Nice apartments but the price is high for what they have to offer. I dont have any problems with my neighbors or the staff. Everyone in the office is mostly helpful, but I preferred working with one lady that I was familiar with most of the time.

The complex is great but the neighbors that have many visitors late in the terrible. There dhould be someone who patrols late in the evenings to see how residents act after hours. Seems that once office people leave they tend not to care about other residents.

Sapphire bay is nice apartments I recommend anyone to move out here , the maintenance is also wonderful, also the staff . Everything is also so organized and up to date The noise level is at peace And the pool is wonderful And the workout room

Very nice very quiet and peaceful I wanted somewhere I could be that I could feel safe starting over after a divorce. Not having that safety net is scary but Im glad I chose to live here Im not afraid at all.

These apartments are absolutely stunning and at a decent price for what beautiful amenities you will receive. The ladies work in the office are so sweet and thoughtful. Nicole made our leasing experience delightful. I would highly recommend this place.

Fix the gates we are paying for and clean the staircases ........................................................... staircases.. spray for insects.. we also pay for that!!!

It is a new community, the apartments are very well designed, good qualities, they include a fridge. The negative points are: the noise from the street through which vehicles circulate at all hours and in our case some bad neighbor who makes a lot of noise and keeps the stairs dirty.

We have lived here for over two years and enjoy our apartment. The layout is very good and we have had good experiences with all of the appliances and our HVAC. We have a fantastic view from every room and our balcony. The pool is really the highlight of the community. The fitness center is well equipped for most regular fitness needs. The management company is trying to make improvements and we hope they will be successful.

So close to everything and every where you’d want to go or be. So many amazing amenities resident events and the staff is AWESOME!!! Maintenance people are very prompt and thorough. Love seeing all the changes and improvements, I’d definitely recommend living here over anywhere else in the area.

The people in the residence and the people in the office here at Sapphire Bay or some of the nicest people that you would ever wanna come encounter with. My experience here at Sapphire Bay has been a great one. Were out of town, and here for work. So having an open reception the way we have gotten from day one it means a lot. Moving away from home to a place where you dont know anybody it is a great experience to have people that treat you like family and thats what you have here at Sapphire Bay. So I want to thank everybody For the great welcome, the kindness and warm atmosphere. We have received from the beginning.

I love the apartment and its environment but when we moved in our apartment was dirty and had multiple minor maintenance issues. We have yet to have all the things we need fixed or replaced happen and we have called multiple times. Other than that overall the apartments are nice and we have had no issue with the people.

It was great, I think the staff is trying but its still hard to contact them thru email. Never respond unless I call them. And when I call I don't recall her name but she either has trouble hearing me or avoids my questions i have to repeat multiple times

This is my first apartment so I dont really have an experience to compare it to. However overall everything Ive needed or had question about the staff has been helpful every step of the way. I love the community so far.

I love it here. No issues at all . Its a very quiet community . Neighbors are friendly all the time. The location is great. Very close to all shopping and grocery stores. Theres a lot of restaurants nearby.

Sapphire bay is a good environment to live in, nice modern style. Is pet friendly and has a pool and indoor gym to be productive in. The gates are always open Im not sure why but it does reflect the fact that it is a closed gated community when there are crimes that happen here too. I like the complex, its just not an ideal living environment for me and my family no more.

Excellent staff, floor plans, amenities and location. The only downfalls are the lack of cable/internet providers and limited free parking. However, I know Sapphire Bay has nothing to do with internet/cable providers. So far, I am extremely satisfied!

I love this place is very nice and elegant. The apartment is big a and has all we need. The pool is very nice and the people are friendly. The staff that work here are nice and helpful this is the best place to live

The community is pretty quiet and well maintained. Very friendly staff and neighbors. Guess Gate access is sometimes frustrating. The floor sound proofing is acceptable as i con sometimes hear people walking above me but it is bearable.

I was among the very first people to move-in to Boterra Bay when they had their first building constructed -- You'll have the normal issues that come with a brand new apartment / new construction, but the office and service staff have been nothing less than outstanding, and are really responsive when things come up. Some of my friends who came by over the summer moved in here too, and for those who signed twelve-month leases, I was paid $500 which is another nice perk!
