Apartment is renovating, and management has not changed again like before. The facilities like gym and pool were not functioning for long but now they are. Rent is low comparatively but the fees added on top increases the total rent amount.

This experience at this apartment location has been the worst of my life. I've lived in apartments in 3 states and many communtiies over 30 years time and this was and continues to be the worst. From not having my apartment ready upon the day of move, to constant water shut offs, chained entry gates limiting access for delivery drivers and forcing everyone to use the most inconvenient entry point, having broken mailbox for more than half of our time here so far and missing mail including credit cards that had to be cancelled, having to send reminders to the office to empty pet waste stations that are overflowing outside our apartment, and constant changes in parking and management resulting in new forms and documents needing to be resubmitted each time. Its been very poor performance here thus far.

Since the new management took over, this property has completely turned around. The office staff is attentive and helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the exterior of the community has gotten a huge facelift. It feels almost like a brand-new place compared to when I first moved in a year ago. The difference is night and day ? nearly a full 360.

Everyone in the office has been very pleasant to work with and have been kind and helpful to me. I do wish it was easier to get in contact with the office via email and phone, as I would reach out but sometimes had little to no success getting in contact with someone. Now that I am moved in, everything has been fine except for a few things in my unit that I have not had the time to address quite yet. I do wish I was offered to walk my specific unit prior to move in, but I am still happy with it.

It's improving but it's not great, there are still things that have not fixed or replaced there heating and cooling systems are not cleaned and sealed there is nothing else to say and this amount of characters should not be required

I went in person and it was good but they said the unit I wanted wasn't able to be shown even tho it says it's available on the website. Why would I pay for an apartment if I haven't went in it. No body has answered my calls about my status and how long the process would take. I can't apply to any other apartments until I know what is going to happen with my Prescott park application.

Living here has been a very frustrating experience. The biggest issue is the constant pest problem. I have seen roaches in the kitchen, ants coming through the bathroom, and even mice in the storage area. Despite reporting it, the management response has been slow and ineffective. It makes it hard to feel comfortable at home when you are always worried about pests showing up. The apartments could be much better if they actually invested in proper pest control and followed through with regular maintenance

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of maintenance on the property. The 3 young men working are being over worked for so much to be wrong with all the units. The pest control is a joke. They won't even spray the unit nor come to the units sometime. They lied about coming to my unit twice.

So far NOT good. My apartment was supposedly cleaned and renovated before moving in, and I walked in the first night after a long weekend of traveling to gunk all over the walls, dust, rust, and must. Dead flies consistently showing up in the refrigerator, a leaky ac with water damage already done in the laundry room, and a hole in the ceiling. I have tried to contact management about it and nothing has been done, except for a fake work order that was never completed. Additionally, I tried to take advantage of the amenities and the fitness center, but it was locked and I have not been given the code.

So far so good, been notice some stuff is not fixed around the property though. Such as the mail box has no light. No problems with other resident other then that, very well satisfied where I'm staying at.

My journey here has been rough, from having to sleep in my apartment at 90 degrees because maintenance did not want to fix the a/c properly, to people breaking into my mailbox and committing bank fraud in my name. Do with this information what you will...

It's not awful, but it is extremely overpriced for what it is. They will not show you the actual unit you're interested in, only the example unit because the actual units are not in good shape or condition at all. When I moved in I didn't have water in my bathroom and even being an "emergency" situation, took way too long to be resolved. Emails are quite literally never answered and it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you physically go into the office. The only amenity that is truly accessible is the gym. They tell you they are working on fixing all others but long term tenants confirm they never have and probably never will work. There's no hot water and no urgency at all to fix that issue. The dumpsters are always overflowing. It is quiet and most people mind their business. It's not awful but you can find way better for what they are charging.

It's been an great experience overall. The management team in the office has switched so many times over the years so it's hard to build a relationship with them. At 1 point they all walked out. It used to feel more like home in the past. Lately that feeling is slowly coming back.

