Sapphire Bay is conveniently located, quiet and clean community with responsive staff and great maintenance. Fence needs to be fixed to deter looters and strangers walking in to our community. I have personally reported hitchhikers walking through the busted gate which has been down for at least 2-3years!

I love everything except for the parking. I don’t feel as though there is adequate parking for residents unless you buy lease a garage and seems as though there are none available therefore a lot of time you have to park several buildings away or outside the hate in customers parking lot. I don’t feel that is safe for me or my car.

This is my very first apartment that i’ve ever had and i loved every bit of it! the community that i have only encountered a couple times have been so pleasant and friendly. i’ve used the amenities multiple times and have found them to be very helpful and fun!!

Has been a good experience living here and plan to stay a while as long as optimal conditions continue to exist. I have made this place my home and if I should move it will be because I plan to purchase a house. Until then Sapphire Bay will be my home.

Haven’t been here too long to give any real feedback that would help others decide if they want to move in. Apartment is nice, floor plan works for what I needed. Staff was great during move in but haven’t had the need to communicate since then. Parking gets tough at night. Overall happy so far

Overall pleasurable experience that checks all of my boxes. Location is desirable for work life balance, all of the amenities are ideal for my lifestyle. I plan on staying in the community until I purchase a home.

The manager, Miss Nicole, is a fair woman from my experience, meaning...... she fair this is why I here and don't have plan on moving. Her team of worker then been here for the last year and a half is excellent. I believe she have got the right team of worker this for most residents feel good.

The only thing I don't like is how you refer people to move in the apartments, the referral program is not honored or even asked when you're submitting all your paperwork. You inform people about the wonderful property and then can't receive a token of appreciation for the referral

I love my apartment and how quiet the complex is. I do not have any complaints about my apartment or the layout. My son enjoys our new apartment and we get a great feeling of love and joy every time we come home.

It has been good for the last 7 months but i need to be closer to work and would like a more neighborly community it seems there is a lot of subleasing at the community and that makes me Leary of the kinda people that are around me.

Everyone is friendly when encountered. The apartments here are beautifully designed to where you can barely hear others. There are a few grocery stores close by for your convenience including restaurants and shopping.

I love Sapphire Bay! As my first time in an apartment, I believe I chose a wonderful community. My unit is exactly what I wanted, something modern down to the details of the kitchen. I love to cook and bake, and I have plenty of counter space to do so! I also love the granite countertops and the drop-in sinks. We also have a large, beautiful pool space, the grounds are always clean and maintenance comes before you know it!

Clean, friendly, dog friendly. Plenty of space in each room, closet space, bathrooms are really nice and spacious. Lots of parking spaces. And grocery stores, shopping areas, everything is so close by.

Sapphire Bay apartments is on par with all of greystars subpar apartments. Management plays lip service but doesn’t have any helpful follow through. The apartments appear nice inside but the outside is not kept up. There is no real enforcement of community rules which allows for the quality of neighbors to go down and you have to deal with undesirable behaviors

I don’t have any relevance about my experience living here, it’s pretty quiet. My neighbors are nice, I don’t have any problems. Only when we received the advise about safely I would like the community haven cameras in some spots.

I’ve lived here over a year and have enjoyed it. I’m a senior citizen and have only one concern. I wish an additional step and handrail would be installed the mailboxes for my apartment. I am satisfied overall with living here.

there is a problem with the trash bins being overfilled most of the times. There’s also an issue with roachs. When I first moved into the apartment, the roaches were really bad and they had to find out from a neighbor that house was invested. that’s why my house kept getting roaches over and over.

Sapphire bay is overall a very beautiful community, offers great amenities for you and also your furry friend! I've only been here for 2 weeks but it's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented leasing office is reliable and friendly!

I go to the dog park a lot and I like how it has 2 areas for multiple access. The entrances to the apartment are kinda narrow when entering that’s something that’s unfortunate. Plenty of room big garages and storage units available.

It is a calm community, always clean and with all common areas available and in perfect condition. The maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. Community located in a perfect area for shopping. Children's school is close and close to important supermarkets WALMART - KROGER - H.E.B ETC
