like laundry facilities are subpar. Laundry room is often messy and chronic issue of people not switching out clothes in a timely manner. Thus, makes using amenities frustrating.

A great location with friendly staff and the best neighbors
This is a great community in a great area of Knoxville. We are out west where there is tons of shopping and the best schools for the kids. The mall is really close, and the theater in the mall is the best! There is plenty of parking and a laundry room that is right in the middle of the community. My sister also lived here a few years ago and she still talks about how great it is. She would still be here but her job pulled her to another part of the country. If she comes back, I'm sure this will be the first place she looks.

Really enjoy living here! I especially appreciate the beautiful grounds with walking path among the apartments and all of the tall beautiful trees! Our apartment itself has wonderful natural light coming in through many windows in the main living area. We have new flooring, carpet, countertops and appliances. The management team here is also great - very personable and helpful!

I have unfortunately had a pretty negative experience at this complex. We have had many issues with our apartment and most have only had a bandaid type fix. When we complained about this to the office we were told sorry it's an old building. The apartment is spacious but not worth the rent they charge.

Overall, everything is fine. Apartments and facilities are clean. Everything in my apartment is functional. Maintenance has fixed everything in short order. Office staff is very friendly. My one complaint is that there aren't enough washers and dryers in the laundry room. Only six of each. They fill up quickly on the weekends and it can be hard to get my laundry done. Plus, some people leave their clothes in a washer or dryer for HOURS after the cycle is done. There has to be a better way to manage that. Or, just add more washers and dryers. It would help everybody that doesn't have them in their apartment.

Nice place in a nice neighborhood
Apartments have a nice walk pathway in the neighborhood! It has a good mountain view. It is within 10 min walk distance to restaurants. It is very close to the shopping center, pharmacy, and gas station.

Everyone is friendly. Two years ago when i was going through some medical issues, some of my neighbors even offered to carry my trash to the dumpster. The managers try to work with you if there are any issues. When I ask for any maintenance, they come in a timely manner and correct the problem. I would recommend anyone to live here.

It's a great community--easy access to shopping and schools. The management and maintenance staff are super knowledgeable and responsive--always great when I call. The repurposing of the tennis courts to a dog park and community area is really attractive.

Love It Here!
We love it here! we've enjoyed being surrounded by trees and the community. The location is convenient and close to a lot of businesses. Our townhouse is the perfect size for us and has everything we need.

I absolutely love the administrative stuff here at Mountain View I'm from California and they've been nothing but kind and wonderful to me. There are a couple of frustrations I find with needing more mini blinds in toilet seat covers. Otherwise it's great.

Love living here
Mountain View has been a great place to live. I like their amenities and I like how close it is to everything. It’s been pretty quiet. Sometimes the laundry room isn’t as clean as it could be but other than that I’m happy here.

Great staff
The staff does a great job of taking care of things in the community. The office staff is kind. The maintenance team is on call for emergencies and does a good job of keeping the community looking good.
