Es un lugar muy lindo, ubicado estrategicamnete en una zona comercial. Faltaria un poco mas de control con las puertas de accesos y portones, ya que he visto gente abriendo een forma manual a la fuerza. Tambien el tema de gente que entra saltando las rejas sobre la Slaughter y no sabemos si viven o no en el complejo. Tambien el tema de respetar los horarios de descanso, sobre todo despues de las 10 de la noche qu la gente entra gritando como si vivieran solos

Use caution and discernment when moving here. Lived here for 9 years and since AMP took over 2 years ago we have had more issues than ever before. The actual community here isn't bad. Lots of lower income families that keep to themselves with a few instances of disturbances. It's the actual property management and maintenance that are the problem. Office staff has a very high turnover rate and it's almost impossible to get ahold of the manager because they manage 2 other properties. We have been dealing with rats for the last 2 months and have only had best control out here once for it. We also have had lots of structural issues with our apartment and after telling maintenance about it for 2 years it finally got to the point where we had to get the city of austin involved. We love the area we are in but we should have left when Cortland sold the property.

Most areas of the apartment complex are clean. The grass is always cut and there isnt much trash laying around outside. However, the gym facilities are not well kept. I go 4 days a week and the face towels have not been washed in at least a month and the wipes were not restocked for 2-3 weeks until I went to the office and asked for some. I don't remember the last time the gym was cleaned (the previous administration used to have people come in and clean every 1-2 weeks, wipes would be restocked at all times and there were always available towels). The trash pickup service has been great as they always pick up the trash on schedule. Maintenance and front desk workers are always friendly and help in a timely manner.

This apartment complex is really awesome It's close to everything. Maintenance is really on point about getting things done pretty fast. The front office is always very fast and friendly and will help you out especially Rosa. This is definitely a decent location live in.

Nice layout. Friendly and helpful staff. One of my favorite things is the parking lots with trees. It doesn't feel like a baron wasteland. I really like the package storage setup that they have setup makes it to where u don't have to worry about ur packages getting stolen.

Nice, quiet community. Only downfalls are all the extra fees wrapped into your total monthly payment and the recent switch of the resident portal is a nightmare. Otherwise, it is quiet and safe and everyone i've met has been very kind.

Since the moment we came in to do an inquiry, Rosa has been the most helpful person we have ever come across of. She was able to help us choose an apartment that had all the things we wanted and got us the best price. She had shown us an apartment that we had loved but the balcony wasn't opened, so ours pets would enjoy it as they always did. We let her know the only thing we didn't like and as soon as we got back to the office she, with her manager managed to find us the exact same layout with an open balcony and on second floor. Ever since we moved in 12 weeks ago, maintance, front office and management has been attentive and helpful. The cleanliness in the complex is something we have never seen in other complexes and the activities the front offices regularly do. Extremely recommended place.

It was okay overall however for the last year it has deteriorated to the bare minimum. They refused to help the police when my tires and rims were stolen. Overall, if I wasn't stuck in this lease or liked the location, I would have moved by now.

Complaint of Mismanagement and Request for Resolution
I am a tenant at Bridge at Southpark Landing, 420 W Slaughter Ln Apt 1131, Austin, TX. I am writing to express my deep concern and respectfully request your intervention regarding the management of the administration unit of the complex. Recently, I was assigned a garage that, according to the correct information, had already been previously assigned to another resident. This situation has caused several serious inconveniences: 1. Conflict with another neighbor: The incorrect assignment created a direct issue with the neighbor, who already had rightful use of the garage in question. 2. Additional expenses for me: Due to this error, I had to move my inventory into that garage, incurring costs that I now have to repeat, as I will have to hire someone again to relocate my inventory to a properly assigned garage. 3. Personal inconveniences: This mistake has caused significant distress and disruption in the logistics of my residence, affecting my time and planning. In addition, it has created severe stress for me. I have lived in this complex for one year with an impeccable record as a tenant, but due to the current administration’s mishandling, this has turned into a source of stress and unnecessary problems. I believe this situation reflects a lack of proper control and coordination on the part of the administration, and I respectfully request: • A review of the internal administrative procedures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. • Consideration of a reimbursement or compensation for the expenses caused by this error. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving a response outlining the actions that will be taken to resolve this situation fairly and effectively.