I don't hate the place but management has been terrible, slow going slow to respond, and issues I'm dealing with I shouldn't be. But they do seem to be trying to do better but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I moved in a week late cause of their poor plannng, and they didn't even think to keep the electricity on at my old place. Then even though I got the keys, my washer and dryer were not in my apartment on move in, my shower doesn't have a way to get water to the top and I have been told that they will replace the whole tub but have no time estimate, and there was a crazy moth infestation I had to take care of myself.

My wife and I relocated from Miami, FL, after a 26-hour drive expecting a move-in ready apartment ? but what we walked into was far from it. We've now been here almost a week and are still dealing with roaches, spiders, and a long list of unresolved maintenance issues. To name just a few: ? Missing kitchen cabinets ? Loose outlets and shower heads ? Master toilet doesn't flush properly ? Master shower has no hot water and doesn't drain ? Strong marijuana odor from neighboring units This apartment was clearly not prepared for new tenants, and despite multiple follow-ups, management has been slow to take action. For the price we're paying and the promises made, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. We expected better. Until things improve, I would caution others to look elsewhere or demand everything in writing before signing a lease.

The office staff were friendly and very professional. The new management company is taking the time to renovate the community and apartments. I spent days looking around and at my rent price point this was absolutely the best!

I've lived here for only a week and have had issues since the day of my move in. I will say that staff and maintenance are nice and are doing their best to update/upgrade everything but I would have chosen a different complex had I known the true state of the community & the apartments.

I love these convenience of the close restaurants and grocery stores to my apartment. They have kept up with most maintenance updates and they do call back when I call them for any maintenance issues that I have.

I'd like the apartment complex. It's an older the model, and it has went through a few different management companies. But as of late, they've really been fixing it up, it looks nice, and once the gym is up to par. This would be a legit dope spot to be at for any. New renters in the area and the pricing is at a perfect spot

It's awful waste of time and money. Nothing about this place is remotely good aside from the old price of the apartments. If you feel like overpaying for utilities and paying for ammenties you don't have, mailboxes that are broken into often with no cameras on the property except for the office. Caf has put a rough team to talk and deal with always condescending attitudes and water is the biggest issue here. Hot water is turned off multiple times a week without warning most of the time due to leaks and then the water heaters can't even keep hot water without it randomly swapping to burning scolding hot

WORST APARTMENTS EVER! Do not come here!
This is WORST apartment ever! Do not move here! Termination fee is 3,000 USD They NEVER respond calls or emails. I’m super unsatisfied with these -------- apartments. They don’t even work on weekends!

If you want to live in a dog ---- pile, this is the place!!!! I somehow like the place (I LOVE my apartment) but definitely all my desires to live here have been vanishing little by little. Everywhere you go there's dog poop on the ground, some pet owners are the worse and don't pick up after their dogs. I have a dog and I try to set the example by ALWAYS picking it up, might be easier for me since i have a small dog that doesn't require a lot of effort, but some dog owners with gigantic dogs leave the nastiest piles of poop in the grass and even walkways. Like clockwork, everyday! It is not fair that you pay a fee to keep your pet in the complex, and even pay fees for the community maintenance but the poop is everywhere. I get so upset when I take my little dog for a walk, because I'm always afraid of stepping into a pile. Also, the smell of pee right by my apartment. Somehow dog owners let their dogs pee on the trees and the smell is unbearable when I come home EVERY DAY! The actual dog park is INFESTED WITH FLEAS, so I avoid at all costs to take my pooch there. There's a couple of more issues with this place, but the one that bothers me the most is the one i just described above. If Chestnut Ridge handled this situation a lot better, the complex would be alright. The complex has changed management several times, but NONE of them ever handle my requests in regard of this issue. Since I have been ignored numerous times by different office staffs, I decided to write this review, maybe this way, I will get their ATTENTION.
