GREAT IMPRESSION

Really great experience. Love all the amenities available to me, like the gym, the coffee machine and the pool table. If I was not house hunting would definitely stay. Diana and Viri amazing, could not have had a better stay at Southpark!

Been here for about a year now and I have to say I haven’t stayed in an apartment as complete as this one…It’s beautiful, Really close to the city and a lot of restaurants, the managers are awesome! It’s safe and clean…I could go on…if you’re considering this place…Stop thinking about it! It’s gonna be a good decision. Oh right I forgot to mention: Diana and Viri are amazing people!!!

Great place to call home.

Staff is great and the community is clean and friendly. Great location right in south Austin and near a lot of restaurants and bars but only a 15 minute drive to downtown. Quiet and respectful neighbors.

Best property and prices in South Austin!

The pool is amazing! Super close to all kinds of great south Austin things like south park meadows and downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jordan made sure we had a great tour! The community is beautiful and we are excited to make this our home! Thanks Jordan!

HORRIBLE SLUMLORD

This company is atrocious. They are so greedy, unattentive, and generally scam artist. Their living conditions are disgusting, they just slap paint on things and call it fixed. They’ve increased rent $300 year over year. Maintenance is terrible. And their online billing system is completely unusable for automatic payments if you need to split it with anybody else. Avoid living here entirely

This place is a great place to live but it’s the residents that can make or break the living experience in certain situations. I have been here since 2020 and have noticed a girl in the 07 building that leaves her trash out by one of the trees every morning. I have spoken to her about it and she just says “stfu” and keep going. My bedroom is on the other side of hers and I can hear her and whomever she is with arguing almost every morning at 6 am. Once again, it’s all about the residents in certain areas. H.Z.

I've lived in many apartment complexes and I have to say Cortland South park Meadows is by far one of the best places I've lived. The staff is great, very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The grounds are very nicely kept. I feel very safe here. Anytime I have put in a service request they are quick to resolve the issue. As long as you communicate to them, they are very helpful and strive to work with you as much as they can. I recommend living here 10/10.

Very friendly staff and close to shopping and highways. Nice upgrades in the apartments. Affordable for Austin. Pool and clubhouse are top notch. Parking can be a challenge sometimes and parking lot does need to be resurfaced.

The website has several errors and the apartment needed a lot of work. First time I looked in the shower I saw mold everywhere and had to clean hair and dirt out of it. Took me a few days to get the apartment cleaned and had to have several repairs, like the garbage disposal being installed with duct tape.

My experience at Cortland Southpark Meadows has been pleasant, overall. I like that the community is gated -- I feel safe here. Additionally, they have a really nice gym and pool area! The front office is always welcoming and clean. They host events on Thursdays and sometimes Fridays that my roommate and I try to attend, to get to know the other residents in the community. I would recommend this community to anyone -- friends, family, etc!

The staff are all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location, with all the amenities of Southpark Meadows, couldn't be better - especially with the new HEB being built! Neighbors are friendly and my apartment is perfect for my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better place!

Don't bother to talking to the on-site team if you have any complaints, minor apartment repairs can be handled but if it is a major issue like a security gate locked open they are helpless. This is a great location and could better if the owners would spend the money to fix the major issues to safety and security.

The location of Cortland at Southpark Meadows is great! Im certain that when this new company took over, they took advantage of that and figured a full remodel would give them the right to raise prices WAY up. Ive lived in a renovated unit for 6 months and have had to put in more than 10 maintenance requests. About 3-4 have been put in because they said it was fixed, but I found out that same day or next that it actually was NOT. Our amenities were shut down for over a year because of remodeling. Now that theyre finally up, theyre great. Had my rent not gone up so much, I wouldnt have such an issue with the remodeling process that has been so troublesome.

Looks nice, but beware of the poor groundskeeping and management. Complaints about pet waste and trash problems go unanswered and repairs and renovations seem rushed and poorly done. Staff are friendly, but dont seem to care much.

I really like this community. They're friendly residents who like here. For there being 15 buildings on site there is still plenty of room to walk around and strech your legs. The fitness center and the pool really tie things together.

Don't get a unit near the pool unless you like a lot of noise/yelling (this includes late at night!). Other than that... the staff has always been helpful, the new renovations and new appliances are great, neighbors keep to themselves, and the maintenance workers are super friendly and helpful.

Great. Staff is awesome. Apartments are awesome, good sized balconies. The only thing they could improve in would be the grounds/landscaping. It feels like it's just a big parking lot. Also, they should use a professional pest control company vs, doing it by themselves.

Im constantly dealing with loud neighbors, neighbors who smoke when this is a no smoking community, causing my apartment to smell like marijuana. The gym/office is under renovation since October~. The opening date has been constantly pushed further and further back. The gates dont close and a main reason I picked this complex to live in is because they had gates. If one of the gates is open at all times then why even have gates.

Very tired of all the refurbishment of apartments. We have lived with this as long as we have lived here. Its like living in a construction zone. Its a nice community, everyone in the office is great, the maintenance is wonderful, so excited about the valet trash service Im speechless!! Ive just grown weary of the construction.
