The Phoenix apartments overall is a nice place to stay UNTIL you decide to move and not renew your lease. My apartment was clean and certainly not above normal wear and tear but I was still charged a cleaning fee that was taken out of my deposit upon checkout. Reasons mentioned to justify cleaning fee fall in the category of above normal wear and tear. Terribly disappointed because my apartment was left in great condition and certainly within normal wear and tear.

I love living at the Phoenix and would recommend it to anyone looking to move into this area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance always responds to requests the same day or the following. I cannot think of a better place to live.

love living here. staff is awesome, apartments are clean and updated, the amenities are a huge plus too. I was not a local when I moved to Fort Worth, so finding a nice, safe, and affordable place was a task. Everybody who lives in this complex are very friendly and I am very satisfied with living here.

Overall I am satisfied with my residence at the Phoenix. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with speedy maintenance repairs. The facilities at the complex are good with a nice gym, common club room, 2 gas grills, and pool. The only complaint for the apartment is the thin flooring as you will hear everyone above you.

Consistently great environment. We have had no issues and anything that comes up is solved instantly by the maintenance crew. Very quiet part of Fort Worth, perfect for the young professional. This place is a great value for the location and the quality of living.

The Phoenix is a great place to live! My first apartment and i couldn’t have made a better choice. The streets have been repaved which has really improved the landscaping view of the apartment. The staff is incredible and very responsive! I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in downtown Fort Worth

Poor service, overpriced and always some issue going on, most recently parking. There isnt good communication and the management company only cares about the bottom line. I would recommend nicer apartments closer to 7th street or renting a home. Just not worth it for size and price

I would like the apartment to have increased security measures. Severs incidents of .....vandalism have been witnessed now. .....Would appreciate if the building would address this. ...... I have only lived here less than 1 year. Already thinking about moving away because of the recent events.

The Phoenix has an ideal location to the hospital district and downtown. The amenities are great and the pool and garden areas are lovely. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. I enjoy my southern view of the hospital district. My commute to downtown Fort Worth is 7 minutes! Very happy with my apartment home!

Very nice people! Application process was easy, responded very rapidly and helped with any questions or concerns. Area is close to downtown, near hospital district. No problems with the apartment, however you can hear neighbors if they are out in the balcony.

Nichol and the office and maintenance staff make the Phoenix feel like home. I always feel valued and welcomed by staff, and the residents here are generally young and super friendly. The amenities and premises are super clean and safe, and I feel proud to bring friends over and show them where I live. The neighborhood can NOT be beat - minutes away from Magnolia, West 7th, South Main, Downtown, and just a few blocks away from the highway entrance ramp. I don't have a single complaint, and that's why I've lived here for 3 - going on 4 - years now! I highly recommend living at the Phoenix!

ive really enjoyed living at the Phoenix. It's a good location in between everything you'd want to live by. The staff is so amaziny nice and helpful. Nicole is the best she explained everything and is a joy to talk to. I've moved eight times in the past 10 years and this by far has been the best experience. The community is nice and quietl even the valet trash collectors at night which at previous places has been so loud they've frightened my dog. Great place!

The Phoenix is a wonderful apartment experience. You definitely feel at home in your updated living space and have access to everything you need in the clubhouse. I feel very safe with the way the community was designed and have plenty of privacy unlike a lot of others. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encounter in apartment living!

Easy access and well maintained !! Like the weight room it is easy to use for a good workout. Garage is well designed and easy to get in and out. Maintenance has taken good care of any and all problems. The office has alerted us to any upcoming problems and have provided get togethers that are fun and helps us become acquainted with other renters. Enjoy

If you are looking for a space designed with a large bathroom and generous kitchen, then look no further. You are in a safe environment, with access to wonderful mom-and-pop restaurants on W Magnolia. I love that a resident can park on their own floor, rather than parking on one floor and living on another.

Please, let me preface this review by saying that the staff here at The Phoenix have been nothing but amiable. However, during this time our apartment has been subjected to 3+ "room inspections" in which we were not told of prior to the inspection itself. Literally, we heard a knock on the door quickly followed by the deadbolt being forcibly unlocked from the outside prior to our opening the door itself. Never have I experienced such an invasion of privacy at any other apartment complex. The parking garage itself is not necessarily safe to drive through especially if a fellow driver is cutting a tight corner. Thanks and hope this helps!!

Good apartment, very nice and helpful staff, great prices and service. Interior is great, though the exterior surrounding area could use some work. There's usually a lot of construction, with road closures immediately around the building, and the roads are very rough. Also a lot of trash in the grass around the building (my dog tries to eat it all the time) and the run down building next door is a little worrisome and the residents there aren't very polite. Otherwise a great apartment complex.

Fair layout, wonderful location, and a fine aesthetic appeal all around. My favorite aspect of this apartment is the parking garage spiralling up the middle of everything. I thoroughly enjoy living here.

Great location, convenient to shopping and nightlife. Friendly staff, and overall this has been an amazing place to live! Not sure if the lighting is because of the construction- so hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I love that you have to have a password/fob to enter into the building. This creates a safer place and no worries about package delivery! :)
