The management staff is a lot of times rude o residents and dismissive. Makes me feel devalued as a resident. Especially since Modera Hall Street describes itself as a Luxury living. The maintenance staff is the complete opposite. They are awesome.

Modera Hall Street staff are dedicated to ensuring that you enjoy where you're living, they go above and beyond! I have met some of my greatest friends here at Modera and I look forward to more community events where I have the opportunity to meet more!

Modera Hall Street has the opportunity to be a great place to live. The external factors however make it difficult. With government housing accord the street and gun shots through out the weekend on the regular it doesnt make me feel like Im living in luxury. Sure the amenities are great when theyre working; for instance the front garage door to keep us safe from the community across the street was broken and results in a few minor break-ins to vehicles. I really enjoy the gym its probablu the greatest feature I personally find at Modera. The sky lounge used to be cool until residents abused it and had a party during the week so now its looked every night, so I guess its cool for guests visiting? Or the occasional weekend even they host. The rent is just not worth it when you take into consideration the safety issues.

My experience has been average. New community means a lot of maintenance problems. One thing I was most concerned about was the garages not being fixed for months on end and living on a semi fdangetous street.

From start to finish of the moving process, my experience with Modera was seamless. I visited countless apartment homes around Dallas, and Modera Hall St was the obvious choice. The location and amenities of the building are of course wonderful, but the management and leasing staff are what stood out to me. Their customer service, prompt and friendly communication, and true desire to make you feel at home are above and beyond what I have seen elsewhere! I am so happy I decided to move into Modera and am excited about settling into my new home!

Living at Modera is like living a mini dream apartment. You have everything from a nice pool to one of the best gyms Ive ever seen at any apartments, to super nice showers. Leasing office is always helpful as can be, especially Jerry. That man was truly amazing at helping me find the right apartment and still till this day helps me with any issue I have here.

Love living at Modera on Hall. The amenities and cleanliness are top notch and the staff is super friendly. There are mostly working professionals in the community and it feels like they care about their home/community just as much as we do.

The leasing office and maintenance staff are not only responsive but proactive when garage gates need repair etc. I feel safe and know that any issue will be resolved quickly and professionally. Modera is also very pet friendly!

My experience has been great overall. The amenities and the staff are top notch. I really like the location, I feel safe in my apartment, and the neighbors seem friendly. I've enjoyed my stay thus far.

Im Home. Im not very elaborate with my words but I have lived in many apartments and from the moment Jerry said it I believed it!! I am amazed by the attention that is paid to the residents. Im close to work and a central location for night life and more !

Dog friendly apartment complex. Customer service is outstanding! I would recommend this apartment to anyone with or without dogs. We are very glad to have found this apartment complex, we love it, and our dogs love it even more.

Ive been living at Modera since it first opened. The only reason I would move is because the location of my apartment gets no light. If possible Im going to transfer to another unit when my lease is up.

This community is adorable. Apartment is super clean, and attractive. The apartment office staff, including the Maintance crew are amazingly true professionals at what they do. You cannot ask for anything more.

Beautiful community with amazing amenities. The apartments were very nice with nice finish outs, large closets and built-in speakers. Great location, close to Uptown Dallas and right around the corner from tons of restaurants. Well kept community very clean and well maintained. The leasing professional provided me with an exceptional presentation, I would be pleased to recommend this place to anyone!

Overall one of the best maintenance service I have received. Very responsive and knowledgeable, friendly, and trust worthy which is very important. You guys have added amazing things such as good hammocks and not some cheap ones. My favorite is the table tennis, gym is very nice and pool is amazing, residents office very secluded. The only thing missing is a sink next to the grill to wash your hands. Overall the best place I have ever lived

Probably the best apartment Ive lived in to date. The apartments have awesome amenities, I havent run into any major issues since living here. The excellent staff and maintenance team are just the cherry on top!

You will love living here. It is a beautiful place. Surrounding the pool area are outdoor games, such as a pool table, ping pong table, etc that will entertain you and you dont have to leave the complex. The leasing team is so welcoming and professional. Modernized and easy living.

I have generally loved living here. my home is the perfect space. I have no problems in regards to my apartment, my monthly account, nor the service I received. I love everything about living here. I'm trying to think of more positives to say but when it's 10 star rated and I can only give 5 Stars I don't think I need to say anymore. it's a great place to live thank you. please make the survey shorter because I don't like to spend a lot of time doing surveys like this. this is asking for too much information. I think you should add the 10 star feature to briefly sum up exactly how I feel about answering this, survey.

The management is great, and theyre super friendly. Maintenance turn around is very quick. Very very pet friendly, maintenance and management all know my dogs names and they love giving them treats and attention. Apartments are modern and the floor plan is smart where its easy to entertain. If you work in uptown or downtown, this is the perfect place to be.

Ive been here since it opened. I have watch this community grow and become one of my most favorite places I have lived. I have truly felt like a valued resident and love everything about this community. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the area.

Everything from searching online for Modera Hall to moving in to maintenance services to living have been perfect for us. We could not ask for more, we love our apartment and all the amenities and have been taken care of like family by the staff.

It’s a short commute to work, close to things to do afterwards, and the appliances are nice...oh, washer and dryer included. That sums up the positives. You can hear every car argument and quite a few conversations from the “not so great” area literally across the street from my 5th floor apartment. Like, to the point where I’m sure they have “resident hit by stray bullet from shooting across the street” in their crisis communication plan. I’m pretty sure I’ll never have actual “fiber” internet, because AT&T and the apartment basically just “agree to disagree” on who’s actually responsible for fixing the wiring in the closet. But it’s AT&T or nothing, so I’ll probably just downgrade my service and be done with the stupidity—it’s been weeks. I was told by maintenance that if you hang ANYTHING then you need to putty and paint...But luckily, they will mount your TV to the jacks 5 feet in the air for a small fee after hours...So, that’s cool. My lights have recently started flickering, the bathtub/shower handle fell off the first time I used it. I’m still burning whatever is causing smoke out of the new oven, which is obviously unusable. Meanwhile, I’m just praying I don’t set off the alarms until that’s out lol. It’s an AWESOME view from my apartment, until the people from across the street just stare at you or start hollering. The mail situation is cool, but can have a horrible side. They keep packages secure, but once you open the locker that’s it! I ran into a situation where ALL my Amazon orders, including a bar, got here at the same time...Well, that sucks...because I already opened those lockers, so those 4 boxes can’t be put back in—and I just opened another locker with a MASSIVE box that’ll require a dolly...awesome... Mainly It’s a combination of an apartment just looking nice to attract people, while not having great substance AND just stupid attention to detail things that should have been taken care of before saying it was move in ready that make the overall experience kind of suck...

One word- absolutely AMAZING!! Okay that's two, but that's exactly how I feel when it comes to the community staff and infrastructure of the complex. As my very first apartment, I feel very blessed and fortunate to be able to call Modera Hall Street "Home". With all the development going on around the DFW metroplex, it can be tough to make a decision as to which place to choose to reside. I made Modera Hall Street my choice and every time I step foot on this property, I am reminded that I made a great one.

Very great community with an excellent management team. Definitely feels like a home and a community where you can find support in your surroundings. Modera strives to provide a clean and professional environment while also understanding that “life happens” and is willing to help out in any way they can.

Location is much to be desired.. Apartment finishises are nice, maintenance & leasing/management could work on their communication/correspondence esp the assistant community director... Staff does little about pool being used by non residents ...
