Good and fair. I would prefer hardwood flooring rather than carpet in some of the spaces of the apartment. Perhaps also up to date washer and dryers along with dishwashers to support the advancement of technology

I've enjoyed my time in this community so far. It is peaceful and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful when I've had any questions. I also haven't had to deal with noisy neighbors which has allowed me to enjoy my time here.

It used to be pleasant. Now it looks old and dead. The outside of building 8 always smells like weed or cigarettes. And there is a fresh pile of dog poop at the bottom of the stairs daily. I'm probably going to move when my lease is up. It's insane that I'm paying more than I did before, for a worse living experience that I had before. On my balcony, there's a lifetime supply of bird droppings so it makes patio area unusable. I'm scared to bring guest here anymore and show them where I live; why would I recommend someone to live here?

Pretty decent complex, been here since 2012. Gate hasn't been left open continuously since new management came in. Parcel locker room is left unlocked 24/7, the key fob to get in doesn't do anything. Residents are told to bag recyclables when the Austin city government has billboards telling people to not do that.

Nice appliances, just some extremely loud neighbors. The inside is very clean and new, but the outside hallways and stairs are dirty and not kept. The staff is every nice so I’m hoping they can help me resolve my issues in the future for a better rating.

Smells like dog piss. Paint jobs terrible. Parking sucks. Been here two months still no key fob or call from office once. Place sucks askkkk Don’t move here find a place w no bugs and don’t smell like dog and piss. They will prob give you a key fob when you pay them and move in to!

Love Cortland Southpark Meadows

From the leasing office team to maintenance, Cortland Southpark Meadows is an incredible apartment property! The amenities are great, the gym has everything we need, and the cleanliness is impressive. It’s also conveniently located to H-E-B, shopping areas, and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to lease here!

Great community

Lived here for a few months now and feel like I can give a good review now. The office staff and maintenance are amazing. They always provide fantastic customer service. The location is great 5 minutes away from almost anything you could need and not a far drive from downtown. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far.

Awesome Living

Terrific apartments...best location near shopping and restaurants and convenient to the freeway and major roads, yet tucked away. Customer Service, management and maintenance is awesome. Never had any problems in 3 years. Always prompt and helpful. Complex is kept clean and maintained.

The Best Choice at an Affordable Price!

My family and I have only been staying at Cortland for a few days, but our stay has been nothing short of wonderful! The staff has been infinitely kind and patient with us, answering each and every single one of our questions with a smile and making the whole moving process a breeze; shout-out to everyone at the leasing office! Seldom do you find such pleasant customer service. The prices are, to be honest, insane for a location as convenient as this one, especially for those of us who don't drive: you get easy access to Downtown and the best of South Austin through public transport or rideshare apps (I can only imagine how good it must be if you have a car!), while also being a few, walkable blocks away from the Southpark Meadows shopping center (where you can find places such as Walmart, HEB, Target, Walgreens, Whataburger, and many more), all for an extremely affordable amount of rent. Not to mention, the apartments come ready with high-quality amenities in top-notch condition and spacious rooms that allow one to live comfortably. The community is quiet, friendly, and respectful of the rules agreed upon in the lease contract, and the complex itself is clean, cozy, and offers everything one might need to enjoy everyday life. I invite you to look at the pictures on Google and Cortland's website: everything is as nice as it seems. Overall, if you're looking for a cozy place to live, with affordable rent, and in a convenient location to enjoy everything Austin has to offer, you won't find anything better than Cortland Southpark Meadows.

Great place to live!

The customer service is great, clear, and so kind. It's a great location because you're close enough to the fun of south Austin and downtown without having to live in the middle of it. They are very mindful of keeping a clean community and keeping up the appearance. Anytime I come into the office, I'm greeted kindly and helped as best they can. The amenities are what you need, a nice pool on a hot day (my friends love joining me and love the tropical vibes) and a gym that has working machines and lots of weights. I never have to wait too long for maintenance, and they're very communicative when there may be a delay. The community is very quiet. I've truly enjoyed my time here, which is why I've stayed for as long as I have. It's hard to think of living elsewhere honestly!

It’s been 2 months since we moved here. So far pretty happy with the decision. Diana and Viri has been awesome. One of the main reason for my decision to move here was because of them. The apartment amenities are great. So far the only negative thing we noticed is the lack of school bus stops in the community. Since we have a 4 year old child, not having the convenience of the bus pickup/drop off service is kind of a big issue for us. But I understand it’s nothing cortland can do about it. Although, i wish they could do something about it.

Enjoyable!

We have enjoyed living at this Cortland community and love the friendliness and quality of customer service from the staff in the office as well as the timeliness and efficiency of their maintenance team. The location of the apartments is very convenient and close to many shopping centers, the grocery store, and I35. The cleanliness and appearance of the office, clubhouse, pool area, gym, and our view outside our patio is always well maintained. We have enjoyed the amenities the community has to offer and absolutely love the free Starbucks coffee! They also have food trucks come in the evening every now and then and also host a lot of fun events for residents—who doesn’t love free food and drinks!

Great place

Great place to live, clean, very modern, and quiet. Staff is very helpful and attentive. During the freeze, tree limbs broke and had fallen around the property, and it was cleaned very quickly! I’ve made two service calls and those were both handled in a timely manner.

Awesome team!

The customer service of the team at Cortland Southpark Meadows is unmatched! I know I will always get the assistance I need whether I go into the office, call, or even email. I work with quite a few different properties throughout the area on a daily basis and CSPM is one of the absolute best! I suggest this property to just about anyone I can for a few reasons - the timeliness of maintenance, the awesome amenities, and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property as a whole - just to name some. You can definitely tell that the team at CSPM cares about their residents and values their time and experience!

Amazing Community, Staff, Location, Rare/Unique Floor Plans, Huge Value!

First off - Diana Kim was a tremendous help in finding the right unit to fit my requirements. I must have visited 30+ communities attempting to find the right 3/2 with an attached garage capable if fitting all my tools, shelving, motorcycle, and equipment in my "innovation lab" and let me tell you - coming from a house with a 2-car garage this was a challenge... Diana listened to my requirements and was able to find a unit that fit them perfectly despite the unit even being listed online. Not only that, she was able to accelerate the make-ready process and get me moved in on such short notice! I also have nothing but good things to say about the community. Courtland Southpark Meadows has nice amenities, prompt maintenance staff, no parking issues, effective floor plans, and in my case - I was fortunate to get an amazing view overlooking the pool area! Of course, apartment shopping is all based on availability, vacancy, etc., but throughout my search, I could not find anything that came close to the value Courtland Southpark Meadows had to offer. If you are apartment shopping, I highly recommend checking this community out - and don't forget to ask for Diana Kim!

Great Apartment I Have Lived At For Years

I have lived here almost 6 years now and I love all of the improvements this place has made and the little sense of community here. I've always felt like my belongings and car were safe, the gym is an amazing addition I can walk to, and I should probably take advantage of the pool more. Love living here until I can afford to buy my own real estate.
