So far I've been very unsatisfied with my experience as a resident due to poor maintenance quality. Two tickets have been handled very poorly, with the end result either being half fixed or causing another problem entirely. Completely unacceptable.

They are a Very thoughtful and inviting community! Maintaining the clean landscape and accommodating to the tenants is always first for them. I would certainly recommend Prescott apartments to anyone looking for a new home

Prescott parks has improved and continues to improve since the old company was bought out by them. The manager and staff is very friendly and understanding. They truly try their best to resolve any issues. The new management is why I renewed my lease.

Very nice community and well kept buildings. However, the management staff on site is very unresponsive to emails and there's no way to contact the office directly other than email during the application process very disappointed in this time it took to apply and get them the proper information I needed.

This complex has been redone beautifully. So many apartments in Arlington are so old and need a lot of renovation. I was getting very disheartened if I'd ever find a nice apartment for a fair price. This place seems like a Godsend.

The current managers inherited a property that was neglected and needed major work. They're doing the best the can given the circumstances. Burned down building, bad plumbing are things they've fixed.

I have only been here for a couple weeks and it is mostly not bad, except a good amount of maintenance issues that have been taking awhile to get resolved. That could be due to the holidays. And people don't clean up after their dogs

I've been at this community for over a year,for the most part is it quiet. Neighbors are friendly, clean dog area. The new management company is very friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I've needed anything I've been directed on how to get it token care of.

When I moved into the complex they were in between management so the process was rough. As I built a relationship with the office I was able to settle in more quickly. The property manager is great, efficient, and communicative.

He’s always quick to respond whenever an issue comes up, and he handles repairs with impressive speed and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely committed to making sure residents are comfortable. Thank you, Chase, for always going above and beyond, you truly make living here a lot easier.

Amazing maintenance

Chase has been the main guy fixing and replacing all of our problems in this apartment and everytime he does very solid work, genuine craftsmanship rather than just patching it and painting it. Under my kitchen sink was rotted and he came by the next day to check it out, tore out the old boards, added new support beams and edges, went the full nine yards, did amazing work!

This is one of the best values in the metroplex. The space in the apartments and the secluded location and with quick access to everywhere is great. The apartment is near the interstate but the sound is blocked by trees and woods. So, you feel like you have a bit of isolation. Also, the remodeled floor plans, n?e fitness equipment, and 2 very well maintained pools and grilling areas are wonderful.

I'd give it a 4 star management is great but would like a warning/ heads up when they are coming to do any maintenance. The app for the gate still needs some update but it works. The apartments are great for the prices.

This is a nice apartment with a good floor plan, and I like this place, but the maintenance needs to be better. It usually takes too long for them to visit, and sometimes they do not fix the issue thoroughly.

These Apartments are fairly priced, management is very competent and apartments are old but they are renovated (although hastily). Service is very slow to fix issues and there are some services that are billed but that dont actually do anything (valet trash). Overall comfortable experience but not the absolute best.
