Any “issueâ€� is always resolved quickly and easily. I’m more of a hermit who keeps to myself so I don’t usually participate in community events, but it’s nice there seem to be so many for the community members that enjoy that!

I couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience. From the very first tour all the way to the moment they handed me the keys to my apartment, the staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated, and make the entire process as seamless and stress-free as possible. I truly feel welcomed and taken care of here, 5/5 stars and highly recommended!

No issues since I’ve moved in 6 months ago. Friendly and competent office and maintenance staff. Quiet apartment building with plenty of parking. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. The gym space is kept clean and all equipment is maintained.

Amazing and would recommend to any and all friends. The staff and the apartments are so great - we love how communicative the management team is and how through the whole experience has been . My experience in the community has been positive overall. There hasn't been anything major that has come up that couldn't be resolved. My partner did have his truck broken into, so I'd say I feel the garage isn't as secure as it seems. Other than that, all good

New to Fort Worth. The complex is a hidden gym in a quiet urban neighborhood. The area is being revitalized with shops, bars and restaurant within walking. The complex safety is excellent! Gated parking garage and key fobs to enter.

Moving into The Phoenix in Downtown Fort Worth was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the easy access to the freeway makes commuting a breeze. My experience here has been a whirlwind due to some unfortunate events, loud and inconsiderate neighbors, and having my belongings stolen when my car was broken into on the 4th floor. I've had great interactions with everyone except Alison, as sometimes she won't let my partner or me speak and in turn, ends up being incorrect about the information she gives us. This is regarding the sound of rushing water in the walls when we lived on the second floor, the fiber community bundle, and just her overall attitude of rushing people who have to live here. She has even given me the code to an apartment someone was occupying due to her moving too fast when assisting me in a self-guided tour in the midst of renewals. I also feel as though this community has nothing to offer. Rent is too high for there to be no events, giveaways, or newly updated amenities that are lackluster. At least give tenants a sufficient dog park if we have to live next to wielding businesses and medical facilities. It does feel like a money grab. Also, the dark flooring is atrocious and so are the repainted landlord's special cabinets. Poor choice of colors. Overall, I moved here due to being in a time crunch and not knowing the area. The Phoenix isn't terrible but it isn't anything close to luxury.

For the most part this is an awesome community. The only thing that comes to mind is the grounds and how the dog park can smell quite bad. Usually doesn't last for more than a day before it is sprayed, and the smell is greatly reduced.

The Phoenix has been the best apartment I could ask for! I was looking for a location close to downtown, a friendly staff, and a clean apartment. Everything has been exactly what I was looking for. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and responsive, and all maintenance requests are completed quickly. The cost is very reasonable, yet it feels like a high-end apartment. If you are looking for a well-priced apartment close to downtown Fort Worth, I would highly recommend.

Excellent community for anyone looking for a modern apartment in a gated community. I had the best move-in experience I have ever had with the Phoenix staff. Now, the apartment complex is nice, but when it came down to my top 2 choices, I ultimately chose The Phoenix because of its centralized location in Ft Worth. The entire experience, from touring the property, applying, and moving in was incredibly effortless. I love the place so far!!!

My only two issues are BAD dog parents. I actually had a dog jump on me as the dog was getting off the elevator and I was waiting to get on. Several very aggressive dogs on my floor. And there's the dog pee in the elevators and clumps of dog hair in hallways and elevators. And the continued smell of someone smoking weed.

Good community, perfect staff in the office, very friendly. Quality of the painting could be better. But absolutely love garage. If you put couple of the treadmills in the gym, would be very cool, because usually when you come in the afternoon, they will be used a least for an hour.

Very Helpful Managers

Today the managers were dealing with a large Amazon delivery to the apartment lockers after the holidays. I drove up, and they brought all of my delivery boxes to my car. They were incredibly generous and helpful. They love to plan community parties also !

Amenities are nice, the pool is kept clean, the gym while small is nice. The neighborhood is very quiet which I love. The floor in my apartment is very nice looking but the carpeting isn't the best. My only real complaint is that the appliances are on the older side and not particularly nice. But in general, I really like living here.