This community is good if you are a simple person. The amenities are great, the response times for requested maintenance repairs need serious work with show up times almost a month after scheduling within the app for urgent matter such as placing a new lock on my door.

The walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbor's conversations, singing in the shower, and alarm clocks. I also upset them when playing my television at a low volume at night. It takes away my freedom that I'm supposed to have in my own home. They also recently updated the shower heads to a much worse option when there was nothing wrong with the old shower heads. The new toilets are an excellent change. They are better sized and stay clean longer. The maintenance guys are also extremely kind.

I liked the Cortland more so than the Bridge. The Cortland was communicative and felt more personable rather than obviously corporate. The new people from The Bridge are not communicative, have an unhelpful portal for maintenance and payment, and don't even stick to their posted hours in office.

The workers here are very friendly and handle any issues promptly. Moving in was a quick process. The community is nice and clean . They have good communications and reminders regarding the community .

Good and bad
The grounds are well kept, maintenance staff is great, office staff does a good job, and the location is great. My problem is the tenants. Forget about visiting the pool on the weekend. It's full of tenants and their extended family members blasting Tejano music till midnight (pool closes at 10) and taking up all the grills and all the chairs. 10 kids in the pool at any given time. We're not supposed to have that many guests over, but people constantly abuse it and nothing is ever done about it. Whatever you do, don't take an apartment by the pool.

Overall is good. Have a bit noisy neighbors on the 3rd floor, but that could happen anywhere. Also,initial concerns during move in have never been fixed. Still waiting for maintenance team to fix that.

The property staff are great with communication and friendly. They stay on top of things needed in our apartment community. My kids and I feel safe at all hours of the day so that gives us a piece of mind.

Unauthorized car repair activities and outside cars parked within the community are the biggest headaches. Noise on the poolside can be excessive sometimes. The maintenance of breezeways should be more frequent.

I moved into this community when it was about six months old. I am in my second unit since living here with the reason being they upgraded all units. This is a quiet community, and all of the office staff and maintenance staff are the best, and always accommodating to any questions or requests that I may have.

This community is very well-managed and maintained. The location is close to Southpark Meadows and is very convenient. The apartments are renovated and spacious. I chose this community because it is close to my family and I love it.

For the rent $, the interiors are layered with rushed/botched construction and painting. There were roaches and food crusted in the kitchen when I moved in and the old ownership dragged out responding to my complaints or request for proper cleaning, I'm now sure bc they knew they were being sold soon. They were waiting on 'approval to offer me a cleaning' and were slow to get pest control in here. The quality of the shower installation is ridiculous, rubber gaskets hanging off and mis-cut in length, sloppily done and heavily prone to mildewing and rusting. Carpets are caked with dust. Base boards are layered with paint over dust particles and hairs. Window sills in most rooms have thick paint layers where is obvious the windows were not cleaned before painting. I've not once had maintenance here to change the AC filters or offer a schedule of when that occurs. The office doesn't reply to emails they don't like and have ignored my request for a lease copy after charging me a 20% late fee ($225) for being 1 day late on rent due to a banking error. The construction quality and care put into the leasing office does NOT match the interior of the units. Do NOT be fooled by that and the 2/2 touring unit they show. Maybe this is all due to the old ownership but I'm certainly not happy paying the amount of rent I am for this 3/2 that has been sloppily maintained between tenants over however many years, but it's too expensive to move so here I am. There are plenty of newer, modern apartment builds in this area and I feel like I got the short end of the stick here.
