My overall experience of Modera Hall street has been great. Moving in was a breeze and they worked so well with my situation. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, it really feels like a little community already! I look foreward to the whole complex being complete and getting to enjoy all the amenities. Although there is still construction it really feels like home.

Jerry on staff was the one who gave me my initial tour and facilitated my move-in and is one of the large reasons I moved here. He was extremely professional, diligent, and kind. Every staffer Ive interacted with, has been more than great and makes an apartment complex truly feel like a home.
