Great luxury apartments to the price; very clean and good environment for all ages. Very clean apartments when moved in which made the experience better knowing I was moving into a nice clean apartment. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with any issues that come up!

He is a nice community to live at great staff everything is well kept up n clean pool area is so so beautiful to see I really love the dog park area even tho I dont have a pet this is a place to call home

Apartments are nice and amenities are good as well. My only issues are with the management company. Their is discrimination on how folks are treated and thats very unfortunate. There just seems to be favorability with certain groups and types of residents. Can I live here? Yes. Do I like how they treat all of us? No. As long as I dont deal with them, I am cool.

Management is not all that great. Dont count on help when you need it. When weve had an issue Ive emailed and had no response at all. Maintenance team is so highly Amazing! Very sweet people. All of them, they do a great job

I love it and the management has been great to me. I would resign again and again. I feel safe and secure here with my children. They maintain the property and police the grounds all the time amd are very quick to address issues that arise.

The community is very beautiful and spacious, neighbors are so friendly and the staff is very friendly and so quick at helping with any needs. Maintenance is amazing they solve issues so quickly and are super friendly, I really appreciate the steps they are taking to ensure we stop the spread of covid

Excellent-Nicole, other office staff and maintaining are great!! They are always happy and accommodating- and do a terrific job! It is truly a pleasure living at Sapphire Bay, where the apartment homes are very nicely decorated with great colors, fixtures and appliances. The amenities are top notch and we look forward to the weather warming up so we can enjoy the pool. The grounds are kept clean and in very nice condition at all times.

Sapphire Bay has made things convenient and easy for me to move in. I was able to do everything online. From the application to the lease. They provided every step I needed to complete through email or over the phone. We have a had a great experience with staff, and have no complaints.

Community is quiet and nice, leasing associates are super helpful and friendly, process of applying was fast and easy, apartments feel very spacious and makes a place feel like home. Sapphire bay has to be one fo the best places in town

Im super happy! The apartment is absolutely beautiful and clean. We love the balcony and the view. My kids and pets adjusted very well. The staff is super friendly. They made the paperwork process super easy!

I just departed from sapphire bay last month. When me and my kids first moved here things were great. Then all of a sudden we started noticing roaches. Not the tree roaches but the small ones. We dealt with this issue our whole entire lease even with having a spotless clean apartment 24/7. Pest control came out several times but that did not work at all. The community and maintenance workers are very nice but who wants to live at a "luxury" apartment filled with roaches. WORST EXPERIENCE

Great experience. Staff is very professional and thoughtful. I love the access that I have as an older male to the hospitals and restaurants. The apartment complex is well kept and I love that pets are allowed.

Sapphire Bay has been an amazing and relaxing place to move into. The rates are fair for the many floor plans they offer, and noise is down to a minimal from neighbors, showing at least me that the community has considerate neighbors. All in all, one of the best places to get a apartment in all of Baytown.

Exellent management and crew here at Sapphire office and Maintenance teams as well very attentive to any, problem and or issue and quickly resolves problems when and if reported would definitely give my highest recommendation to team.

new facility, reasonable price, friendly administrators. swimming pool is great. pretty quiet area without the noise. the resident in this community also are very friendly. this apartment is very convenient to go to the different restaurants and stores.

Most poorly managed apartment complex I have ever seen or lived in in my life!!! I have worked in the property management industry for 2 years and the job is easy. These people who work in this office are just lazy or incompetent because they cant even respond to a simple email or answer the phone DURING office hours. If giving them 0 stars was an option thats what I would have done.

Over all when I first moved hear things were great. Since it changed from Bottera to Sapphire bay. It has steadily declined. I have had a garage break in, and had to take my own security measures. I have stayed in other apartments for less with better security. There needs to be more cameras, and better locks on the garages.

Neighbors leave trash bags out for days. Smashed beer bottles found around apartment complex multiple times. Cigarettes everywhere. Loud neighbors. Management is nearly impossible to get a hold of when you need help.

It started out fine and has slowly but surely declined. The maintenance is awful. The amenities are always being repaired. The gates are always broken. There just isnt much about this place that has continued to feel like a luxury apartment complex. I would highly discourage anyone to rent here.

My comment/review wouldnt be favorable at all for multiple reasons, happenings, experiences throughout our time at Sapphire Bay. We moved in when Boterra Bay and couldnt have been more happy. From the day the management/name changed NOTHING has been the same and that said, its gone downhill since that time! We will not renew our lease without huge changes in the immediate future.

I have been in my apartment for about 2 weeks thus far and have had about 5 bugs (knats, roaches, and spiders). This tells me either they did not have pest control stop by or pest control didnt do a great job. We maintain good cleanliness as we clean everyday and they isnt food left around. Our packages have gone missing at times. One of our boxes was found opened in the gym. Had to file a complaint with the company who handles the mailbox.

This place is amazing, theyre very fast on maintenance never had an issue with them. Office staff are very helpful & sweet. Very comfortable place to live at everyone seems to mind their own business. Gym is always clean.
