I love my apartment i absolutely hate the parking situation and when I got a service request they came and semi helped fix it we just had to flip a breaker but they came into my house when I wasn’t there and I didn’t appreciate that they left a note on my counter and given I haven’t been here long I don’t know any of the maintenance people so I wasn’t comfortable with a stranger in my home alone

I have stayed at many places working over the pass 37 years and this place is new, it should not have issues this soon but in general its bad. Just walk the property then good somewhere else and visit a complex this new and compare. *Noise: Ceilings/ floors and walls are thin cheaply constructed apartments with noise all times of the night. *Common grounds: Fire Ants everywhere and is nasty, people throw trash/litter all over including cigarette butts especially outside the apartments thrown down from above, loud music into the late night with no regards for others. *Safety: Vehicles flying up and down the streets with no regards to others nor kids, with no speed limit signs posted nor any stop signs posted nowhere on the property. Sad to say someone will get hurt eventually from these crazy people. *Neighborhood: Pool area has people coming from outside the community not one with a friend as I could understand but many people. Poop from animals smell is the worse all over the place specially when no poop bags are avaible. Disgusting at times and getting worse. Lots of Thuggish type people all over the community spreading there smell of smoking weed on the streets, outside the apartments and selling of drugs has been noticed. *Maintenance is a little limited of knowledge of some things but are very respectful good at trying to resolve issues. *Staff tries and very respectful: They seem like they cannot do anything but give excuses asking for pictures from the good people to turn over the bad and send emails when all they have to do is walk and look. To fix these issues its simple, Its called manage the property, stop the bad and praise the good. * I like this place appearance and location but at this price in 1 year I will probably be out if it does not change very soon.

Go somewhere else!! They are crooks and the price you agree to pay on the lease, is NOT what you will pay!! The dumpsters are always full. The smell is horrible! Your utilities are part of your lease. They go up regardless of your usage. Paid parking means nothing. Chances are there will be someone else in your spot.

Awful. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The trash is always over flowing and its disgusting. Vehicles are always vandalized and stolen. The management does not care about your problems because it is not their property. 10/10 would not live here.

The outside look of the apartments is great, inside some things are low quality. The neighborhood is usually quiet, but sometimes certain neighbors have issues and are very loud, cops have came out several times.

Its been overall good with a few hiccups including our ant problem that never really got resolved. And there is always trash outside and never is cleaned. I enjoy the interior of the apartment. It has a nice layout and I love the open layout!

Since day one everything has been great Partman was really nice and clean and fresh when we moved in I wasnt even able to come see the apartment prior but everything was perfect Maintenance and staff have been awesome highly recommend the pool is the most beautiful pool ever

The apartments are very nice but unfortunately, the apartment Im in came with roaches. This is also after I had to move out of another apartment (The same complex by the way) because the upstairs neighbors were too loud. I made several complaints so I decided to move and still had to pay $450 in fees to move to get away from the noise then move to an apartment I wasnt allowed to see before I signed a new lease and the day I move in I notice roaches!

My experience with this community/apartment complex has been really satisfying, thus far. The grounds are beautiful & clean. Staff and maintenance are polite & attentive. The noise level, is pretty much non-existent. (something, I specifically prayed for) The amnenties are top notch. I live the package luxe delivery system, so convenient. All around, my new community is A1. My hope is that you all continue to be great & put your tenants comfort and concerns, first. Thank you!

Great Location! Spacious Apartments. A lot of amenities, dog park is adorable. The pool is large and spacious with the chairs and cabanas. Outside kitchen area is nice also. The mini putt-putt is so cute and fun to do with family. We are quite pleased with our community

Hallways could be cleaned more. Interviewing residents should be a thing to make sure only people that take care of things and are clean live here. Also, the paint job on the inside of the apartment is horrible! The paint is all over the boarders and looks like a 5 year old painted the apartment things could look more expensive and luxurious like the apartment claims to be.

I really enjoy these apartments and the amenities. Theyre beautiful, and luckily my building is quiet. The staff is great as well! I will say, I cant wait for the trees to grow out fully so that theres more green! The location is great. Everything is near by!

This apartment complex is comparable to others in the area but do appreciate the package lockers which sets them apart. The community is safe. Parking near your particular apartment is sometimes difficult depending on where you live. They should offer a recycling service.

There are so many wonderful thing to do around saphire bay. And my home is just so beautiful. I get so happy being able to get to come home to such a safe area and such wonderful people. Haven't made any friends yet but everyone is so friendly. No worries about anything.

Management has been wonderful since we arrived prior to the pandemic. The staff is kind and helpful and they have not missed a beat from day one. Would recommend to anyone looking for a multi family in Baytown. The only downside is there is currently not Valet Trash.

Everything about living here at Sapphire bay is perfect so far ! The application was super quick and easy! Nichole was very helpful throughout the application process. So far living here has been perfect from it being well maintained to it being quiet! If youre looking to live close to everything this is a perfect location since everything is around the corner!

I moved into a beautiful apartment, which l found to be smoked filled from the prior tenants smoking in the apartment. We were told that nothing could be done. So my wife and I are left trying to find our own remedies to get rid of the smoke that permeates my beautiful apartment! If you decide to move in to the Sapphire Bay Apartments, and are non-smokers as we are, please get a walk through of the apartment you will be living in to make sure the prior tenants didn't smoke in the apartment. We should have done that but we didn't think we had to with the Sapphire Bay Apartments claiming to be luxury Apartments.

it has been a good experience, it is a good apartment, very quiet and calm. The pool is amazing, the community is very respectful with all the apartment policies. It is in a good area, you have walmart close, some restaurants and entertainment places.

I haven't been here long, but this is a gorgeous place to live. Every time someone asks how we are liking our new apartment we just gush over how much we love it here. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the extra amenities but in the community and the apartments make them feel like luxury homes.
