Staff can be rude in the office. The noise is horrible. Staff seems scared to address complaints. Had an issue of maintenance staff going through my drawers, when I brought it to management they told me that could not be true because they asked the staff.

Luxury price without luxury living. The only amenities here are the pool which closes at 10 and the gym which stays open 24 hours. The grounds are not kept up..the sidewalks/walkways and stairs need to be pressure washed, piles of cigarette butts by the ac unit, the grills are dirty and rusted, dog poop everywhere on sidewalks, grass, etc. When moving in the carpets had not been vacuumed nor cleaned, there was an ant problem inside the apt (in which I took care of myself), mold under bathroom sink that when reported it got painted over, several appliances broke (mantinence was fast at coming and fixing them tho). Neighbors extremely loud all times of the day and night. Requested to move apts within the first 2 days of moving in due to the mold and the neighbors, request got denied (got told I would have to live in this apt for 6 months before I would be able to request to move to another bldg/apt and would have to pay a fee after the 6 months was up to transfer to another bldg/apt). Packages and mail are kept secure which is a big plus for me. Within saying my opinion and experience while living here..I speak for my apt and the bldg I live in. The neighborhood itself seems quiet and laid back. The apt bldgs and grounds more towards the front and the ones by the leasing office seem cleaner..haven't been inside any except mine so I dont know if the insides are cleaner also. There is a resort style pool thats very relaxing. The staff is quick to respond to your questions but seems like generic answers.

The apartment is infested with cockroaches. Living in these conditions is unbearable. I filed a lawsuit for early termination of the contract. Meanwhile, manager Nicole Willis and regional manager Michael Santos began blackmailing and pressuring me. I want to submit this evidence to the court as well.

Sapphire Bay is an excellent community if you are looking for a place to rent in the Baytown area. I toured many apartment complexes in the local area and none stood out like Sapphire Bay - clean apartments, safe area, best pool facility. No regrets in my choice to live here.

The noise that is upstairs from me is like the kids run through the apartment it is very loud. I had to move my computer I work from home to my bedroom. The people that have pets do not pick up their dogs poop not only in the grass but on the sidewalk as well.

I like it here. Decided to stay until I am ready to buy a home. Great location for ease of access to everything. Maintenance is fantastic. The amenities are nice. But the places is a dog lovers dream. Dog Park and Washing station on site and everyone's pretty friendly.

Don't move here unless your white or Mexican can't have dogs unless they say so and everyone but you can have visitors rent was told to use 1100 we pay 1400 that was a lie the office staff is very rude

Just freaking awesome plain and simple. You will love it for real not a fake review lol office staff isn’t rude or anything. Maintenance staff is actually good and know what they are doing. The pool is freaking nice and we enjoy it in the summer.
